— the email application asks to be — downloaded, when pressed yes, it — shows sim1 or sim2 option (Since — my internet works on sim1 so i choose — sim1) then it asks data account (Gsm — data or gprs). On choosing gprs, i — select airtel live! Or airtel_mms but it — displays "dns error" everytime i do this. —

    Just four days i purchased a micromax bharat 1 v409 feature phone. It has multiple problems such as:
    #1 it doesn't update the system os.
    #2 it can't run whatsapp. On running whatsapp it asks to update the app but nothing works from them the downloaded app doesn't install.
    #3 even long after the connected devices are disconnected the hotspot stays active. It should have disabled after a few minutes of staying idle.
    #4 battery drains fast.

    I had approached regional micromax customer care m/s tele clinic in berhampur. The kept the phone for two days, but could not resolve any of the issues. Micromax has become synonymous with substandard products and shoddy support.

    If a company cannot provide system updates in two years then you can think how this affects as worst performance of a company. However if it is so company should have provided either exchange offer or online solutions of system software so that customers could be satisfied with their initiatives but till today no solution found.

      My name is rajender kumar and i am micromax customer and had raised request regarding my micromax tv repair on 14-nov-2018 which request no. Is[protected], on the same day service center executive (Manikandan - shakthi networks (Chennai) visited @ home for checking the issue.

      Where after watching the tv display he said display is broken and blaming us that you had hit something and it broken., i told him that it broken by it self because if we had broke this then there should be mark, dent or scratch on the outer tv screen but there was nothing and its broken by itself, which he checked and its true only.

      In attached picture you can check the panel cracked by itself internally and there is nothing not even single mark on outer display which is not possible in case of any strong thing hits on tv, which proves the same has been damage itself internally and we are not involvement in that.

      But the executive said i am going to send these pictures to my head office to get the confirmation and then i will update you, but post this he has not given any information.

      When i called customer care i got to know that service center (Shakthi networks) has closed the request by mentioning "physical damage and panel broken", after this when i called manikandan he spoken to us very rudely and when we ask him logically its not possible that we hit something very hard and nothing will happen to outer display first, his answer was "you guys are lying, you have broken display and now you throw that tv or do anything i dont care" and disconnected the call.

      I have given proper justification regarding the same and which service center guy manikandan also know that's why he had closed the request without confirming me or calling me to inform the same.

      It's been 13 days that my tv is not been repaired, kindly check the entire case and arrange solution.

        Thank you for your customer service support. Only you people know how to send reply for customers mail. But i think you people don't know how to solve the customer problem.

        We already complaint as on 12th nov 2018. Your executive visit and he told me to change the pcb board within ten days. Till ten days where we will go and watch the tv and now you see what is the date today.

        Again i was called the customer support they informed within 24hours our customer support executive will contact and they will solve your problem. But still i didn't receive a single call from your side. This is the service your giving to the customers.

        If customer service is there are not in your product. Better do me a favour come and take your product. While seeing your product i will get irritating. No service, no response nothing. Why you people are sitting over there.

        You are not giving your product simply you people are taking money from us. Take immediate action or i will go to consumer court.

          My battery issue i was purchased my battery from chandigarh service centre and with in 2-3months battery were swell up i was also purchased data cable from bathinda service centre (Unitech) due to this data cable my battery is swell up because that data cable is duplicated. I want to change my battery as soon as possible with out any cost because data cable as well as battery are in warttey period.

            As we had a problem in our micromax led tv we had registered a complain about it and a person from micromax service centre has came. Since we had a warranty on our tv, he told that there is a replacement of another led tv. We had legally submitted all warranty documents. They told with in 3 weeks tv will be replaced but it has becomes 2 months still our led tv is not replaced. Please take action immediately we are not watching television because of this stupidity

                  Good day.

                  Topic - escalation on micromax led tv service.

                  Need your help to pass this case to a relevant escalation team, as i am not getting a proper support from micromax service center kannur, kerala.

                  Issue : i have purchased micromax 40inch led tv on 2018 jan 21st and it was triggered an issue with led panel after 5 month of purchasing. But even i have confident on the service of micromax and opened a ticket for replacing the same.
                  Very sadly to say, after moved to support there was no solution from past 4 months. Initial verification was over from technician near to 4 months and notified to center for replacing the device. But there is pathetic response from service center, from past four months their telling new device not arrived, pending for billing etc. Not sure what kind of support service they are providing.

                  I have completely lost the confidence on micromax now. First time i am getting this kind of pathetic service from your end. There is no proper replacement for a warrantied device from past four months even after the notification for replacing the device from technician. Where it is pending why it is taking this much long duration, no idea. I have lost the trust, so please either return my money and take back the device.

                      Worst service from micromax service centre rudra agency basheerbag hyderabad

                      I give my micromax tab p702 for speaker change with physically screen broken touch is in working condition on 16/10/2018 and they return my tab on 5/11/2018 by saying speaker is ok now i pay rs 850 to them, when i went home and check again speaker is not working so i give my tab to service centre on 6/11/2018 the receptionist say that need to change software they not inform me about touch will not work after software update, after software update touch is not working because of software
                      So i ask them please give my tab which i give you touch in working condition
                      But they unable to give solution and asking me to give rs 1200 for touch replacement, why should i give rs1200 for touch replacment as mistake is from service centre people,

                      I request consumer forum to ask micromax to give my tab in working condition.

                        - my tv stopped working on sep 30th. I registered a complaint on 1st of october. My tv is still in warranty period.
                        - technician came to my house after my follow ups after 2days i registered complaint. He checked tv and noted the issue in a slip and left saying he will update in 2 days. But again came back after 2 weeks.
                        - 2nd time when he came he told tv has some other problem and told to get the tv to service center. (Isn't it company's responsibility to take care of these things as the tv is still in warranty period???).
                        - disappointed with these things but still i took my tv to service center. Technician told he will get it done in 2days. But no wonder, there was no update from him even after a week. I only had to call him again and again asking if the tv is repaired.
                        - its been almost 40 days since i registered the complaint and finally i got a call from service centre today. But to my surprice they are asking 1800rs as service charge!!!
                        - i'm not understanding this. My tv is in warranty period, you haven't repaired tv on time (Took 40 days) i have paid monthly rental for dish tv without even using it, faced all these discomfort for all the irresponsible behavior of both service centre and customer care people and making me pay for it??? Is it my fault that i bought micromax tv. Seriously regretting my choice and faith on micromax.
                        I want micromax to take responsibility to install the tv back to my home.

                        Please look into this matter seriously micromax. You will lose a faithful customer like me if your service is like this.

                          My laptop sold at 3rd september 2018 by amazon. After 10 days it's very much problem likes keypad was not working charging problem. Then i was given to service centre. Job sheet number[protected]. Return back my laptop 18 days at micromax service centre. After 2 days my laptop 2nd time damage. Now my laptop send to service centre. Job sheet number[protected]. I want to replace my laptop or return to money back.

                            I purchased new battery from service center, this battery is fake and purchase invoice is also fake. One more horrible thing, if you purchase same battery to another service center, they are giving different warranty on different prices,
                            All are fake battery. Staff behaviour is very bad.

                            I am requesting to all customers, please don't buy any product from micromax.
                            Micromax is a big fraud company, they are cheater with customer, please be alert and don't buy any product.

                              I am customer of micromax, i purchased 32" full hd led tv on 14-oct-2015. It is with 3 years of warranty. My led tv display problem occurred on 5th-oct-2018. It is under warranty. So i called micromax and complained regarding the same. They sent their service center member to my home. He observed the tv and told that, there is problem in tv back light. He collected the visiting charge of 300 and went by assuring that the tv will be repaired within a week. But today is 23-oct-2018, still i am waiting for my tv to be repaired by today or tomorrow. Daily i am contacting service center as well as the micromax customer care center, no one is taking responsibility either customer care or service center. To whom shall i ask the status of my problem to be resolved?

                              Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                Maine 5 oct ko complain kari thi company mei.. Jiske regarding 6 october ko micromax ki taraf se engineer ne visit kari aur tv ka main board khrab btaya ar kaha 5 6 days lgenge board aane mein.. But aj 15 october ho gye koi service nahi mili.. Call karo to clear koi btata nahi... Please solve my problem as soon as possible.. Otherwise i will go for police complain...

                                    I have bougt a very good mobile of renowned company micromax which is placed in no.-1 in india and in world.
                                    Iwas deposited for repairing in authorised service center shop no. F-30, first floor, maxcare rospa tower ranchi,, jharkhand of micromax on dated-09/11/2017. The same cervice center has been closed and my mobile has not been returned till date.
                                    Now i lodged fir being complain jofs no.416419 on dated 21/04/2018. Ideposited original fir copy, jobsheet no. Paper, and uid paper to m/s amc services, office no.-6, 7, 8, 1st floor, narsaria tower, opp-lalpur thana, ranchi, jharkhand of micromax on dated-23/04/2018.
                                    Mr ajay kumar head of m/s amc services center ranchi has uploaded all papers to you. Regularly i am requesting to provide me my mobile x740 to micromax service center gurugram haryana and senior mr. Shadab and imran sir till date but my mobile has not been returned till date.                                       Bought yu yunique 2 plus (Yu5012 model) on 20-july-2018. (Imei details attached as image file - please check the attachment file)

                                      1. Installed airtel simcard. From first day, the incoming calls never come, the messages is "not in network coverage area". Then changed the sim to jio. Again same problem. I restart the phone and then for 5-10 min i get some incoming calls

                                      The incoming call screen doesnt appear, dont know how to answer the incoming call. After 5-10 min again incomming calls stop - no network coverage isssue

                                      2. Uber doesnt work. But when installed in other phones it works

                                      3. Youtube app doesnt work properly

                                      4. Every time have to restart the phone to make a call or receivce an sms

                                      Finally after struggling with phone, on 5th october gave the phone for servicing in the following servicing center:

                                      M/s s3 communications
                                      No 76/11-1 (Ff), jaynagar, 3rd block, elephant rock road, opp rr gold palace, bangalore, karnataka

                                      They said - "it just needs a software update and everything will be fine, if you have any issues, we will change the mother board"... They returned the phone on 8th october... Still the incoming calls do not come... They never tested in the first place... They just did some software update and returned the phone

                                      Again went to the same service center on 10th october, they said, "we will again do another software update and this time also if it does not work we will change the mother board"...

                                      How many times should i run around the service center? From first day this phone had a problem. I asked for replace, ment and they are not giving me a replacement.

                                      This is my first micromax product and i am having a very bad experience with the product and the service center staff... Please tell me what to do?

                                      What kind of product is this which never worked from first day and what kind of customer service is this?

                                        Defective micromax phone was given and after few days went for replacement and now its 10-15 days not getting any replacement nor any refund. We have been calling customer care since 2-3 days and they r just asking us to wait. We don't want any phone now just want our refund. They are just fooling us from 2 days and no higher authority is ready to talk so kindly give some attention and refund or money back to us.
