On Dec 29 2015 I have done OS installation towards my android mobile in Micromax service centre in hyderabad. So, again I lost my OS in my android. Now they are saying that warrenty of OS installation will only for a week. In other company products like Samsung they are providing warrenty for 3 months.

I bought a Canvas Doodle 3, from store after some months there was a problem that the phone was needed to rebooted after every 5 minutes because every app unfortunately stopped. I submitted the phone in the service center (Aminabad, Lucknow) they said that there was a problem with motherboard so it was to be replaced but now that service center is closed and a new is opened in Sri Ram Tower, Hazratganj ; they are not telling about phone and are only delaying about that topic by saying that the phone is not in our records and will call me after they check it again but they don't callback. I don't even know that if my phone is repaired or not.
Please help me with this .

I am purchased A94 Mad since 10 feb 2015, But since few Months My Camera Not working like that camera on but picture not show, show only black. i am total disappointing, what i do ?

Mobile switched off after 2 weeks from buying and not starting..Calling customer care for about 1 week and not received any service yet...I want my mobile to be replaced with a new 1 ASAP..

Shadow image is coming from past 2 months, and 1st complaint has given before 35 days. On Jan 5th 2016 a technician came and replaced a circuit board. But still the problem is there, that means the tech u sent for repair is not a technical person who can identify the problem.
From then every alternative days I m calling the authorised Bangalore service person for this problem, he is giving one another reason to send to rectify the problem.
I[censored] can't solve the problem let me know, I can proceed for legal way to get it done.

There is a problem of camera blood image for 3 month. Then I filed a complaint in micromax company online and physically also. But they are not giving a proper response from last 2.5-3.0 month. Mobile details are as below-

My Micromax Android 1 mobile was produced to the service center at Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala on 08/10/2015 due to th display related problems. Since, the complaint occurred during the warranty period the same has been forwarded to to the company by the service center . Unfortunately the mobile has not been returned back even after three and half months. In this connection, it is noted that even if it received back, that may not work well as the battery may have weakend due to the non-functiong of the same during this period. Being a reputed company I expect a favorable decision immediately .

I purchased the lt666 model on july 31 2015. But the audiojack had problem. Regarding this i called customer care in november. They suggested to pay 1000 through payu money site so that they will replace new piece. I did the same and also submitted my old one at their service center in guntur in december first week. Since then no reply from their side. Whenever i called the customer care number after about 30 minutes wait they will tell within one week we will finish this. The same answer i got almost 5-6 times till today but nothing was done. So i want to file a complaint to do justice for me.
Regarding this you told company will call me within 7 days but no one called me.
Even i also called the micromax service centre almost once in 3 days . Everytime i got same reply telling that it will be resolved within 7-10 days. But since 2 months it was not solved.
They are wasting my valuable time as doctor also
So please consider my complaint and do the needful.
I had all call recordings and mail conversations from them also as proof.

I have bought mobile within 2 mnths got several problems charging, speaker.so i have given for service it took one nd half month to repair my phone .. Worst thing was still problem exisists.. Battery is draining very fastly even if i m not using also battery is draining .. Never i will buy micromax phone and advise all my friends not to opt such a worst mobile..

I have purchase the mobile phone in dec 2015 after one week mobile phone not working like battery not charge side one sim card tray not working and i am going in the service centre and deposit the phone job sheet no.N[protected] on date 30.12.2015. any till now i have do not received my phone and i m calling to coustmer care he says give me 10 days says repatitily every after 10 days .i am also give the one month time

My micromax phone got problem under warranty .The job numbers of that phone is E[protected] on date 7nov15.but after completion of 60 day they are least bother about my phone. After contact to customers care, told that your phone has permanently unserviceable, so you will get a new phone. But I want to know when I will got a new phone. Because my life is very uncomfortable without my phone. I contact to the another mail on 4 jan16, they generate ticket id number 243842 dated 05 jan16.After so many query, The only one reply is there aap wait karo 15 din main aapko waapas mil jaayega. But i don't think ki waapas milega.What should i do against micromax mobile company ? Please suggest me.

I have brought new handset micromax E313 express 2.
My screen hangs too much and works automatically.all functions on screen starts without even touching my phone.on screen right hand side button press automatically and all apps get close.plzz help me i'm tired off now.

I have bought a micromax tablet M/N Canvas tab P690 on 22.10.2015 to gift my family, after using 7-8 days after the DOP the tablet was unable to read the memory card and was continuously displaying the message "blank sd card or unsupported file format", I reported to the customer care of my local area, but he refused to attend the same ( Dist.- Farrukkabad, U.P), then my family returned it to me at my job location ( Angul, Odhisha). I went to the customer care on 26.12.2016, they also refused to attend the same and told they have to send the tablet to HO, Delhi to rectify the problem. I have given them and as on date there is no report of my tablet. Pl help or replace it by the new one, in either case I can also take a mobile set in place of the problematized tablet. Micromax consider themselves as one of the leading companies but they are mistaken.

I have purchased above set it June 15 and since then I am in problem with set. Three times it is serviced in your Patna Rajabazar centre. Still set is not working properly. I think your company is very bad in responding to complain.
If my problem will not solved I will be left no option to resort to cusumer foram.

Sir I gave my phone at care centre narnaul on 17Dec2015 due to charging problem.it was came at care on today after correction but its back cover has been changed from gray to white colour which is unsuitable to my phone I talk to care person but they told that it was changed from care centre and it was also have problem in on/off switch after that. So how I can correct my phone in short time .

I have bought Micromax Canvas 5 Phone on 6th Dec 2015, Its not even couple of months, phone have stopped working, phone is not at all charging.Have registered a complaint to Micromax a week ago and have been following up with them to fix it. Have called them 5 times and have mailed them 3-4 times, but no action taken by them. This phone is in warranty and this is considered as one of their premium phones. Micromax company is not at all interested in fixing this, they didn't even bother to call or reply on the mail despite of so any mails and calls from my side.I found them very unprofessional and i think they don't even care about their customers. Kindly look into this issue.
