I undersigned Tukaram Atmaram Morajkar the owner of Micromax A300 canvas Gold –imei no-[protected] Purchased on 08 Dec 2014 _ is going through most unexpected experience from a leading company like MICROMAX.
As i stay in Sawantwadi, and the flaw of the battery has developed within the warranty period, I approached your nearest Service centre in [Address- Mobile Garage, Gera building, patto plaza Panjim Goa] After about 20days at the centre, i received the mobile without any rectification of the problem.
After approaching again to the Service centre at Panjim, to my surprise i was told that they had discontinued the servicing Micromax mobiles.again i go to 2nd seviceing center at 2 nd november2015 he orderd mobile battery from company but i didn't receive the battery till date.
This is most frustrating and unfortunate to have such flaw in a premium model Micromax A300 canvas Gold at the first instance and tend to loose faith in a most trusted brand of mobiles in India.
Kindly advice me as to how i can get my problem rectify at the earliest, as i have lost 3 month already of your warranty offered to any customer.
One thing for sure, loosing faith of a loyal customer is the greatest damage a company like MICROMAX can afford.
