Iam purchased micromax e313 handset 11 months ago from retailer mobile shop, currently my phone was many issues. Bad battery backup, display damage, hang apps, phone charging socket not working, touch screen not working, range don't find sometimes, can't attend call sometimes. I visit micromax exclusive care yesterday (12/10/16) they said product is out of warranty. They don't claim warranty, please take strictly action against them. Please claim warranty and replace my phone. Only few more days left for un claim warranty period please make it fast take several actions against them.

    1) worst cell phone i've come across.
    2) while on an incoming call, dials another come on it's own.
    3) touch is pathetic, ill-functioning.
    4) keeps switching screens on it's own.

    6) auto-redials any no.
    7) bluetooth device after pairing malfunctions.
    Very-very disappointed. Want my money back immediately.

      Recently, i had visited micromax service centre in mumbai. The service itself is pathetic and the technician takes almost a month and more to repair the phones. Also, the technician creates additional problems in the phone instead of fixing the existing problem.
      Further the people working in the service center don't know how to talk to the customers and often provides solution which has no relation to the problem with the phone.

      Please take necessary actions to provide better service. Thank you.

        I have purchased TV on 15 august 2016 its not even 2 months and the product is not working (tv is not getting on) i have raised complaint on sunday ie 9 october 2016 and i am been given fake promises engineer will be visiting on monday but no one turned up called on tuesday phone switch off as holiday on wednesday morning they said today some one will come now called in evening now they are saying engineer has not taken complaint he will come tomorrow from last 4 days my family is members who are at home are without TV and are upset and taunting for the product saying what faltu product you have purchased return the product and get the money back.

        really if you cant even provide service i am not forcing please return my money so i can take some other company product who can provide me service. my cotact number [protected] you can get my product details on my registered number.
        will never recommend your product to any one.

        Still issue not resolved please help
        some one called me said provide me bill copy will send you engg but no one from micromax turned up even after giving bill copy i have forwarded the mail contaning bill copy to the id they provided : micromax.[protected]@india.com.

        please help this is now going worst please process for my refund and take to product back.

        from the day of complaint it is 9th day. and your customer care says engineer will visit in 48 hours

        i have recieved a sms for reference number after complaint which is MH[protected]

        i spoke with Mr. deepak who said he is senior and gave me his mail id deepaksingh.[protected]@gmail.com which is a personal id it seems as domain is gmail and mot micromax.

        and ashured me he will send me engineer next day as engineer has not taken my complaint and this was on 12 october

        great micromax i am not a rich person but for my moms happiness i have purchased this big tv so i can make her happy but thanks for this kind of product and the service you are offering will never suggest any one to purchase your product not because it faulty but yes after sales your service is not Trust worthy.
        i understand product can go faulty as even am am engineer but the most concern is service your provide. which makes customer happy.

          I submitted my micromax e313 handset at a micromax service centre at kalyan west on 7th, september 2016 and i have not got any rewerd from the centre uptill date. the mobile number of the centre is [protected]. one of the employee gave me false information on 01/10/16 that my model was sent to company to solve its motherboard issue, but when i went to the service centre on 10/10/16 they said me that they have not sent it to the company yet. and they did not gave me any information of the situation of my handset. they always say that they will call me back but never do so. one of the worst services i m expeariencing for the micromax service centre. now 35 days have passed they still have not taken any action on the issue of my handset. my job sheet no. is W[protected]. the empoylees at the centre dont provide correct information of the status. please take some imidiate actions on my querry.

              I bought a micromax p690 tab for my kid on 19/06/2016 from rishikesh (Uttarakhand). Since then i'm am quite dissatisfied with the product. Within a week or so the tab began dysfunctional and i took it to the nearest service centre. The service centre took almost a month to get it repaired. Now again the tab has stopped working, the local service centre is not willing to repair it.

                I bought micromax unite2. After few months which is repaired and which is shown at micromax service center. After few months i got micromax a290 in place o[censored]nite2 mobile. Micromax a290 mobile again problem in one day. Which is shown at same service center. After repairs i got same problem.
                I. E., always switched off while pressing power button. Which shows like micromax icon on the screen few min. And black screen so many times.

                    Hi,

                    This is regarding complaint number ktr[protected]. I wanted to highlight a concern.

                    During installation of micromax tv, i was being told that there is no need to stabilizer for the tv model i am using. Hence, i believed him and did not put one.

                    Yesterday, the executive who came to fix my tv, he said the led backlight is gone because we are not using a stabilizer.

                    Now, this is causing a big hole to my pocket without no mistake of mine. Please tell me who is to be blamed for this?

                    Sad to know that the tv gave up within 1.5 years. Not sure if i did the right thing believe the people who you recruit as experts.

                      मेरा सेट Q-३३४ जिसकी वारंटी २३ अक्टूबर १६ हैं जिसको में costumer केयर पर पहली मोबाइल न ऑन होने की स्थिति में लेकर गया था उस टाइम मेरे फ़ोन की स्क्रीनिंग करने के बाद जमा केर लिया गया उसके बाद मुझसे कहा गया १ महिना लग जायेगा सही होने पर कॉल आ जाएगी, अगले दिन मेरे पास कॉल आई आपका फ़ोन सही हो गया हें उसे ले जाये, में उस फ़ोन को लेकर आया तथा ओरिजनल चार्जर से चार्ज करने के लिए लगाया पैर वो चार्ज नहीं हुआ, मेने अन्य चार्जर से लगाया तो वो चार्ज हो गया उसको ८९% चार्ज करगे केयर पर लेकर गया और चार्जर और सेट दिखया, बताया गया इसका चार्जर ऑफ़ जेक ख़राब हें आज टेक्नीशन नया आया हें 2 दिन बाद आना दोनों चीज चेंज करा देंगे 2 दिन बाद फ़ोन की स्क्रीनिंग करने के बाद सेट जमा किया गया, और नेक्स्ट डे कॉल करके बताया मोबाइल के चार्जिंग प्रिंग उड़ गय हें फ़ोन ले जाये सही नहीं होगा, फ़ोन लेने गया तो मुझे नयी बेत्ट्री और नया चार्जर दिया गया अपनी बेत्ट्री के बारे में पूछा तो बताया वो मिस पैलेस हो गयी हें, मेने घर आकर फ़ोन चार्ज किया तो वो ६९% चार्ज हुआ परन्तु ऑन करने पर उसकी dysplay अपने आप चल रही थी, मै पुनः केयर गया और बताया यह नयी प्रोब्लम हो गयी हें फ़ोन चार्ज हो रहा हें, उन्होंने फ़ोन की पैकिंग चेक की और सेट लोटा दिया कहा Dysplay ख़राब हें RWR में आपका सेट वापस आ जायेगा कंपनी नहीं भेज सकते सेट आउट ऑफ़ वार्रेंटी हें सेट, अब आप मुझे बताये इस स्थिति में मै क्या करू ?

                            I own micromx canvas knight a350.
                            The device has been facing recurring problem in charging.
                            I got it repaired in august, 2016 but now again the same problem has occurred.

                            Can someone give me a permanent solution to it?
                            The service centre is also not easily available and it takes time to reach there.
                            If micromax intends to improve its customer experience - it must act.

                              I have purchased the micromax e485 in September 2016.After 10day phone stated problem overheating, battery changing it takes 10_15 hrs to full charge while initially takes 2-3 hrs and speaker not working complained to Jorhat service centre replied composed (speaker) needs to replace but no answer about over health and charging problem. And for speaker not available due to new handle e485, also service centre unable to demand composed from Micromax due to system upgrade since last 6days. Please guide

                              I had given my phone micromax canvas q385 at Micromax care in ghzipur pin code-233001
                              but they did not give well service and my charging point is again distroy.
                              when i went again they don't accept my phone and say that this is not my service till 3month.
                              my phone is in warranty.
                              I lost phone purchase bill but it has warranty upto end of this year, but now my phone had touch problem, in customer care ask purchase bill, i don't have it so can you please help me thanking you

                                Sir, i shri saroj kumar sahu had a micromax q 355 with imei no.[protected] and [protected] purchased from local mobile shop pune. the second sim of phone not showing network. hence i went to micromax service center for solution. rather helping me the officer present at micromax service center told me that you had opened mobile phone and a sim slot will be replace totally which will cost rs.2500/-. the slot is broken while you enter sim card. is it will possible that a slot will broken while enter simcard? the service of micromax service center poor. though my phone is within warranty period the service center triyng to cheat me. hence it is request to please look at the matter and it is very hard to keep faith on micromax mobile.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  Hai my name is prabhu from tamilnadu state, thiruvannamalai district. I have purchased a micromax mobile phone model no: micromax canvas5 e481 through amazon online shoping on 26 february 2016. The cost of this phone rs.11, 109/-.

                                  Some voice broken problem in this mobile daily one or twice from the purchase date to till date. After that the mobile swithch off and on the daily the problem will be recover.

                                  For this problem i will contact micromax service centre in thiruvannamalai, tamilnadu state on 30.08.2016. They told this is the os problem we will update the os.

                                  After that they told not ready your phone. The phone will be sent to micromax head office, delhi branch on 07.09.2016. They told maximum 21 days your phone will be returned but till date not return my phone. Some more time i will call micromax service centre. Thiruvannamalai, tamilnadu state but till date not get any respond in their side.

                                    I am kuldeep yadav, i am serving in indian navy. I was using micromax mobile since 2008. But this time such poor product and poor response from your company totally disappointed me
                                    I gave my mobile first time to your service center on 15 jun 16 for defect rectification they called me at service center five times. After more than one month they returned and said problem has been rectified. After one day i got same problem again they take my mobile. After 20 days they returned after 10 days again i got same problem then again they take mobile and assured me that they will replace my mobile but 02 moth has been completed no response found then i called them they told your phone has been repaired but when i checked it the problem was shame.
                                    However maximum time is 45 days to rectify the problem.

                                    I AM SK .Mehmood my complaint rectified and solved, staff behaviour is good service fast, but you have to wait quite a lot for your number to come, micromax complaints forum should improve it. from bhubaneswar and my service center is m/s JAI JAGANNATH MOBI CARE, PLOT NO 100, SAHEEDNAGAR- BHUBANESWAR, TIN-[protected] PIN -751007.THANKS TO SERVICE TEAM.

                                      Within 6 months of purchase, my micromax q372 began to heat up and malfunction. I gave it for repair to the micromax service centre run by prince communications in lucknow and i was told that my phone will be ready in a month's time. However, it is going to be 2 months now and i have made countless visits at the centre. They keep asking for more time and i am utterly disappointed with their attitude and service.
