Sir, i have purchased 01 no of phone on 11dec 16. After 6 months, mobile is hanged up & keypad problem is happening sometime. But, before 3 days keypad is fully not working. Authorised showroom & repairing centre is not available nearby area. Kakdwip is nearest town, after that diamond harbour with the distance of 50km. Sir, pls give me a suggestion for repair the mobile against warranty or guarantee period because i am a government servant using of mobile is very urgent in my field.
It is requested that pls give me a suggestion to repair the mobile against warranty period. My call number is [protected]

    Sub :_ compensation for violation of warranty terms with respect to micromax smartphone model no. Q4260 purchased through flipkart - issue of suit notice – reg
    Please note that i am a consumer coming under the purview of section 2 (D) of consumer protection act, 1986. I had purchased a smart phone, micromax evoke power model number q4260 (Imei no. [protected]) through flipkart (Order id-od[protected] item), order date, tue, jul 4th '17 1:23 pm, total amount, ₹6, 999through cash on delivery) and received the product on 7/7/2017.
    As per the terms of warranty, the product has 1 year warranty against all malfunctioning and manufacturing defect. The company has claimed that the corning gorilla glass along with its 2.5d curved glass of the mobile phone ensures durability and protection from scratches.
    However, on 2/8/2017, the product fell down accidentally and its screen mirror broken at its edge. But the mobile phone was still in working condition. When i approached the micromax care at pattom, trivandum, they demanded rs 4000/- as service charge for rectifying the defect. Since the amount was exorbitant, i approached m/s micromax care at neyyatinkara. They rectified the defect. How ever they charged me rs 3500/- for replacing the display panel. (Vide receipt no. 870 dated 12/8/2017 of micromax care, adhenz, nmc xii/4a2, 2nd floor, swadeshabhimani shopping complex, neyyatinkara, tvm 695121 (Phone[protected].
    Now, today 8/9/2017 at 10am the above said handset went off suddenly and since then the same is not in working condition. When i approached the micromax care at pattom, the service personal told me that they were not bound to abide by the warranty condition and demanded exorbitant rate for repairing the same. They said that handset was short circuited itself due to the rusting of charge pin of the handset and said that rusting was due to presence of water content in the atmosphere and that no warranty is available to me for the said defect and demanded exorbitant rate for repairing the same.
    I suspect that the rusting of the charge pin is the result of substandard components used at the time of manufacturing the product. The company ought to have used rustproof material at the charging pin. The company failed to ensure enough waterproofing against possible short circuiting at the charging pin.
    I am dissatisfied with working of micromax evoke power model number q4260 (Imei no. [protected]) and due to the bad working of the set, i have suffered a lot of mental agony. Since the date of purchase i have spent rs 6999 (Towards the price of the mobile phone) +rs3500 (Towards the repairing charge paid to m/s micromax care, adhenz, nmc xii/4a2, 2nd floor, swadeshabhimani shopping complex, neyyatinkara, tvm 695121 (Phone[protected]Vide receipt no. 870 dated 12/8/2017).
    Please note that i am not in a position to spent more money on this defective smart phone for again making the same in working condition.
    In the above circumstances, i am constrained to sent this notice to repair the said mobile phone without charging any amount towards repairing charge or any other hidden charges.
    Hence it is requested that you may either repair the said mobile phone within the ambit of warranty condition or if it is not possible, replace the same with a new one of the same model.
    Unless you repair the said mobile phone or replace the same with a defect free mobile phone of same model, free of cost, with in 14 days from the date of receipt of this notice, i am prepared to approach the consumer redressal forum trivandurm for upholding my rights as a consumer and also for compensation for an amount of rs 50, 000/- towards mental agony and other consequential relief.in that event you alone will be liable for all the legal consequence arising out of the violation of warranty condition of the said product.
    It is also inform you that i am ready and willing for an amicable settlement, if you rectify the defect of the said mobile phone free of cost with in 14 days from the date of receipt of this notice.
    Expecting a positive response from you at the earliest.

      I have deposited my micromax handset q417 blue (Model code [protected]) on 28 august 2017 for the issue of loudspeaker. And it has been more 12 days now, i have not received any concrete reply or solution from your end. Kindly help for the same on high priority.

      And when i spoke to the representative at ghatkopar service center, they disconnecting my call.

      Initially i was told that it'll be done in 8 days then again they asked for 4 days more and now again i'm not getting any positive reply.

          Blue mobile. I'm 4 times submitted my mobile for same problem to repair but now same issue happen.
          No body answer for that such issues & that mobile is kept on stores 18 days. For each & every time.
          That store people can't not be taken a care for customers mobile. My mobile is also damage on 1 time i have submitted to repair.
          I want to replacement for that my piece. At from order date to till date i have 4 times is repaired happen through micromax care.

              I purchased a micromax e 485 handset on september 2016, due to some issue in motherboard my handset not working properly. When i reached service center they told me that motherboard need change and i have submitted my handse on date 18.07.2017 but till date my handset not repaired.                 I brought micromax yunicron 5530 phone 3 month ago.that phone was not being able to support OTG in the file manager and i went to the service center where my phone was send to our head department for 10 days. on saturday Aug26 collect my phone my phone to the service center. that phone has submit software problem but that its opened his display and she was not fit properly she was ading upwards. I did not understand why my display was opened due to the software problem.phone center batten has been not match on his display phone and place is scratched on the phone and sim plate not match his body colour and bolts ware not even how. i am sending you the picture. please help him today 20 days has been complete but my problem not solve.

                  Dear micromax,

                  This email is with reference to my complaint with your authorized service center “shri laxmi enterprises uttam nagar west “ against job sheet no. N[protected] dated :- 21st august 2017, name :- saurabh awasthi.

                  Unfortunately i have purchased your product yu yureka having trust on indian brand but really i am facing a lots of issues with this phone.

                  When the phone arrived through flipkart the phone was faulty immediately i contacted to flipkart team and they replaced by a new yu yureka set.

                  Few days later that phone started auto switch off, hanged during call, no network in first sim slot, 6-7 hrs battery backup, heating a lot etc-etc all those problem persist in a single phone you may wonder how i mange two -3 month swith these problems.

                  Finally when i get free from my busy schedule then i went to so called service center of micromax “ shri laxmi enterprises “ located in uttam nagar west, they checked and updated the software and returned back to us while saying phone is okay now.

                  But after checking it again i found that still the problem persist and problem not solved then i again visited to that pathetic service center on 21st august 2017 and they submitted my phone they told me in 5 days they returned the phone back. But today is 5th september and they told me that motherboard is not send by the micromax that’s why delay occurs, the employee of that service center suggested me to talk with micromax service center and she told me to ask when you guys will send the part of my mobile.

                  Its quiet amazing to hear that how brilliantly “ shri laxmi enterprises “ working and sorting out the problems of their customers, if i have to talk with you guys and sortout the problem with own then whats the need of that stupid employee and service center i am too much irritated by this and needed immediately action on my complaint.

                  Look into this matter and resolved my issue on urgent basis as already i faced lots of problem with this phone and i request take this complaint on top priority basis.

                    Sir,
                    This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased one micromax vedio2 (4g moblie) model q 4101 from dewa mobile care near lolu complex, general bus stand anantnag for a consideration of rs. 4, 700/= (Rupees four thousand and seven hundred only) paid in cash vide cash receipt no.1231 dated 23/07/2017.
                    The said product is suffering from the following defects and deficiencies:-
                    1- the rear camera of the mobile has been claimed as having resolution quality of 5 mega pixels but has actually failed in competing with the resolution quality of 2 mega pixels of samsung gt-5303 3g mobile which clearly indicates misleading representation by concealment of facts.
                    2- the gprs signal strength quality of the said product is also not satisfactory as it is not performing well even on airtel 4g network. The said problem along with other complaints regarding the product was also conveyed to both retailer and the company earlier, and subsequently on[protected] the concerned micromax service centre situate near hista higher secondary school k. P road anantnag was approached having no satisfactory resolution.
                    I have reported the above matter to them several times but despite all my pleadings they have not made good the defect in the product, it is evident that the product is of low quality, it suffers from deficiencies and has been misrepresented through false claims and advertisements which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like. On account of their aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same i have suffered losses which are liable to be compensated to me.
                    They were finally called upon to
                    I. Remove the said defects in the product, and/or
                    Ii. Replace the product with new product, and/or
                    Iii. Return the price/charges paid

                    Within two days of receipt of consumer's notice dated 22.08.2017 the concluding para of which reads as below
                    "failing which i shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of j&k the consumer protection act 1987 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note"
                    But neither company nor the persons associated with sales and marketing team took any serious note of that. This clearly indicates unethical business of the company.

                      1.) i bought micromax canvas e353 mobile from paytm at 17 june, 2017.
                      At 5 august, 2017 phone didn't shown imei no. And sim not shown.
                      So, i went venus enterprises, i-6/85, ground floor, sector - 16, rohini, delhi-110089.
                      They said mobile had wet, that's why it's not working. My phone is under warranty but they say you have to pay rs.700. Because you bought from paytm that's why you have to pay money.
                      Then i paid.
                      Another situation happen at 1 sept, 2017
                      2.) i bought micromax tablet p290 at 1 july 2017 from fone zone nxt solution pvt. Ltd. Vikas surya mall, mangalam palace, m2k rohini, delhi, 110085.
                      After 2months it's not charged and not working properly.
                      I went micromax customer care venus enterprises located at-6/85 ground floor, sector-16, rohini, delhi-110089.
                      They said tablet is wet that's why its not working. Again they say same reason. When i said its under warranty then they said their is no warranty if tablet wet. Then they again charge money rs. 700.
                      Here i attach bill of mobile and tablet and also receipt of both mobile and tablet given by venus enterprises of rs. 700 + rs. 700.
                      I just want to know that micromax company works like that.
                      Make customer fool by selling damage mobile and tablets and money charge even if product is under warranty.
                      Please solve my problem and paid back my money asap.

                        I had submitted my phone with micromax service center dombivali west branch on 31/7/17 due to the network issue. I was told that i will get the phone within 5 days but it has been 1 month now, i am yet to receive my phone. No communication whatsoever from the service center. After numerous visits and countless calls from my end, all they say is that they are waiting for the replacement part. I wonder which part of the planet is the part coming from. I am completely frustrated and disappointed. I urge you to please intervene and get this issue resolved.

                        Screen is blank ...nothing is visible on screen, only audio can be heard .
                        i have purchased this TV in oct-16 from flip cart, & registered this complain on 25/08/2017, still no action taken, on continuously following up from my end .
                        the TV is in warranty period, this thing is to be taken care by the company.
                        I have purchased 50" led TV on 09/04/2017 on flipcart but now it is not working I complaint to micromax company but they are not taking costumers any action that's why we are suffering to buy any micromax items . please take the sevier action.

                          Sir, i have recently check that my phone micromax canvas 6 pro (E484) is not certified from the google and this status i got from my playstore and when i read this its importance in google help then it tells uncertified devices are not stable and not get new android versons please solve this issue and make my phone google certified thats make me able to use new android

                          I already complaint about my led TV to micromax service on 26 July but still they are not able to resolve my issue. Their service centre person not attend our phone calls. In such conditions how can we buy Indian brand as their services are very very bad.

                            Hi this is zeeshan jamal from lucknow, got q 4251 s/n : vo [protected] from aggarwal shop in bhootnath market lucknow. Owner of shop was realy convinced us to buy this product as this product newly launched and has all the features in less price ie 6200 and its value for money we purched your product q 4251 s/n : vo [protected]
                            But after few days its starting giving us the trouble automaticly switching off we went to the service center micromax service senter in trinity complex at badshah nagar lucknow they said its a battery issue they subnmitted our phone and gave it back after 8 days and they have said they have changed the battery now your phone is ok.
                            After few days the same problem accuring again we went back to the service center they said your phone need to be formatted and they have submitted again after 2 days they called me and said your phone is ok they returned, after 2 days same problem started i went back again they said your memory card has virus need to format again i submitted again they formatted again and suggested me dont use with this memory card i said ok.
                            Sir i hope you can understand the situtation newly phone is not working and no body has an idea.
                            Pls help me get the my phone working again its dead now.

                              Hello,
                              Phone not repaired even after approx 2 months (Submitted on 15jul17), screen display not working properly, scratch gaurd removed, back over replaced with dirty old one and best part suraj poojari the manager of swastik telecom (Malad) said "sir you are asking for more". What does it even mean?. I just wanted my phone to be working as before after paying 2000rs/-.
                              I have submitted my yu yureka ao5510 for service and have paid a lump sum amount of 2000rs/- at swastik telecom (Malad)
                              Firstly girish promised me that phone will be given back in 7 working days after that suraj promised that it will be given before 15 th aug 17 but it doesn't seems so.
                              The cse are very irresponsible, inhuman and most worst they don't know what they are doing or what's phone's issue, they just charge 2000rs/- without looking at your phone. This is 6th time, i have visited the center and it's approx 2 months before i have submitted my phone. The certificate number issued by micromax is 2120608 and is expired and valid till 31st march 17. Whatever may be the problem they charge 2000rs/- as the basic charge. I have called them multiple times, mostly they don't answer and if they do they just tell to visit service center and the phone not ready/repaired and to come on next day.
                              Please show me a way how to deal with it?

                                  I have purchased android tv on 26th october 2016 through filpkart, now it is showing your device is uncertified.

                                  Google recommendation ask your device manufacturer for certified device.

                                  Not able to download any app form google store.

                                  I have raised 2 times complaint but stillbissue is not yet resolved.

                                  They can't received any phone call i try this phone 100 times but same response I m very disappointed about this prodact and the company also i hope they give good risponce now another wise I m going to take some hard decision thanks my phone no is [protected], [protected] i m waiting for your quick response

                                    Dear sir
                                    I used micromax q491 mobile handsets last 6 month. Now my handset have problem with lcd display spot and headphone jack problem company force me first i pay lcd charge than he repaired my headphone jack otherwise not.
                                    I challenge the company to proof my headset is physically damage or liquid damage but company not ans me.
                                    I only want company provide me list of physically or liquid or temporary damage with pic.
                                    Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Tv panel is not working. No one is responding .More then 60 days had passed above is my complain no.

                                      I purchased micromax p701 tablet online on 03-nov-2016, around 15 days ago i got problem (Charging issue with no bettry backup and speaker issue) in my handset, when i visit to micromax center in (Shakarpur) they said that there is bettry issue as well as speaker issue in your handset, if you will change your bettry then it will be ok but speaker was not available to them, then they said to visit other service center but when i visited in vikas marg opp. V3s mall service center they said different issue, they said that there is moisture in your handset and now it is not in warranty if i will change that moisture part paid then it will again cover in warranty, now the result is this how two service center may be different decision for the same phone, means definitely some one do on my board one them center, because i reached in only 15 minutes from one service center to another. How can it is possible to happen moistute in 15 minutes.

                                      Finally no one listen my problem and still it is same,
                                      Service of micromax is very bad.

                                        Sir i have bought a micromax canvas 1 set on 24th july from your chandigarh dealer sector 22 from the very first day the speaker from which we receive calls is not good or not up to the mark i visited at your customer care centre in sector 30 and 35 but no body listen to me as per them they don't change the set or provide do as they got penalty if they change so what's my fault as i listen to the shopkeeper for micromax set sir please look into the matter and change the set as per your 100 days replacement gaurantee
