I bought micromax In note 1 in March from flipkart but the phone is overheating a lot and when I gave the phone for repairing in service centre they are charging money for it cause it's motherboard needs to be replaced despite of being within warranty period
Such bad service provided by micromax is unacceptable, the phone used to get overheated instantly this was a major problem and inspite of being sorry and repairing my phone the micromax service center is charging money for its repairment . This is absolutely intolerable

    Very disappointed with the service of the Flipkart seller as I have ordered Micromax In 2b on 8th August so It should have to be delivered by yesterday but it's not even packed yet, I have contacted customer service but there is no proper solution yet.

      Service center denying warranty by saying that mobile has taken apart by someone else, but that's not true i did not try to get it repaired anywhere else, i tried to reach Micromax customer helpline but I'm only getting computer generated messages

        First of all I have ordered this Micromax in 1b from Flipkart 6 months ago, and now I'm having screen flickering problem plus battery draining issue, I have factory reset my device twice hard reset also I thought some bug issue is there, but it is not resolving, I have bill box warranty card and also phone is not damaged and still in warranty please help me ASAP and yes I have got defected charger also that I have replaced peacefully.
        VERY BAD MICROMAX!!!

            Sir I have ordered micromax in 1 (6\128gb) varient which is delivered on 28 June 2021. But after some days I knew a defect in mobile body which is harmly bad for mobile sir I got a defective piece by pls help me.
            It's mobile body is not good condition it is pressing and making sound after some little pressing which might cause my life of mobile

                I Purchased a Micromax led tv on 22/Aug/2020.But now tv is not working also i have done a complaint on 29/April/2021 Regarding Tv not Working and Complaint id HIP[protected]. Till now i didn't receive any Call from any Engineer . I tried to call again but Customer Care give Number of Service centres. I called them But they told me they left Micromax Service Centre .Please help it asap as i am a regular customer of micromax.

                  I beg to say that I have purchased micromax in b 32 gb 4 months ago .phone is not working efficiently. Firstly the finger sensor get stop working after couple of days the phone screen start getting blurred or buffed nothing is clearly visible on screen. Since under warranty period I went to nearby service center but they refused to repair under warranty demands extra charge they said that the phone is physically damaged and is not persistence in warranty.since it has minor broke and this problem arises now a days whereever my phone get fall from couple of month ago .I also contacted customer care many times but they didn't reply till now.so I request you to take action effectively to resolve my problem.

                      My Micromax phone model E453, I have purchased it before 1 year, my phone charging had become very slow...it is showing more than 9hrs to fully charged. I have checked my charger but it is in good condition.. what's the problem with my mobile.

                        As we had a problem in our micromax led tv we had registered a complain about it and a person from micromax service centre has came and charged rs. 830 from me as a service charge . Since we had an extended warranty on our tv, he told that there is a replacement of another led tv. We had legally submitted all warranty documents. They told with in 3 weeks tv will be replaced but it has becomevmore than 1 months still our led tv is not replaced and whenever I call the customer care they say it is pending for approval. Please take action immediately for which I shall be highly obliged.

                            1. We had registered a complaint on defect in TV - Sound fluctuations and Video Distortions (Product Still in Warranty) on 9th Apr for which technicians visited us on 14th Apr. However, since then no contact has been made by the Micromax Service Centre Amritsar.

                            2. They don't pick up phone calls and if you get lucky and they pick up call then they ask for the entire story and assure you to get back which they don't. To my utter shock, when I got through at 6.15 pm on 24th Apr, I was told to call on Monday during office hours as timings had finished at 6 pm. Also to my surprise, when I checked up from the customer care, it has come to light that they haven't updated their visit on 14th Apr in the system. This was informed by the call centre attendee.

                            3. The entire experience hasn't been pleasant, and the Micromax Service Centre Amritsar under Mr Arpan and his staff are careless, arrogant, negligent, inattentive, irresponsible and to sum up extremely unprofessional and it seems that they are not bothered about the customer concerns and the company's reputation.

                            No action has been taken since the complaint has been made. I am convinced that this purely to escape warranty clause and get over the warranty period which ends this month. The product has malfunction and can only be replaced, so knowing well once the technicians came and checked thereafter they have not shown their visit too. Pathetic state of affairs' and absolutely poor customer service.

                                  Micromax manager called last year and suggested that a new kit from Sony (not Micromax) is required to run internet on my Micromax TV. That kit will come along with new remote (costs around[protected]. So, he charges me around 8k for whole kit and respective remote. The remote came was faulty. The technician said that his manager deliberately gives faulty devices for replacement. Now it has been almost 1 year and that same manager is not responding to my responses and am still facing issue with his chosen faulty device. Kindly get this sorted out asap to prevent further legal action.

                                        मैंने 2017 में micromax की एक मोबाइल (E 455 )ख़रीदा। 2 -3 दिन बाद मोबाइल बिगड़ गयी। मैं उसे सर्विस सेण्टर लेकर गया तो उन्होंने मोबाइल को 15 दिन के लिए repair के लिए भेज दिया। 15 दिन के बाद जब मैं मोबाइल लेने पहुँचा तो मैंने देखा कि मोबाइल का body पूरी तरह से टूट गया है, जैसे मोबाइल को किसी ने पैर से कुचल दिया हो। मैंने नयी सील पैक मोबाइल की माँग की। customer care को कॉल किया, कंपनी को ईमेल भी किया लेकिन किसी ने मेरी एक भी नहीं सुनी। सर मुझे आप की वेबसाइट का पता चला तो मैंने आप से शिकायत कर रहा हूँ।

                                        Sir मुझे एक नयी 4G मोबाइल और चार साल का हर्जाना दिलाने की कृपा करें।
