My name is Sudhanshu bhardwaj, I have given micromax service center my phone for repair to (M/s Life Line Telecom, Nit Faridabad) on May 8/12/21 whose job no. is[protected]r. Today 06.01.22 Done but parts haven't arrived yet. For which I have called customer care 2-3 times. And I have gone to the service center 10-12 days. I am very upset. Now tell me what is its solution. If the diet company does not have parts, then another phone should be provided to me. But the company is neither able to give parts nor phone. It's going to be about 1 month. Due to no phone, I am unable to do my work in the office.

My Micromax a77 canvas juice touch is not responding at all. It has been several days to this problem . I have switched it off and on several times but still it doesn't work . It works suddenly after 3-4 hour and only for a short time period like 5-6 minutes. But most ofthe time it remains unresponsive to touch. The screen doesn't respond to my touch. Please do something to repair my phone

i have bought micromax in1 mobile device 6 months before, within 5 months of purchase battery swollen and immediately submitted in service center . They accepted it and agreed to replace battery and replace charger free of cost as its under warranty. But even after 1 month in service center they are saying parts not available. Out of 12 months warranty 1 month already in service center only and dont know how many more days it...

I had purchased the laptop -LI351568W ABOUT 3 -4 YEARS BACK. I NEED TO REPLACE THE BATTERY WHICH IS GETTING DRAINED QUICKLY. I AM RESIDENT OF VADODARA GUJARAT. FROM WHERE I CAN GET THE BATTERY? PL. HELP US TO GET THE BATTERY.

My phone ( in note 1 ) heats insanely during charging(due to its faulty ic or wiring), which cause its battery to bloat.
Now, when I bring my phone to the service center within its warranty period, they are charging me the cost of the new battery for replacement ( battery also has 1 year warranty ).
This is total fraud. They took the money and phone in advance and till now ( from 29 Oct ), they didn't returned by phone and when I calling the service center ( not in my town ), they are rejecting my phone calls.

I have purchased a Micromax me note 1 mobile phone through online 8 months ago.
One day it went switch off and we were not able to switch it on.
We given the phone to micromax authorized service center in Kochi, Palarivottom as it is in warranty period.
They took the phone inside and after sometime informed that its motherboard is shortcircuited and repair charges will be 6000 INR.
And they cannot provide warranty as phone screws looks to be try to remove by any local shops.
We have not given the phone to any other shops but directly to that authorised service center.
We need immediate repair or replacement.
We have contacted customer care almost 20 times but no support.

I have been a part of the micromax family for 6 years. We had replaced our old Micormax TV with the new module and features, which has gone faulty. I raised a compliant and they provided the "Job ID - PUD[protected]".

Referring to the Job ID - PUD[protected], we have been told that the TV will be replaced and waiting for a replacement for 3 months, with no progressive update from Micromax customer care team.
Can some please clarify me on, what is the issue here in providing the replacement and when we can expect the replacement?

I purchased a Micromax LED TV for 33000, 4 years ago. It got repaired and Micromax service center sent me a technician.. He inspected the TV and said T con board might have got repaired (He is not sure). Replacing the part will cost 14000 rupees but he said even after repairing that they can't give a guarantee. Even though we are ready to pay for the repair, the manufacturer are not providing us a guarantee. This is not fair why the customer is forced to purchase a new one when we can repair it. Micromax manufactures faulty product and they are not ready to repair that. At last the customers like me are cheated and we are helpless. I know an electronic product will not last for 4 years but the manufacturer should have quality technicians and should offer guarantee for the spares.

I called customer service as I was facing issue with Micromax TV regarding its display. Two technicians visited our place. Rather than rectifying the issue they cracked one side of our TV. When we asked about this, they became violent, used abusive language and pushed us back and then ran away. I called micromax consumer service again regarding the behaviour they put forward but instead they did not provide any solution for this.
I humbly request micromax team to please look into this issue of harassing the customers to the level of abusing and using violence.

I just wanna inform about the present condition of my phone -Micromax IN 1b that I've ordered from Flipkart on 21st January 2021 . Its been only seven and half months and the condition of my phone is so pathetic.

The SIM Slot 1 stopped working after a week from the date of purchase ; and after few months the flashlight stopped function ; the battery of the phone drains so randomly ; even if it is plugged in, it takes hours to get 1% charged ; the phone get heated up and hangs often ; there's a problem with the camera and the mic ; also there's a lag after attending and declining calls..

After contacting the service center and informing about all these problems, their only response is to repair the device instead of replacing it even though there is no physical or liquid damage occurred to the device.

I have no guarantee that all the problems mentioned above will be resolved even after repairing the device but I'm sure that I have to spend a lot of money in future after the phone is repaired in service center.

Also, I attach a file of Consumer Court Order on Mobile phone Damage Compensation, which orders that if a device happens to show repeated defeats after the service within the warranty period then it is considered to be a manufacturing defect and the so called responsible members must give the total price of the device plus the compensation for the deficiency of service for the mental strain, hardships etc caused to the owner of the device plus the cost of proceedings.

I humbly request you to replace the device instead of repairing it .It's only been 7 months and I'm facing tons of problems within this short duration . If the company is in favour of repairing the device then they must be ready to accept the order given by the Consumer Court.

Please take note of the problems and I hope the responsible authorities will take actions as soon as possible.

Hi, I have submitted my Canvas Lapbook on your authorised Service centre in Guwahati bearing the name " The Keypad"on 2/09/21 and on 4/09 after my regorus follow up they have replied that due to unavailability of parts they will not been able to repair the same and asked me to take it back.

When I asked them to provide me the contact no of the Service Incharge of Micromax Mobile to discuss about my they just deny to provide the same.

When I tried to find out the solution by connecting the customer care no then it's been found that your service center is not providing me the system generated document.They just provide me the manual Job Sheet.

They also charged me a sum of Rs 250 in the name of inspection

I also escalated all these to their corporate mail ID [protected]@inforindia.tech but no reply is coming till now

Plz resolve my issue ASAP.

Despite of taking all the precautions and care while using phone Micromax In note 1 which I purchased from flipkart is overheating a lot and when i gave the phone for repairing in service centre they refused to repair it without payment because of some water issue in phone and said its motherboard needs to be changed. I paid 11000 thousand rupees on this phone which became useless within 6months of its purchase despite o[censored]sing it properly.
There was issue of hearting from the very beginning and I even placed return but my replacement was not successful with flipkart and I ignored the problem but within 3-4 months the phone started overheating very fast as if it would burst? Who will take the responsibility when this company's phone bursting and harming the user.
And why should I pay 6 thousand for motherboard replacement without any fault and that too when its within warranty period

I bought micromax In note 1 in March from flipkart but the phone is overheating a lot and when I gave the phone for repairing in service centre they are charging money for it cause it's motherboard needs to be replaced despite of being within warranty period
Such bad service provided by micromax is unacceptable, the phone used to get overheated instantly this was a major problem and inspite of being sorry and repairing my phone the micromax service center is charging money for its repairment . This is absolutely intolerable
