Purchased ac from flipkart last year.. After all services this year it stopped working. Raised a complaint on 19th june bt no early response from ur team. Since my ac is under warranty still the technician came after a week nd took 3700rs.. V asked them for it bt they made false nd fake replies.. The ac worked for n hour nd again stopped yesterday nd then again called technician they didn't found the solution nd at last back stepped.. Now what to do wth this kind of service from ur technicians nd ur team.. Left us wth open nd faulty ac.. No support from ur side at all.. Pathetic work, uneducated nd unexperienced technicians.. Fraud company...

      Bought a new Micromax ac about 1 month ago from Flipkart ...it is not working properly...lodged a complain to its service center on 14/06/19...they said that your complaint will be attended within 24 to 48 hours...today is 20/06/19...nobody has yet ecome to attend it...after hours of efforts I get to talk to customer care people...they are unable to give any proper explanation...
      I bought this ac to use it in summer but couldn't use it the entire season...feels like cheated.
      Worst after sale service ever experienced.

        Dear Team,

        Sep 2018 I purchased a Micromax Q402 ultra. From the next day onwards its started showing complaints. Screen Lock was not working properly, Simply out going calls going. Automatically applications working. In pocket the mobile Torch switching ON & Simply beaming hang on. Then I adjusted & used the mobile up to Dec 2018. In Dec the screen became totally blank. On that time I given in four service center for repair. They updated & Re-stored my phone & given back.

        Two days it worked normally after that again started same complaints. I cannot always go to your service center. So I again used in an adjustment. But day by day complaints increased. In the phone will became hang then I need to remove the battery & re-insert only the mobile was working. Same old complaints also was their. Last month the mobile became totally dead & I given it to service center. This is the worst mobile I ever used in my life.

        Now itself I didn't got my mobile back after repairing. Job Sheet No:[protected]R. Service Center given me a stand by mobile for using. The service center people supported me well. I thing its a product complaint. Now I like to upgrade my mobile. I don't want this same model again. I need an upgraded one. Expecting your support in this. Hoping a positive replay from your side.

            I bought micromax air conditioner on june 2018, it's not working due to coil failure, i already raised complaints to micromax customer support, it's under warranty, micromax technician not take care of this, they don't reply, micromax worst customer service, i[censored] didn't take care of this, i'll go consumer court and file complaint, resolve my problem asap...

Then I give the phone to service centre... But its too late I register a Complaint to cyber cell...

                    This is regarding the purchase of micromax 1.5 ton 3 star bee rating 2018 inverter ac - white, this ac was purchased on 27-may-2018. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue which i had faced during recent paid ac service provided by micromax. Since i was facing the issue of no cooling in ac, your ac service resource told me that there is no gas present by checking it without the use of any pressure measuring tool. It felt to me that i am getting service from a local town shop. There was no cleaning done which they ideally should have cleaned everything related to ac (Please correct me if i am wrong as i have seen normal ac service charge include cleaning and inspection of ac. May i expect a resolution of my complaint with professional approach as i could never have imagined that a company like micromax will cause me this trouble. However i believe that micromax is committed to provide best services to its customers.

                      I have logged a complaint for my micromax led tv on 15th may. Still i am waiting for the sercvicing team to rectify the issue and slove my problem but till date i am just moving rpind and round as if i am begging in front of them. Ridicules experience i had. Call centre team and servicing team is very rude. Is there any responsible person whom i can contact or who can solve my problem.

                      The service center put the bill zero in jobsheet and charge me rupees 300 and also give me a hand written bill.

For this issue I contacted your service centre at AKS Care, D-1/C/001, Sec-C LDA Colony, Kanpur Road, Krishna Nagar, Lucknow-226012. Your engineer diagnosis and observe problem in main FPC and software update . At that time, both items are replaced @Rs.1745. But next day same problem is arise, it means problem arise from software side not hardware.i have strong objection in this matter.
                        SO, I requested that please go through the subject as early as possible.

                          I have a 42 inch micromax tv which is under warranty. There was some screen snag/malfunction for which i registered a complaint at micromax customer care on 30/03/2019 (Vide ref. No. :del[protected]).

                          Technician visited my place, checked the tv and told me that the screen needs to be replaced. Now during this 50 days, i have made multiple calls at the service centre and have visited there personally twice, but each time i am being told that the screen is dispatched from the company and is in transit.

                          How can it take more than a month for the screen to reach this place for that sake from anywhere from the world. When i visited the centre i was proposed to replace/exchange my faulty tv for a new larger sized videocon tv at a very reasonable price, for which i straight away refused.

                          Now when i contacted the customer care care centre i am told that the complaint was closed on that day only. Its been nearly 2months now and the tv is still not rectified.

                            My mobile keypad has been not working since one month i have twice visited your mobile service centre (Swetha communications karimnagar on 08/05/2019 receipt no 2295) they had charged 300 rupees but there is not improvement in mobile so it time for you to take the action and sot out the problem either by replacing the mobile by the other one or refunding it. As we have the validity of 1 year. So sot out the problem as fast as you can.

                                I bought a 50inch led of micromax, assuming the good brand value and quality, but end up with disappointment. This led cost me 30, 000 rs and its not even complete 3 yrs and its display is not working properly. When i complained at customer care and after analyzing the technical problem they said, its panel need to replace, but as i have not opted the extended warranty this wont be replaced, also when i bought the product, someone came from the micromax and did the installation, but now they are saying we haven’t done the installation as well.

                                I checked with the dealer and he said the installation was done by the micromax team and now i have to connect with them only.

                                Please try to understand i have paid 30, 000 rs from my pocket and its hardly 2.6 yrs and this product is not working properly. It’s a very big amount which i paid and not getting any help from your team. I have attached the all required documents. Please look into this matter and help me. It’s a request.

                                Addition to this today i got came to know the cost of the panel is 26986, which is also not available at this moment.

                                So over all i paid 30, 000 rs for this led which only worked for 2.6 yrs and again i have to pay 26, 986 rs to get it repair. So total cost will be 56, 986/- rs.

                                I am really feeling cheated by the micromax.


                                Can anyone help me on this??

                                        My micromax canvas infinity hs2 had been given for servicing for last 2 weeks for changing the charging board under warranty but after so many days i have not yet received my phone saying that the spare parts have not yet been received... The problem is i am going to kerala my hometown since my second semester is over and i am leaving for vacation... I don't have any other phone.
