I have bought Micromax Juice, after 2-3 months mobile stop getting charged so i went to Vashi Plaza service Center. Mobile was submitted for mother board problem. Around after 1.5 month I gotq back the mobile. when i came home I realized that mobile showing no service. next day again the mobile was submitted. which was again received after 1.5 months. Now again i discover the new issue that mobile does not dictate earphone & in next two days the inside display broke down without miss-handling.

    Company has sold me a defected mobile and when i visited service center they had taken my mobile for service on 29 .08.2016 and they had not returned my mobile till today .service center is telling that mobile is lying with the company and company is saying that mobile is kept at the service center.

    Kindly take appropriate action against the company micromax and micromax service center laxmi enterprises, as both are making fool of me, neither repairing and replacing my mobile phone nor providing me

    I had bought micromax q 385 after sometimes it got charging problem so i went to micromax centre for repair but afer 3 month i dont get my phone .now i wnt to canvas 6 in exchange of my mentel haraasssment and i wnt to case on micromax for mental harrasment

      Service center is not provide me phone and they r showing other type of phone and say that take it that phone this is very better in comparision of my phone micromax spark 3 (q385) and they giving me old model phone and phone is new model but they are not giving my phone if they will no give my phone. i have have given my phone from before 55 days and they r no giving my phone sir i m very irritate having taken my phone an i think that micromax service center have lost my phone that's why they r providing me other old model phone so sir please take action against on company.many times i have called in the company and they said that come in the service and after talk from you never they called to me that your phone repaired or not . sir i m a student and as well as i m teaching of student if i will go in the service center having leave the student so they will cut money from the salary. and as well as i have spend money in the fare and as well as i have to leave my class of java those i study so sir please help . i humble request from u

        How much urgent work u have put on hold.

            I have purchase micromax canvas juice 3 q392 model set 10 month back. I have submitted this hand set to your service center because of some battery problem and service center has confirm the same and issue me a job sheet. They confirm that problem will be short out on maximum 15 days and i will get the hand set. But they did not honour their words ask me to come after 15 days and next week and so on. Now after two month they are asking that there is problem on mother board which surprising me. Also the hand set they are returning is not showing the imei number on it. Details of service provider is:-
            M/s best tech service
            Sco-32, first floor, jail land market, near sohna chowk, gurgaon.

            Now i am irritated from your brand and service center.

              Sir,
              My name is Ranjit residing in Bhopal. On 23-May-2016 I bought Micromax Canvas Q412 through snapdeal. On 10-September-2016 I went to one of your customer care provider regarding my handsfree. It wasn't functioning. So I went to a local customer care provider, registered a complaint regarding my handsfree to replace it. I thought they may provide it the moment itself. As I own another mobile which is HTC Desire 820. When my htc handfree wasn't functioning properly, Htc providers provided me the handsfree the moment I went to them.
              But in your company's case, i.e., when I went to customer care provider of micromax on 10-Sept they gave me a Jobsheet & asked me to come on 25-Sept. I was shocked. For a small headphone I have to wait 15 days?
              Seriously?
              Somehow I managed & went there on 26- sept with the Jobsheet for receiving my handsfree under warranty.
              The moment I stepped inside to the moment I stepped out, I only had inconvenience.
              Firstly, they weren't responding to my query properly. They were busy in chatting with their colleagues.
              Secondly, somehow when they got time for me they took my jobsheet & asked me to wait in the sitting area.
              I sat there waiting for their call. 30 mins passed but no call came. Then I went to them & asked them to clear my query fast.
              Consequently, he asked me which model mobile is yours? I replied them. Then he took a box with their stock of headphones. He couldn't fine the one of my model. The person over there did something which made feel disgusting. He said, he don't have the correct headphone of my model & then he asked his colleague sitting next to him to give him a headphone. I thought he might take it from any other box. But what he did is, he took a headphone from his pocket, which he used to use & he handed that to him. And the executive who was handling my query took that headphone & gave me and said, "Take this headphone".

              I felt so disgusted by his behaviour. I asked him to provide me duly packed & sealed handsfree. So he said in a rude behaviour that he doesn't have it in stock so take this one. I rejected his offer. Then he started behaving rudely & asked me to go out of care centre.

              Is this how Micromax deal with customers?

                Hi this company has pathetic service, I got Q932 in Jan 2016 now after normal use it suddenly got hang and screen working abnormal,
                i took to near service center to show they took and told we have to replace touch screen which faulty and it will take 2 week time now it is almost 1 month still no idea where is my cell
                when i called the customer service center they are blank and replied still under process it will more 10 days
                My humble request if you are unable to repair please the hand set and update me on urgent base.

                  I have taken a mobile Micromax Q381 black last month Date[protected] but now that mobile is out of order (charging problem) I went your customer service center your employee told me that PCV will change of your mobile and you have to pay RS 3200/- but this phone is under warranty period then why I pay money.

                  This mobile cost is RS-4500/- and this part cost is RS-3200/- I think this part is soul of mobile then why this part will not under warranty I think this is cheating with your customer.

                        Dear sir, i purchased a micromax mobile model EG333. online from ebay in the sept.2016. . piece is not getting on. hence i did a call to ebay regarding the same but they suggested me to show it to service centre for free repairing. service centre called me and and told that handset board is having problem which is not going to repair. now suggest me the correct solution .as i m completely cheated by ebay and micromax. the brand which i used to suggest my all friends

                          I purchase micromax handset from flipkart having model number X344 four months back.booking date 14 may 16, delivery date 17th may 16.now it has problem in its display.I visit service centre located at shona road gurgaon.                             Maine 7 months pahle micromax canvas 4G liya tha aaj uska screen kharab ho gya aur touch bhi.aisa problem sare micromax mobile me hai. Isliye kabhi v micromax kharidne se pahle juroor soche...go with original brand like nokia samsung sony htc but never with micromax.

It's been 4 weeks now n every time I talk to cc, they say the component required hasn't reached their office.. They r not specifying any delivery date n the worst thing they don't care to listen to my complain, always hanging up the call on me leaving me completely helpless..

                                Dear respected team. I have purchased mobile phone date of purchased 23aug 2016 micromax mobile model no. X849 emei no [protected] from new garg communication y-525 nangloi delhi 110041. Within four days i checked my phone half display not showing nothing. Due to reason of my weekly off late i visited micromax service center ([n031834] m/s durga communication office no 1 a3 dda market paschim vihar new delhi 110063) date is 5-sep-2016 i informed my phone problem then they badly replied to me. "yeh phone kahi se bhi liya ho ab is phone ko repair ke liye head office bheja jayega 15 days lagenge" so i replied. Sir only with in days old phone and it will take 15 days to repair only display he just once again replied in angry face "phone utha kahi bhi repair karwale yeh itna time hi lagega" then i submitted my phone there and i came back home and i send this all types of inconvenience complaint mail to micromax mail [protected]@micromaxinfo.com they are just providing me only job no. But not only valuable reply. So after 15 days i spoke micromax customer care person (Deepanshu) he just informed me your phone problems has be resolved and your handset ready for handover i asked home thrice is this true? Then told you can once agin this status of phone he replied definitely you can visit service center for handset today date of 21-sep-2016 i visited there i showed my job sheet there receptionist asked me "tumhe kisi ne phone kiya tha kya" then informed her i called your customer care as per word your executive i visited here ia m today then she told tome "bahar jakar baitho 10 minute ka time lagega" after 10 minute she just transferred to me other receptionist he just told me "10 days ka time or lagega" then i asked to where i was wrong so i purchased this product 1700-/ rupees phone because this product now i have to visit 1700 time then i will get my phone back, i called to customer care why you executive informed wrong he just spoke with receptionist then replied me you will get phone with in ten days so i told customer executive why your executive wrong informed me then customer care executive disconnected call.. Now want request to you dear all if micromax have not good service and good service people why they are manufacturing defective product for india, why are you doing down our country by making this kind of bad product for india..

                                    I had complained you on helpline no. [protected] at 9th july 2016 complained no. MMS[protected] and 27th july 2016 by mail. but, you did not respond me and give me a lot tension. I would like to know that:
                                    1. what are you repairing in the handset this time against jobsheet no..N[protected]?
                                    2. supoose i am receiving my handset from service centre then tells me about time period of extending warranty of this handset by company.
                                    3. If you are extanding my handset warranty then give me in written with your company's stamp and signature at the time of handset receives by me with handset.
                                    4. If you are not taking responsibility of my handset now then give me in written that you are not taking responsibility of my handset and can't replace my handset under replace policy.
                                    Don't harras me, please.
                                    kindly, replace my handset canvas spark Q 380 or Refund handset price at the time of purchasing to keep back their handset.

                                      I had complained on your forum at 18 sepember 2016. But, micromax did not take their responsibility seriously and giving me a lot tension and doesn't replace my handset. I am sending you a call recording from 9 th july to 21 september 2016. Please, help me from micromax harrasment and advised him to replace my handset and improve their faults or refund handst price at the time of purchasing to keep back their handset.
