Dear concerned I had submitted micro max A311 Blue model mobile on 20/10/15 in warranty to authorized service center of micromax i.e. M/S Shri Hari Computer Solutions Rohtak with complaint no. N[protected]. It is very surprising that till date mobile has not been received back. On calling micromax's customer care no., every time reply is given that it will be done in a time of 15 days.Lot of emails also sent to micromax. Now more than two months have gone & still no clear status is known to us. Warranty period is going to expire while phone is lying with the company for so long. Its a matter o[censored]nnecessary harassment also.Since the company has failed to deliver the service in such a long time, I would like to take my whole money back along with suitable compensation. Resp. Sir, This is to inform you that I had given the handset for Touch Screen not working repairing purpose to Smart Care Services Dhantoli Nagpur again Job sheet no W626A2195 dt 18.09.15. Sir I am every time call to customer care & Smart care services. But each & every time does not proper response. I am very suffer in last 3 months. So you have request that please resolve the issue & given my handset.

With reference to the job sheet no-n[protected] dated[protected], mobile submitted to m/s trisha enterprises bhopal, that i have submitted my recently purchased micromax canvas gold hand set for no display, where i was told to get it after 40-45 days. now it has been almost 65 days gone but nither the above said centre nor the customer care is responding. being indian i have purcased the make indian product, but services of the company is very poor. after sale services can hike the sale & poor response can damage the image & reputation of the company. media is so strong to viral any review. since my hand set is in warranty now the company should replace my hand set with the new one. i hope my this complaint will give response & the populaity, image & name of the make indian "micromax" shall be shine by upgrading its after sale services & proper response to the consumer.

I have submitted my micromax handset three times within 6 months due to some technical fault in your service center of Alipurduar, West bengal. But ridiculously the handset has not been repaired and now I was told that my set is being processing in replace zone. I have been awaiting to receive the handset from 26th Oct 2015. My jobsheet no is N[protected].My previous complain no. is MMX[protected]. Kindly take necessary action to expedite the process of replacement, so that I can get my handset at earliest possible. Above mention mobile found battery defective within 2 month of the purchase . At the time of deposition of mobile the eervice Centre person said the same will be returned within 15 days . But after few days when we call an inquired they said it may take 2months and that also not sure . They can change the battery but need to harnessing the client . Hello Sir/Madam, I had given my mobile phone which only had auto-rotation problem which could be repaired within a few minutes of time at the service center M/S CellQ Communication Pvt. Ltd, Bhandup, Mumbai. but they told me that they'll have it repaired and that the cellphone would be sent to the company cause they could not solve the problem at the service center, so I trusted the company Micromax India as it was in-warranty, but after 4 months it has come to me with the same problem Jobsheet Date: 24/8/15 Customer details[protected] Name :Lazarus Dsouza Problem reported: 4907 Display blank I would also like to know how auto-rotation problem led to a display blank was it your qualified engineers that failed while solving this.. Hello Team, Please consider this as my written and formal complaint and request to refund my money for the mobile + damages submitted as per the details and attachments below Receipt ID received from the service centre : N[protected] Complaint Numbers : MMX[protected] MMX[protected]Attended by Monica, Manoj) and endless... Summary of complaint : I had submitted my mobile for repair on date November 10, 2015 but till date I have not received it. It has been 45 long days since I have been trying to get my mobile phone back after numerous calls and repeatedly visiting service centre which again lead to more loss from my end, I have yet not received it. So I have now bought a new mobile since this was going nowhere and as we live in 2015, nobody and I mean even you cant survive without a mobile for 45 days. Moral of the story : Please return the amount of my mobile as attached along with 1200rs addition (my cab fare as I had to visit and fight at your service station multiple times + my phone call bills + damages) which sums out to be a total of 7000/- Please let me know your means to transfer my money into my account. Also, please get in touch with me to pick up the original bill/receipt/box accessories of your stupid handset and collect your stupid handset at the mentioned josbheet's address. The mobile purchased on 27/12/2015 and the battery is not charging, complain to CC TRICE COMPLAIN NO IS MMX[protected].RETAILERS NOT INTRESTED AND TOLD TO CONTACT CC, CC TOLD ME GET DOA CERTIFICATE FROM SERVICE CENTRE, VISITED THRICE SERVICE CENTRE THAY ARE TELLING CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE. WHAT TO DO? COMPLAINED FROM MOBILE # [protected] THE ALTERNATE # [protected].

[protected]I have given my handset for repair to Micromax Absolute care, 5th Block Koramangala, Bangalore. Complaint: Phone was not getting switch on. They have Retuned the mobile on the same day evening with the description that some software update has done (With 2% Battery back up and asked me to recharge the battery.When i tried to charge it wasn't charging) [protected] again given for service.Said the comment that battery need to replace. How the battery will go off after one day from the software update?. Almost three weeks they have made me to wait for the battery.[protected] I have asked the status, they given the feedback that problem is not with the battery, it is with Motherboard. To identify the problem they have taken 3 weeks. [protected] I had fight with the manager then They issued a standby phone, (Two days i have used the standby phone and it was not working, so i stop using that)and my hand set send for replacing the motherboard. today 44 day completed after the phone had send for motherboard change, still no response from the service centre. I have asked for the status, still it is in work in progress. 65 days back i have given my phone for repair and still no commitment that when it will get repaired. Still 6 months warranty is active. I don't know are they trying to keep the mobile with them till the warranty expires? I am so much frustrated with these guys... Please help me to get my hand set repaired.

My cell phone a96 job sheet number n[protected] . there was problem of battery charging. it was submitted first on 27 oct 2015. they told for battery replacement . which was very late delivered on 07 dec 2015. there was same problem. again they wasted my whole day and requested for 1 day for shortout this same problem. again they send my cellphone to head office on 10 dec 2015.but till today i could not use my cell phone . please return my money otherwise i am going to defame you on all social site as facebook, twiteer whatsapp @ google . i will take legal and illegal action against your company. its too much from 27 oct to 31 dec 2015.

I'm very unhappy to Micromax mobile . In this company all work is very too late 4 month take a time 1 solve mobile Why?? I dont give u money?? Then why u late service?? There was problem of battery charging .i went maldhaiya service center on 27 oct 2015, they make submitted my battery on 27 oct for battery replacement @ it was delivered on 07 dec 2015. there was same problem of battery charging during delivery, they requested for one day for shortout this problem.again they make submitted on 10 dec for sending my cell phone to head office . but i could not get my cell phone till today.its is baddest service of micromax .i am unable to use my cellphone from 27 oct to today 31 dec 2015.

I was purchasing a mobile micromaxx canvas a99 from Milon mobile shop at bangalre 5 month ago and now my mobile Rear camera is not working and not showing my sd card. and now i am totaly disturb and harresed so i will complain to consumer court in 15 days so fastly resolve my problem

I am using Micromax canvas A114. The display turns into black and blinking SO i given it in the Micromax service center their formated the mobile and given back in the evening again i am facing same problem. then Again I given my mobile their said ok display has gone we will replace it. So it will take 15 days so still 26 days completed no response when i call it will take 1 more week like that their are delaying. S_IMEI 2, [protected] Amount = Rs 12, 600 मोबाइल ख़राब होने के बाद ( job sheet no) N[protected] on 26/9/15 [protected] to[protected] तक फ़ोन कंपनी में रहा फिर कंपनी से[protected] को new IMEI नंबर वाला मोबाइल फ़ोन दिया गया जिसका IMEI number change था अब जो IMEI no है वो ये है IMEI [protected] [protected] [protected] to[protected] तक फ़ोन कंपनी में रहा इसलिए आप से request है की जितने दिन वो मोबाइल कंपनी में रहा उसकी उतने दिन की warranty बड़ा दी जाये

I Balabhadra Barik gave a micromax canvas 2.2 a114, which had water damaged to the Sruti tele srvice Bhubaneswar on sptember 10, 2015 and paid Rupees 3600 for repairing and I got my mobile on 13-oct-2015, but my mobile again showing screen problem on that particular date then again i gave to sruti teleservice but not repairing till 13 Nov 2015 which was in warrent period of previous service but tillnot repair properly again i gave it to same micromax service centre against a jobsheet no-E[protected] On 23-nov 2011 which forward to micromax company through sruti tele service but till December 30, 2015 i had not recieved my mobile. so i kindly request please repair my handset properly and return to me as soon as.for that mobile i havenot other mobile for communication so i face many problem without that mobile.please give me as soon as.

To, Whomsoever it may concern, This is to bring to your notice that my cell phone Micromax Doodle 4, which I've recently purchased, dated 5th September, 2015, had issues with the battery ( swollen battery)(docket no.W[protected]). To which I handed over my cell phone to the authorized Micromax repair shop M/S Bhagwati Mobile, Borivali (W), Mumbai-92. I was assured that my cell phone will be delivered back to me within 15 working days as I had handed over to them on 12th December, 2015. Since its been more than 15 days, I'm extremely unhappy with the services provided from the service centre as well as the product. Its a shame that the product from an Indian brand with such a great reputation in the market could not match-up to its service quality. I would personally not recommend this brand to any of my colleagues/family members/friends as I am disappointed with the cellphone and the service and the company itself. My headphone is under warranty. So submitted it to serivce centre for replacement on 14 september but they failed to provide me new headphone till now.

I purchased laptab on 07/05/15. Its not working now.I raised so many complaints but no use. Once they called me and said replace with new tab. But after that no response.
