SIR, TILL THE DATE I HAVE NO RESPOSE EITHER FROM THE SHOW ROOM OR FROM THE MICROMAX.AM REALLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE PLEASE RESPOND TO THE COMPLAINT SIR.even the customer caqre executives are not responding they said that their inchare will call in 24 hours but no respose from any of them sir .

Model number A104. This handset was given to be repaired to Sun Infotronics Bowbazar Kolkata for repair as the LCD display was not working on the 2nd of December 2015. Till date I was informed that it is with their HO at Delhi. When I called with the Job Sheet number reference, Micromax Service Center confirmed it is with Delhi and informed "It is still with us and might take 15 days more".The complaint number of this call is MMX[protected] Now how can someone be expected to stay without a phone for over a month. Job Sheet number is E[protected]. I request either this is returned to me by 10th of this month or else a new handset be provided, not speaking of the harassment that I am going through without a phone.

Hi Team, I have purchased a Micromax Funbook Mini P365 Tablet on[protected]. I received a faulty product. it is not taking charge!! and it is damn not being replaced by micromax they took my tablet for 2 months and returned the same damn faulty tablet please help

Sir this tablet becomes very slow, I take it to Micromax coustmer three times they only run software every times but problem remains as it is

I got P480 in september 2015. its jack n i.c was replaced a month ago and now in january again it has stopped charging... getting irritated now

I purchased Micromax mobile E311 Nitro-2 on 25th May 2015. Phone was having manufacturing defect of Mic. After submitting this phone on Satguru Communication, got replacement of set on August 2015. Replacement Set Mic was working fine but noticed after 2 days that it was having network issue. After 10-15 mins continue talking set got heat up and all network signals got disappears. It was resubmitted to Satguru Comm, Sec-18 and got repaired after certain days. The problem was not rectified and again submitted this set to another Micromax authorized service centre M/S Rapid Communication on 3rd Oct 2015. I have received set 3 times but all times, I have resubmitted to the same authorized customer care center as problem still persist. Today is 2nd Jan but my phone is still at customer care center. You are requested to please help to get my money back as I got fed up by continuous visiting service center.

Dear Micromax I have mobile micromax A290. its have a problem at charging, so i given to micromax care. They said it get time 10 days to clear the problem. am submit and receive job sheet from them. now i go to ask they it have time more 10 day and not proper answer and hospitality. Must Answer Me, WHAT WILL I DO?

My micromax mobile phone is in repair since last 4 months due to network issue. I had submitted the phone to magnet irla branch(work order number 12280) . Every 25 days they call me that the phone is ready. But when I go to collect it still had the same issue. Dear concerned I had submitted micromax canvas Gold A300 model mobile on 24/10/15 in warranty to authorized service center of micromax i.e. M/S Jai Ambey Electronics Mainpuri with complaint no. N[protected] in Warranty . It is very surprising that till date mobile has not been received back. and when i call to customer care no., every time they replied it will be done in 15 days.Lot of emails also sent to micromax. Now more than two months have gone & still no clear status is known to me. phone is lying with the company for so long.
