I have received call from person rakesh k. jiam his no is [protected]. he said my mobile has been damaged and he was offering me for full payment of mobile.and he cut my phone in between conversation.my number is [protected].

My name is vinod manjrekar and i have given my mobile to service center at date[protected]. and today's date is 30/12/2015. 2 and half months passed away but still my mobile not get to me with repair. my mobile no is [protected].i stay at kandiwali (w). and i have given my cell phone at borivali west service center. i am submitting my job sheet which is given by service center with attachment.

Dear I have submitted my handset A 300 (w) at Mobi Care, Shaniwar peth Karad Tal- Karad Dist- Satara Pin 415102 for its minor problem for auto touch on 20/10/2015 upto this till now i have no any confirmation about my handset that when it will be return back. I have given my phone micromax a350 to service centre Kathua having imei no [protected]/[protected] on date 23/10/2015 but till time i have no received my phone most of time call to your customer care they told me that my phone has been dispatched form service centre and ask me to collect it from kathua service Centre but they told me that my phone courier has been misplaced. after this i write to micromax they have given me "reference ticket id- 206451" and reference no SER[protected]. My Job Sheet no is N[protected] kindly look into this matter otherwise i left with no other option but to complaint in Consumer Court .

Problem i faced which is not resolve yet I bought this phone on 07/11/2015 last month. After 15 days i start facing some issue with this phone which is as below. 1.before 2 days it suddenly switch off and dead for two hours then automatically it restarts. in between that 2 hours i tried everything i.e. try to charge, pressing power on/off button, removed sim any many otherthings. But did not worked. 2.Some times during calls the other side caller can not hear my voice at all. I have to do restart to get it done. 3. Some time pictures clicked are not showing in gallery. In galley there is only black image but it blocks memory. Then again if i reboot that image will re appeared After this issues i decided to go at service center in ahmedabad. People of service center saying that this phone can not repair here. YOu have to call customer support number and they will guide you. Then i call[protected]. Executive asked every details then he told me our representative will call you with in 24 hours. But no call received till date. I again called on your customer care number[protected]. Executive responded me to call another number[protected]. I called 3 times but that number is like hell... saying all our adviser are busy on another line. Hold that line almost 15 minutes every time. So don't runaway. Now after deadline and complaint on all forum i received a call and specialized technical executive ask me to do factory reset and he also commit that if that does not work than we will replace your device. So now, Today at 4 p.m. i reset my phone. Wipe out all data, no memory card inserted and finally getting same issue of during calls the other side caller can not hear my voice at all. I have to do restart to get it done. My final conclusion is please call me and replace this device. What happend why are you running away. you committed me that you will replace my handset. Still i am waiting already 7 days passed. Latest complaint-SER[protected]

Job Sheet No : W[protected] Item Name : A250(W) Date : 08/Oct/2015 I have given my cell phone in micromax Service center, its already 90 days completed but I have not received my cell phone. I have communicated many times on helpline number:[protected] and emails but every time I heard same answer "You will receive replaced cell phone within 10 days but still I have not received my cell phone its already 90 days gone.

I have given my p480 tab for service with in two months of purchase and got it back after one month used for one month again same board fault, so again given for service ., whatts happening i have bought tab for my use not for service center use .And last time there is no reply kindly reply your coustmer. i dont want replacement, i need new piece only ... dont make my to reach consumer court. Sir/ madam, My Micromax phone A311 have given for repairing in micromax service centre on 6th November 2015 and after 30days I'm getting to know that it will take more 15 days to get repaired and which is still tentative. When I submitted the phone they tell me that it will take only 10 to 15 days and after that on every second week they tell me the same answer that it will take more 10 to 15 days.Micromax care centre and still we are receiving the same answer. Such irresponsible behavior is intolerant and some action much be taken regarding their unethical behavior toward their costumer. My model A 106 Since the download is not possible the service center guys at Trivandrum after charging rs.450/ on 29-12-15 after fifteen minutes without doing anything it was handed over to me. To my surprise the problem still persists. Can you help me?

Sir/ madam, my canvas tab P666 screen has been broken, and I have given for repairing its screen in micromax service centre on 19th November 2015 and after 42 days I'm getting to know that it will take more 15 days to get repaired and which is still tentative. Only replacement of screen is required. When I submitted the tab they tell me that it will take only 10 to 15 days and after that on every second week they tell me the same answer that it will take more 10 to 15 days. We have already deposited Rs. 800. They have already send the tab to Delhi service centre and still we are receiving the same answer. Please help me to resolve my problem, as i had given my micromax phone to the service center on 13th October 2015 only for a minor problem. Since from now i have called than more than 50 times, also i had visited the service center 10 times but every time they replied very uncarefully & answered that your phone will be given within 7 days. Please help me what to do now for this in this case, if i have to file the complaint against micromax or i have to take some legal actions(FIR/Notice) regarding this. Please follow the trailing mail. I have purchased a Micromax Phone By Online by flipcart, after 15 days I feel a problem not by on data connection by scroll down., i have many complaint in customer care after more time he says plz submit your device in Micromax Care in REWARI.when I go to Rewari for Device submitted then Care owner says this is not our service these are service pick and door and just talk to customer care person then I got a new story, I knew that my complaint register wrong he registered complaint that my hands free Is not working, i totally shocked.i asked why this happening she says I am responsible so now registered right complaint, then I follow up by last 02 months by email but he is not answering there .I want registered a complaint regarding this.please take needful action

Very very bad of service of Micromax mobile ... Don't get any model of this company. Is better then china set. But not Micromax . I had purchased micromax cg666 on 26 february 2015. Within 7 months it started creating problem. It was moving from handset mode to speaker whenever either any call is to be received or to be dialled. I visited to service center at uttam nagar, delhi . They submitted my handset saying that i will be informed within 15 days. But till now they did not inform me on their own. Rather i made so many calls to ask about status of my handset. But i did not get any positive response. Even i had mailed complaint to micromax also. But all in vain. No jobsheet no. N[protected] imei no. [protected]. Now i want to lodge my complaint in consumer court.

I recently purchased a micromax phone and the network services and display weren't working right in the first month of its use. I gave it to the service centre and just after couple of days the same issue began to happen. In all my phone in the service centre for more than a month. I want a full refund of the phone and i am ready to give the phone back.

As i stay in Sawantwadi, and the flaw of the battery has developed within the warranty period, I approached your nearest Service centre in [Address- Mobile Garage, Gera building, patto plaza Panjim Goa] After about 20days at the centre, i received the mobile without any rectification of the problem. After approaching again to the Service centre at Panjim, to my surprise i was told that they had discontinued the servicing Micromax mobiles.again i go to 2nd seviceing center at 2 nd november2015 he orderd mobile battery from company but i didn't receive the battery till date. This is most frustrating and unfortunate to have such flaw in a premium model Micromax A300 canvas Gold at the first instance and tend to loose faith in a most trusted brand of mobiles in India. Kindly advice me as to how i can get my problem rectify at the earliest, as i have lost 3 month already of your warranty offered to any customer. One thing for sure, loosing faith of a loyal customer is the greatest damage a company like MICROMAX can afford.
