    I have purchased one Micromax Tab P70221 from Purvika Mobiles, Pallavaram vide Inv.no. SI/PAMM/6721 dt 1.9.2016. After a month it developed some problem and the tab was not working well. When I visited the Purvika Mobile, they informed I have to visit Micromax Service at Tambaram. Accordingly I visited Tambaram on 05.09.2016. First they told there may be some software issues and I have to wait for thirty minutes. After that they told there may be problem in Mother Board and it would take atleast 30 days as the same has to be sent to Hqr. Within a month of its purchase it developed a major problem that too in the Mother Board, as such the tab should be replaced immediately without further delay.

      I am an old customer of micromax but i have never faced as much trouble as i am facing now. The behaviour of the micromax durgapur service center is shameful. They are neither repairing my device (Micromax tab p480) nor are they making arrangements to send it to some other service center in kolkata or delhi for repair if they are unable to do it themselves. They are only forcing us to take back our device though it is still under warranty period of 1 year. Their attitude makes us suspect that they have done some further damage to our product and hence trying to run away from fear of their guilt. Please take some action fast and give us our device back after repairing it or replace it with a new device. But we won't bear the punishments for the mistake which is not ours.
      We trust your company and hope that you will care for your customers.
      Please find attached the slip given by micromax durgapur center.

      One of the worst service call centre I have ever seen.

      On 12 sep I have given my mobile to change display, I received my mobile back in one week I was happy but after that problem starts, my mobile wont charge more than 15%. I gave my mobile on 27th Sep after one week I called to customer care, they told me that I will receive my mobile within 21 days from that day. after that 3 time I made call, whenever I call them they will say same answer ( Please wait for 21 Days from now) . I was really frustrated, even customer care executives cant speak in English and if I ask them to transfer this call to manager, they will disconnect the call.

      Please don't buy Micromax, I bought this product since this was a Indian product. Now I am worrying.

          Hi sir, i have a problem with micromax service centre i rajahmundry. Because i buyed a tab in micromax funbook pro p500. I have a issue in that tab that it is laging. I gave it to micromax service center. They checked and they told to come after 5 days. I went after 5 days they said that touch is gone but before taking they said ok we will check then there is no touch problem. Please help me to repair my tab and solve the service center in rajahmundry

            Dear general manager

            work order no no[protected]

            i had deposited my micro max turbo 250 model phone at micromax service center after a prolonged negotiation since the staff was very reluctant to take the phone on 15 sep 16. Copy of work order attached.

            Only a sim jacket was required, for that also the staff was totally negative, finally i was told to deposit an exorbitant amount of rs 750 for a duel sim jacket as was told to confirm of two phone nos - [protected] and [protected].

            After one week i kept on calling the staff and both the phone never picked up the call, this activity kept on going for days together .

            After 10 days i was told part has not come, then after 15 calls my phone was picked up on 20 day and was again told that part has not come .

            After 21 days on 5 oct, after 5th call one lady called rubina picked up and shouted, i can not do anything what happened to your phone. Then when i protested, she told me server is down, i told her to make me speak to the mangaer, manger also said - what can i do, i am helpless ..And banged down the phone this is the state of your staff at uttam nagar, new delhi service center .

            Point is, why such reluctance, a sim jacket - at what cost 750 rs ?? that too is not available in micromax center which boast to be the largest mobile company now, and the rude behavior of staff ??? how can u tolerate these inefficient and lazy employees ???

            please help me in sorting out the minor problem and confirm collection, is the cost of sim jacket is 750 ??

            and do punish these lazy staff of yours, who are down sixing the name of micromax ... Thanks '

              I am receiving unwanted sms regarding micromax registration daily from my both sim. It also cost some balance from my account.
              sms message is "Thanks for registering IMEI[protected], [protected] with micromax.For unlimited Entertainment & mobile games, click http://micromax.com Now!"
              I tried for online help but dont see any softwere "regist start" in my phone.
              i also tried to delete "micromax registrstion.apk or mmx registrstion.apk" but dint find it.
              The handset was being used by my brother in India i took it from him and its been 2 month i am using this handset and getting the sms twice or thrice daily . sometimes after 2-3 days
              what should i do please help

                Worst company i have ever seen
                they do not hve ny policy excpt to irritate their customers.
                they do not have replacement policy they do not have stand by policy
                i have purchased canvas 6 One month back and from very 1st day it was nt workin proprly its mike was nt workin proprly nd last saturdy i hve gven my phone to servc centre and dey told me i wil get my phone bck in 6 Days maximum,
                and tody wen i cald servc centrre they said now yu il get yur phone bck in 21 Days

                and Now pls cum up wid some solution instead of copying yur universal line!!!

                  I have to visited 4 times for my micromax handset n till now its not working properly. Either they don't know anything or they don't want to solve it. They kept my handset for 10 days n still same problem.
                  During the time of delivery I have also asked whether it was properly checked or not, they said yes. But still charging is not taken by the handset. So what they do with my handset for the 10 days. Micromax is one of the worst servicing centre in India according to me.

                    Marathalli, bengaluru service center guys are worst. I think they are getting paid to ensure that minimum number of customers retain micromax as a good brand for long run. They never listen to your complaints properly. Though there are five counters, you shall never ever see more than two girls on any given day at those counters, irrespective of the volume of the crowd. Other than formatting the phone, they do not have any technical knowledge of resolving any software issues in micromax phones. For any hardware related minor or major issues, they have only one solution: replace the part or assembly of parts with new ones from headquarters and which shall be somehow either chargeable to customer or shall take so long that when it is delivered back to customer it is outside of warranty period.

                    The day is not far away when frustrated customers like us will teach these guys a tough lesson to remember lifelong through some hands on action at counters itself in this service center. Enough is enough now...!!!

                      I have bought a mobile Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Q427 on 12-jul-16 from SS Retails Micromax world S-31 2nd floor, DB city mall Bhopal -462011 (M.P) after one month of Buying mobile it's display stopped working I submitted mobile in service centre TRISHA ENTERISES LM-16 B-BLOCK MANSAROVAR COMPLEX, BHOPAL contact no. [protected], [protected] on 16-aug-16. they told me it will take 25-30 days to repaired after 30 days they said It will take more 15 days to be repaired after 45 days they give back my hand set they said the display prob is resolved but after that when I inserted my sim in mobile the network was not coming than complaint them about this problem now they are saying it will take more 15 days to repair it. sir I want them to replace the set with new one. please look into the matter as it is almost two month my mobile phone is submitted to them. when I enquire them about my phone they say talk to service head or owner of the company we can not do any thing in this and when I called service head he did not responded me properly.

                          I have changed the usb, av, hdmi port pcb after warranty period was over.

                          During that replacement i have paid approx rs. 2300 to service engineer for supply & service.

                          But he has not done the fitting properly and now i want to connect to hdmi port, it is offset from its position.

                          I have called him for to fixed the position of same to avail the hdmi functions and for that service complaint has been raised.

                          From last 2 months, i am not able to connect my setup box hdmi port.

                          Pls dont buy any micromax products as this company is manufacturing faulty products and same time reluctant to provide the service.

                            Dear concerned,

                            This is with reference to the micromax phone i had purchased for gifting purpose in the name of shefali arora with order no. Od[protected]

                            Since the purchase of the phone we have been facing huge issues with the running of the phone. Following are some issues
                            1. No network
                            2. Ringer goes off
                            3. Phone is getting restart/ rebooting after every 30 minutes

                            On complaining to local micromax service center in dehradun, we faced huge trauma by not getting any reply and slimy response from the officials in your service center.

                            At last phone was given back to us mentioning it has been repaired, the phone was ran fine for 24 hours and yet again the problems came, for which we again went to the service center.

                            We were abused and mocked in the service center and after pushing hard the complain was registerd
                            Attached is the copy

                            Since the last complain was registred on 1 septemeber 2016, we have made around 15 rounds to the service center apart from numerous calls, most of the time the officials have mocked us saying "dobara aa gaye pareshan karne"

                            No senior officilas have ever heard our plea to return the phone or replace the same.

                            With this email i hereby serve you with a notice to replace the phone with immediate effect within 72 hours, failing which we will have to take legal action along with the claim and also approach the courts (Consumer court and uttarakhand and delhi courts) against harassment caused by your esteemed staff.

                            I hope i have made my points clear, in case you need any further clarification, please feel free to call me or email me.

While i give my mobile, they told that due to mother board problem it has to change & time would take for 1 month. I accepted that time. But after follwing up they are telling so many reasons.                                   Company has sold me a defected mobile and when i visited service center they had taken my mobile for service on 21.07.2016 and they had not returned my mobile till today. Service center is telling that mobile is lying with the company and company is saying that mobile is kept at the service center.

                                  My Mobile Stopped Working Warranty Period.Job Card No. E[protected]. Company has sold me a defected mobile and when i visited service center they had taken my mobile for service on 21 .07.2016 and they had not returned my mobile till today .service center is telling that mobile is lying with the company and company is saying that mobile is kept at the service center.

                                  Kindly take appropriate action against the company micromax and micromax service center Raipur(C.G.)

                                    I just buyied this phone 2 months ago, nd the phone is in good condition, somehow it was misplaced and it was of grey color having a back cover, my name is bhanu prakash nd it happened in patna, bihar. It is micromax canvas juice 4g with 4000 mah battery. The phone was buyied in patna, bihar only so, if any one finds it plz contact.

                                      I am having Two No Of NOKIA &Two nos of SAMSUNG set Ist time I have purchased one Micromax Selfi lence Q345.But with in a year it's touch was
                                      dameged and ultimately I have deposited the same to our Micromax Service
                                      Center HSR Communication Shop No 4C Pagaria Complex Pandri Raipur.
                                      They tell every cunsumers to get thier set on next day but they are not giving
                                      thier set to any consumers in time, after running several days after service center consumers are getting thier set with another problem.I have deposited
                                      for repairing of touch on[protected] and get the set on[protected] after
                                      paying Rs2500/-with sealed battery opened, audio was not working.On[protected] I was again deposited the set for repairing to HSR Communication Pandri Raipur, as usual the call me on next day but second day call me on
                                      [protected] then iI took the set back without repairing, If this is the after sales service why one should purchase Micromax Product.
