My led tv backlight failed and i raised a complaint on number +[protected]. They gave me a complaint number and i got a call from micromax service centre with number +91 [protected] and they told me that they will take the task but i will have to take the tv to their shop which is 20 km away from house and they will not provide transportation. If i need to avail transportation they will charge me inr 3000 and no bill will be provided for that. What does this mean? How am i supposed to carry 50 inch led tv to their shop whereas they can easily come with proper equipment to take the tv from my house to their warehouse and then repair it and give it back to me. This is very bad from micromax.

i dont know which win 10 its having so i install win 10 pro
now i am trying to activate win 10 but its not activating

I have buyed TV last october and its under warrenty it is not working properly..Please help with testing of my device..what is the problem my no is [protected].

Please help me withthis..to keep my faithon company for future

      On visiting s3 commn. In jayanagar bangalore, on 02.08.19, mr. Zabi assured me required product will be ready for delivery on 05.19 (a68 model mobile battery).

      Contacting s3 commn daily on phone about product, but says, product is yet to come from factory. I find unreasonable delay in meeting customers requirement, after taking payment (rs.650) paid on 02.08.19.

      3 please help me to get my orders placed battery for model mobile early.

        I already registered my complain to my nearest micromax service centre in ashok nagar, but the respond to that complain about my led micromax tv after 1 week, than after 1 more week they send their employe to take the tv to their service center because there is some issue of backlight panel in my tv and after 1 more week i get back my tv with 3 months warranty of backlight panel, but just after 1 month it again shows some problem in the backlight panel. Then i again call the service center and they take my tv but it's already 4 weeks since than and i didn't receive my tv and they are just bluffing like we deliver it tomorrow and so on.
        So please do something.

          We purchased micromax 40inch led tv on april 27th 2019, and it was stopped working on 30 july 2019. Complained through mails, service persons came replaced new board and said it has manufacture problem. I mailed and demanding new tv, and they stopped responding for mails. I have to be pay 3emis for this not working tv (Attached photos and invoice)

            I had purchased a 21" micromax led monitor online on amazon.in, in the month december, 2018 and date of purchase is 14/12/2018. It was damaged in transit which i had not noticed initially, but later seen the product have a problem of defocus at right sided down corner so i had registered a complain first time to micromax customer care on dated 25/02/2019, complain ref. No. Ser[protected] & ser[protected], but not attended by service micromax service partner. Again i had registered complain on 15/3/2019 and then asc called and informed that they will attend the call monday on 18/03/2019 in morning session. After a week time a service engineer attend the complain after complaining to asc incharge and after checking the unit asc raise the order for replacement. Since then we are doing continous followup with asc as well as state service incharge (Mr. Dilip sutar) and service partner (Mr. Durgadas shirodkar) and micromax customer care but no action have been taken from micromax nor received any reply till the date.

              I am unable to update my phone because when i open about phone then system update after that i am going to press the ok option in this time it comes return back to the system update this happens too many times.
              because of this i am unable to acces my phone as i am unaable to use any network on this device
              along with that whatsapp is not running it shows that your date and time is incorrect after watching this i reset the date and time but after this this did not work
              now please give me a solution for this problem

[protected] he told me fist we will checking you power bank then i give them he don't give any paper or job #, after 30 to 40 min he told your power bank is total damage its in waranty then i try to take a video for our conversation then he take my phone and delete the videos.                 I have original invoice from Amazon Prime, but service sentre agent told me Amazon invoice not valid some time tell me give serials number. I have call recording also

                  I am purchased a micromax selfie 2 mobile phone via flipkart. On 26th october 2018. Now a days it have some hanging problems. Today suddenly switched off automatically then not restarting. Many times i tired to turn on manually. But that's not working. Kindly request to take an certain action towards my problem.

                    I purchased micro max led tv from flup cart order id od[protected]. The product and got a message that installation and demo scheduled installation and demo for micromax 81cm (32 inch) hd ready led tv with ips panel with order id od[protected] has been scheduled with micromax. Your service request number for the same is ker[protected] and will be done on friday, aug 09, 2019.
                    But the intsallation not done till now. Assigned an service engeer also. But no further procedure not done

                    My Micromax TV is getting switched off in 10-30 seconds after switching on and then after some time gets auto switch on. The switch on and off-cycle continues. Icons are getting displaced on the screen.

                      I have brought a tv on feb 2018 and i could see a thin line on tv. Over this issue i tried connecting to micromax customer care care through different number but could not able to. I have a year warranty+ 2 year of extended warranty. Please advise me over this issue. Also it is really surprises me that there is not even a single customer care number by which i a can get in touch with.

                        Hi,

                        I am monalisha gupta. I had ordered micromax tablet (Micromax canvas tab p701+ tablet (7 inch, 16gb, wi-fi + 4g lte + voice calling), blue) on june 6th 2019 from amazon, india.

                        After using for a week, i found so many issues mentioned below:
                        1. Ear phone got damaged/broken off
                        2. Battery issue/not charging
                        3. Back blue cover is not setup properly and seems damaged.

                        I am really suffering and can't use this tablet anymore.

                        This phone is under 1 year manufacturer warranty for device and 6 months manufacturer warranty for in-box accessories including batteries from the date of purchase.

                        Please find attached the warranty copy, invoice copy and final payment copy.

                        I need this device (Tablet) to be replaced on immediate basis.

                          I have been running from pillar to pillar to get my led fix. First your service center employees lied saying my tv has warranty of 1 yr only. After i showed them my proof and calling your customer service whose name was krishna have talked to service center people. They accepted that my led has an extended warranty valid till[protected]. Now when i went to get my led fix. First micromax said parts are covered so i dont have to any anything except servicing charges to which i agreed. However, the service center said i need to pay 6k for replacement of parts. I got a callback from micromax executive saying she will emailed the service center people (Neelam) mentioning that all parts are covered under warranty however, they haven't done that yet. It's almost a week now arguing over the same warranty cover issues. Every single day i get to hear new stories such as my led pcb wasn't working. Then, board got burnt. When i asked how your service center said it was because of lizard. Who can a lizard go inside a led tv is my question first? Second, do you think that was a customer's mistake. Pcb getting spoilt because of lizard? This are just lame excuses made to force your customers pay when we have not done anything to spoil the led.                           Furthermore, i have all the proofs of voice recording where your team clearly said under warranty all parts issue will be covered. Please fix this asap else i will take this matter up to consumer court.

                            I have micromax 40 ich led tv. I am facing issue when i switch on the tv. I have launch complaint on 26 july 2019 regarding the same. I told me within 72 hrs there technician will visit my place (Complaint number - hip[protected]). I received message from micro max on 29 july which shows the details of technician (Varinder kumar - [protected], svc-[protected]). They have also share the ch code which i used to be share with technician once my tv got repaired. As i have not received any call from technician as 72 hrs are over i call him up. First he take all the detasils from me regarding tv. Once i told him the address he refused me to visit and asking me "i will give you another number please him". First thing why should i contact the other person. Ticket has been raised on his name. I call back there customer support team but they also told me to take number from there technician and call the guy. It's not my responsibility to contact micro-max person.

                              I got a new phone on 24/08/2018. It had many issues of switching off automatically so we went to micromax store as it had 100 days replacement warranty. The people at the center checked and stated that phone is faulty so we will replace it within 7 days.. It was 2 months but still customer executive were like service is done and we will dispatch soon... Later again I called they said servicing is going on(we were made fool).
                              In April or may I again called customer executive they said it is delivered to the service station. I called them they said we didn't get it. I don't know who is telling lie.
                              Now we went to station and the service station named New Tirupati Cellulars, Kharalwadi, pimpri pune branch people misbehaved and saying we don't have any phone and you won't get it, do whatever you all want. Meantime I called customer care and they told call back will be arranged, but it didn't happen. Immediately we got a call from service station and they say within 7 days we will give your phone. This happened all on 19th July 2019.
                              Today 23rd again I called service station, the lady and the man spoke so rudely with a high tone and saying did u all sleep for so many months and now we have disposed it and not gonna give the phone. You all do whatever you want to.
                              Again I called customer executive and he said the same that callback from senior will be arranged.
                              Why are we made fools for so many times.
                              Already I have lodged a complain consumer Court with all proofs.
                              I have all phone recording and everything.
                              So we have to file an FIR against micromax as we are not getting our mobile and are being mentally tortured.
                              Either give back our mobile or please refund me the amount.

                              No response from them... They just say that our senior will call within 24hrs but we are just being fooled since so many months and not getting a single call. These people are just ignoring our calls and not giving us our phone back.
                              Please we want justice as we are mentally tortured a lot and not getting our phone back.

                              Micromax is not responding properly. They are just fooling us by saying that call back is arranged and we will get call within 24hrs but no call we get.. Since many months same is happening and they have just taken our mobile and not giving it back.
                              Please take a strict action against them and give us justice as we are tortured a lot mentally.
                              Yesterday while returning from market, i have droped my mobile bill some where and now i cant get it. I have bought my phine just few months ago on 26/03/2019. Can i have another copy of my mobile Micromax bharat 5. As i bought from sikkim GANTOK.

                                Problem not solved. My Micromax Canvas Tab P702 Tablet (WiFi, 4GVoLTE, Voice Calling) touch screen did not get corrected. What have to do right now? Right now my TAB is in Warranty has taken on 10th January 2019. My micromax canvas TAB Touch screen will be correct whether or not? How long will right. Tell me.

                                  I registered the complaint to micromax customer care regarding my Micromax LED UHD 42", Ticket No. (JNK[protected]) on 2nd july 2019 and technician called me on 8th july and asked to transfer 6500 to his account then only he will visit to my place. and when i called to customer care, they told me that your complaint has been closed as technician was unable to reach out to your mobile. Even though when i appraised customer care about this conduct of technician they said that we'll arrange the call back to you from senior but till today (12th july 2019) i didn't receive any call from micromax. Let's Boycott micromax, i never experienced such worst service earlier by any brand.

                                    Dear sir, i have raised a complaint on low cooling issue twice. The first time when the service person attended the complaint don't even has the capacity of identifying cause of the issue after doing some cleaning he charged us for service and closed the complaint as resolved. The second time person came for attending the same. Issue and he said will come back since he do not have necessary instruments to fix the issue. Whenever i call back him he is postponing the date. So i called the customer care number to check my complaint status but it was moved to completed status. I am very much frustrated how come doing nothing this has been said as completed. My complaint number (Tmn[protected]). Such a fraud person coming to attend the issues for your products. Even writing hear i don't believe it is going to get resolved. If possible do the needful.

                                      Hello everyone,

                                      Again my ac is not working... Again cooling issue! I'm frustrated to the core... This is third time in this 3 month.

                                      Kindly refund my money which i've spent on this poor product.

                                      I beg you kindly remove ur product from my house and give my money back. It is hopeless and only fools will hope this brand.

                                      If no actions made... I'll give all my emails to social media and proceed issuing legal notice.

                                        I purchased led tv (Micromax led 43a7200 mhd. Sr. No. [protected]) from star mobitel ltd, south extension, new delhi on 03.07.2016 with 3 years warranty. Now i am facing following problems with tv-
                                        1. Both hdmi ports are not working and hence i am not able to see hd channels.
                                        2. Tv is taking some time to start when it is switched on.

                                        I have original bill of this tv and payment receipt. I raised complaint with micromax customercare but they are not giving me warranty. They say it was not registered for extended warranty. This is not my fault. I purchased tv with 3 years warranty which is written on bill. Micromax is cheating customers by giving false promises. Do not buy this tv. Service is very very poor.
