I have given my mobile to service center on october. then november month i received one sms from micromax that my mobile was repaired and collect it but when i collect my mobile i have faced the same problem. so i again given to service center on november 18. nearly 2 to 3 months till now i have not received my mobile. mobile model: micromax canvas turbo A250

I bought P680 tablet from Snapdeal on 31st Dec 2015. Unfortunately it looks like it has some display problem and is an manufacturing defect. When I decrease the brightness to minimum and lock my device and then try to unlock the tablet, the screen goes blank. I was in a position to hear the lock sound. I can't see anything on the display now. I went to the service center but the guy at service center told me that it can't be serviced in the service center and there are special toll free numbers to place a service request for this. Toll free no given:[protected] But unfortunately even this is out of service. I have placed 3 reqesut until date on [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, [protected]@micromaxinfo.com but have not received any response

Sir l can submitted my phone 11times and I really say that this company service is worst still my phone is not working well and can purchase on 05/11/2015 and I can use only 10 days and from 11th day it was going on and on service Centre . This type of service they give to the customers. And also your service centre can't talk properly and my screen guard also lost in your service centre. 11times I can submit it I can see that in 5times the hand is replaced. What you are doing at the service centre tell me really you give me worst service and worst product. And I can says to my friends and relatives that never buy any product of Micromax. Very very bad experience about your service. I am telling that this company is worst I request you that no products buy from this company that there products are worst there services are worst. Please forward it because I didn't want any other one is suffering from this problem. OK! So please forward it.

I have already mail to the customer care my phone issue but they are not responding at all. Its very bad at a customer point of view. Its better that no one purchase your phone.

I purchased a mobile model no micromaxq335 from a micromex exclusive store on 21/11/15, and on 7th jan i was having a problem with my mobile battery, on 11/01/2016 i subited my mobile to micromax service center told them the problem, they ask me to come next day, but next day when i went there they said they have sort out the problem, but after 10 m my mbile was in same problem and now they hve said me that they will chang the battery and asked for 7 days time which is not acceptable, they have deleted all my infomation contacts and importantant not on my mobile, i mean to say that if battery was the problem they sgould have changed it on sade day only without erasing my mobile detail

I have been already complained to Micromax Customer Care but still I have not received my mobile (102) or positive response after spent above one month, I submitted my mobile (A 102) on South Patel Nagar Micromax Service Centre on 3rd December, 2015 with Jobsheet No N[protected]. I think this is very long time for repair a mobile and this is not good symbol for a branded company. I request you kindly look into this matter and try to return/replace my mobile at the earliest,

I have done a service at Micromax care in tambaram branch. they replaced new sim card slot and collected Rs. 900/- but the problem is not yet resolved still i'm facing problem in the sim card slot.if i ask they are reporting my side problem. kindly do me needful in regards..

I have given my mobile phone Canvas A300 for repair on 16/11/2015 but till yet i have not received my phone back. also i contact to customer care but no satisfactory response is received from service centre. haridwar service center is also not opened since 10 day. The phone is under warranty period and never fall down or never handled without care. Even though this problem occurred. I spoke to one of their technical person, who told me billing not done yet, so they unable to repair it within their assured period. I had purchaser a Micromax canvas 104 on 26th January 2015 &it camera didn't work properly & the back camera had been off it is not responding it didn't shows the back camera option on the screen. I wanted to get repair my phone by yours cos I m not able to pay any thing to any one right now plzzzzzz do understand @ help me plzzzzzz

On may 2015 my phones mother board had some issue... . Later on headphone stopped working. After sometime battery charging stopped. I have given this to customer care . When they opened it, charging point of motherboard was broken from inside.. Can mobile motherboard be so delicate that it could broke from outside during plug in and plug out of charing point..now i want ur company will repair the motherboard...

Hello there, Had purchased a micromax canvas gold phone one year back since the product was found as make in India.Well all went well unto one year, then the touch started to work as per its wish. I couldn't handle my phone as per my wish as the touch itself decides what to do and gets hung after couple of seconds.When inquired about the mistake in the service centre the customer wala says its quite common with the phone.And told replacement of the screen touch and front part cost 7500/-..How in the world a touch phone dies within one year as I have spend 15000/- for the phone.Another big thing is that an extra phone of micromax A99 also was purchased by me just to find out the battery drains as fast as our drainage by just keeping it on and even without making a single call.Will the company respond to this.seems no, since I have send a complaint to their website only to find a reply failure, the address not in use.

We have deposit our handset to M/s The Mobile Care (Delhi) B-36, Guru Nank Pura, Opp.V3S Mall, Near Maharaja Bequett Hall, Laxmi Nagar New Delhi - 110092 against job sheet no. N[protected] dated 22.12.215 and she gave me 10 days for repaire work. but to till date we have not recieved my phone. she is saying for delivery wait for next 10 days.

I bought a new handset on 18.08.2015(Model Canvas Spark Q380). Have a complaint in Automatically switched off every now and then. I handover my phone to service center, on Sep'15. they said this is sent to Head office for further complaint. But they not sent to my phone anywhere, lying with service center for one month, after my pressure they hand over my phone. But the issue not resolved. My mobile Micromax A 350 got a touch problem &, i gave it to service centre on 07/12/2015. my job sheet no S[protected] . I was not received my mobile upto now. IS THIS YOUR SERVICE. No response and no status update till today. Worst response from service center people. i called to service center on 4th jan service center people said i need to wait for another 10 days. and i called today now also they are saying to wait for 10 days. and if i ask why this delay they are raising their voice and they will cut the call. very very worst experience from micromax.

By buying ur yuphoria mobile I lost everything. If can't provide any service y cheating people. Ur service cares are like goondagiri you and yu televenture. Both are fake.

Dear sir/mam, Maine Micromax Canvas Blaze HD EG116 4GB Black ka mobile 1 mahine pahle purchase kiya tha. Lekin jabse maine phone liya hai tab se hi hang aur restart ki problems aa rhi hain. Maine service center me bhi mobile check karwaya hai lekin uska koi solution nahi nikla fir se wahi problem hai. Apse nivedan hai ki jald se jald meri problem ko solve kiya jaye. I purchases new micromax yuphoria cell in Sep 2015. but near about 1 December my cell's touch screen was not working. so i submit it to the service station Chandigarh dated 08/12/2015. as per i attached job sheet they provide to me he gave 15 days for repaired my cell. after this working period i call in service center many times but neither pick up my phone nor give any serctified answer. so i requested to you please help me out of it. i shall be thankful to you regards, Himanshu [protected]

I buyed this tab on 23 October 2015 it is given lollipop version when it is brought and when i went to service centre to software update (hanging problem) they downdated to kitkat. What is this rubbish so u pls give an update of lollipop
