I have purchased the mobile in 2015 july. about 2 weeks back the battery bulged out. i wonder why you install such battery in the set. think of the risk if it blasted out. isthe company expects the battery to give service only for one year?
Of late the phone used to give problems such as automatically installing so many unwanted apps.
My son took the phone to the service centre at pallimukku ernakulam on[protected] and he was asked to wait for one hour before the matter was addressed. he being an advocate by profession it created so much inconvenience to him.
I have been using nokia mobile for the last 14 years with out ant problem. i am a scientist who is well aware of the principles behind this.
Let me ask you why such lapses are incurred in your product.
I wonder whether i have to take up this matter legally

    Hi,

    Due to some minor issue (power button and display) 2 weeks back i had given my cell phone to service center located in marthahalli-bangalore (karnataka) job sheet no: (s[protected]).

    While submission of my phone representative over service center told me we might have to order few spare parts from head office, so it could take maximum time of 15 days. though it was very high turnaround time, since phone is in warranty and i was not having any other choice, so i was helpless other than submitting my phone over service center.
    Most annoying part starts here, when today after 2 weeks of time i did a call to service center asking status of my cell phone. the response what i got is still they didn't receive the parts from head office, and they are really not sure how long it could take.

    When i called to head office the tele-caller was not having any information other than its in process, and i asked to connect me with their higher authorities he added they will get back you in maximum of 24 hours with the complaint id (mmx[protected], but its been more than 30 hours and didn't receive any call.

    Its being a worst experience of any customer service and completely cheat with customer. a necessary action should be taken against such fraud cases so that they can stop cheating with customers.

    Hi Micromax,

    I am done with sharing my experience not once but numerous response. Every System information and status you have is completely fake. 3 days Back when I called to your head office asking status of my cell phone, representative said me within maximum of 21 days you will surely get your phone and promised me within 24 hours definitely our senior authorities will get in touch with you.
    Annoying part is that when I called after 3 days they gave me exact same information.
    The Bhevaiour of employees at micromax service center is very bad and rude . he didn't bheave properly with customer .
    the name of center is micromax service center malgodam road ghazipur, up. Pin 233001
    You can see the croud in center who is suffering problems.

      Dear concerned,

      Phone : micromax canvas 5 e481
      Purchase date : 19th december 2015 (bill attached)
      Problems commencement : 1st week of april 2016 (within 3.5 months of purchase)
      Problem type : on /off / lock button vanished (fell off)
      Service centre contacted : borivali (w), mumbai
      Jobsheet date : 7th april 2016 (attached)
      Promised as per job sheet : replacement of the button within 7 to 15 days at cost of rs.250/-
      Resolution date : none

      Further description : the service centre personnel after making me run 3 to 4 times for the expected button
      Replacement informed me that i would have to submit my handset and the same would be sent to gurgaon whereby the cost would be more than rs.2, 500/- this is after already taking almost a month!!!

      Post this i demand to speak to senior and am given the run-around and after finally insisting am given asm mr. santosh shinde’s number: [protected], whereas later i learn that the service centre head – mr. vijay shroff (no: [protected]) was very much present in the service centre but avoided meeting me.

      On mr. santosh shinde’s instructions, mr. vijay shroff meets me and we amicably decide a solution: he provides me one of his lower end demo piece as a substitute to my leaving behind my phone, which he promises to try and repair locally within a short span of time. however, this doesn’t happen for more than 4 weeks!!!

      Much later mr. shroff requests me to let the phone be sent to gurgaon as his technicians are not equipped to repair this model!!!

      I have no choice to agree and as his given standby phone was of no use i return the same too. mr. shroff also takes back my old job sheet saying that new one would be made as the phone is now being sent to their ho. however, he doesn’t give me the new jobsheet immediately promising to make it and send me whattsapp of the same! this hasn’t happened ‘till date.

      Its over 3 months now that mr. shroff has been giving false commitments of a brand new replacement piece of the phone but not delivering ever!!!

      Mr. santosh shinde has been appraised of this matter earlier too and recently again, but sad to say that he also doesn’t seem to care as there’s no fruitful resolution that he provides. each time he just stalls for more time saying he will call and never does!!

      Now – with this above submission, i intend to shake you guys up a little and proceed with legal action if your attitude is complacent!!!

      I feel a cheating case of ipc 420 should get registered immediately against your service centre head mr. vijay shroff for cunningly taking away my old jobsheet and phone, assuring me of new jobsheet which i doubt he ever made. it’s a straight away case of stealing and cheating!!!

      My phone was bought for official purpose and i am answerable to my company for the same!!!

      My mobile model is e471 and we have got it replaced 7 times within warranty. We hardly used the phone as it was under repair or replacement most of the time. Suddenly the so called premium phone was made ordinary and was removed from premium services.. The piece which is not openable so was being replaced. Finally the phone was repaired and given to us with an extended warranty of 2 months. Immediately after two months the phone crashed and now it's not starting at all. They should be sued under section 420 of ipc including Mr Santosh and whole of MicromaxPremium company...cheats

          Hi,

          I had submitted my cellphone micromax a1 - aq4501 (B) to micromax service center named nova services in nagpur on 17/09/16 for the defect of not moving further after the splash screen.
          Custmer care representative checked/diagnosed the cellphone for around 1hr and came up with the conclusion that the software needs to be updated and cell needs to be submitted for 1 day to them. Hence i submitted the phone to them and was expecting the call back from them after one day (Monday) but didn't receive any call from the center.

          I tried calling them on tuesday for providing the update on my cell phone. They picked up the call and said they will be calling back again after 1 hr with the update of the same. I didn't receive any call from the customercare.
          So i tried calling on tuesday but they blocked my number and i wasn't able to connect to them whole day.
          On wednesday when i called on official tollfree number ([protected]), your representative checked online and said that my phone is repaired and ready to be picked up.

          When i went to nova services to collect my cell, they said that it will charge rs. 3, 800 as there is problem with motherboard. This is weird and contradictory to their initial statement above.

          Previously my phone was booting and was sticking to the splash screen but now my phone is not even starting after i received my cell from nova services.

          I want to raise a complain against nova services that they have done some manipulation on my phone motherboard which lead it to be defective.

          I want my compensation of my cellphone as it was booting before submission but it's not even starting now.

          Please take this ahead on behalf of me to provide support.

            I have purchased a micromax e455 on 11 nov 2015. the mobile was under warranty.in july the mobile automatically undergoes in flight mode. i have given it for repair at micromax service center, bandar bagicha, patna. they returned the mobile after 21 days.
            I experienced problem of battery heating within 2 days. i approached to micromax service center, chhapra and he opened it and returned with a suggestion to exchange the mobile with other model or visit to patna. i again went micromax service center patna but they refused to accept it as it was opened. i requested micromax service center chhapra to talk with and inform that it was opened at authorised service center. he talked with a representative sitting at last. she did not accepted and behaved rudely. i had no option but to return. after 3days the problem of automatic flight mode reappeared.
            The warranty committment of micromax due to its poor customer service center is not of any use. it is worst than chinese mobile which comes without warranty.

              I have submitted my mobile 2nd times in two months every time they will we take 25 days for repairing but they overheat problem is not resolved. They behaviour of service center employee is also not good. Please give me my phone early as soon as possible.

                  Very bad response from Micaromax service center, It has been more then 26 days but still not received my mobile.
                  I have given my mobile Micromax nitro2 for Display issue to micromax authorized service center(SSK technology Ambernath ), one month back(26th august 2016) but till now not received my mobile back, this type of worst service never expected from them, if we check job status then it shows 10 days time.( received message of automatic case closed on 13th sep. 2016... hahaha...is this kind of service Micromax is providing??????????)

                        I am deeply under frustration and I am really thinking that I have made a mistake by buying Micromax Handset. As per my experience, So bad customer Support and all the customer care executive are delivering me false information and making me fool.

                        I received a call from Cont. No.[protected] today on 4.21 PM in my mobile No.[protected]. He confirmed my name and after checking status of my case, he informed me that My handset is ready with Service Centre. He told me that I may receive my handset from Service Centre. Surprisingly, I immediately made a call to service centre, an executive there informed me that my handset is not ready yet.and also it will take further one month to deliver the handset. Now I am further trying to call above number, but unable to talk with appropriate person.

                        Kindly stop joking with me and provide me contact numbers of your seniors/higher authorities or such persons, who have power to solve my problem. So that I can complain the executives making me fool.

                        Kindly forward my case, who have authority to replace my handset.

                          I gave my phone for software updation on 20/08/2016.After your service the phone become complaint. I am still waiting for receiving my phone. more than 5 times i am directly go there and check. They say wait for 2 days. Now i am waiting more than one Month. On 20/09/2016 one executive call me and say my phone ready after service go and collect phone. Then i am again go but the Service centre say wait for two days. I am contact [protected] they say my phone is ready. service centre say not ready whai is this?

                          this kind of service you offered to consumers???

                          About 1 year back I have purchased a Micromax A255 mobile for rs. 18000/- complaints are started from the first month itself. Again softwareproblem after 4 months. It took 2 month to correct. Then now sim tray problem. Service centre said, cannot be repaired...???

                            I have already submitted my complaints on forum id 1370211 on[protected] but there is no any action taken by company to till, i have submitted my complaints to service centre on[protected] again but to till i have not received my phone, i am very sad to say that i have now only the way to submit a complaints to court on tomorrow

                              I am happy customer of micromax even my family use your sets from last 4 years. We are very thankful to micromax for providing us awesome smart phones in our price range.
                              But now this time i am facing lots of problem from your customer care support team.Last month (on[protected] i visited your customer care at HRS Communication, Raipur (CG) for resolving my problem and they said problem will resolve in maximum 2-3 weeks.
                              After repeatedly follow up with them over phone they always said it will take more 3-4 weeks. today i had visited to customer care too but they are now saying that it will take 3-4 weeks more time to resolving my problem.

                              So, please take it seriously at your end and i am looking for your positive action in this matter.

                                    Actually, my new (micromax canvas spark 3, model no. q385) was facing enhancement connectivity problem, i was purchase through snapdeal on just after few 3 months i am facing software issues too and audio jack, after that i was go in micromax noida sector 16 sevice centre, the service centre name is galore services, they was given me jobsheet and they said that, u will receive your phone after 7-10 days after that i was go service centre, after 15 days they give my mobile phone without any screw put up and said he is ok now... i was just check it but problem was not slove still audio jack problem issue suffering my phone, again i told galore service to check my mobile they said your phone will receive after 21+ days, and we will not provide any phone to use in this period... no msg, no call from her side... i want justice otherwise i will sue you seriously, my job sheet imei/esn no is [protected], [protected]

                                      LED TV getting auto switch on and switch off

                                      The TV is getting switched off in 10-30 seconds after switching on and then after some time gets auto switch on. The switch on and off cycle continues. Icons are getting displaced on the screen. Please suggest the remedy so that we can resume watching the Tv. The Tv is a little above a year old. I was so satisfied with the product that I have bought a bigger television at home and recommended to others too...

                                      I am sad to realize that all the customer care executives have no solution except only one answer "please reach to us on micare..." and when i go to the link "http://micare.micromaxinfo.com" and on submitting the form when i try to fillup the pin column. a message displays "please contact to nearest authorized service centre". and when i try to submit the request then also displays the same message please contact to nearest authorized service centre"and i could not submit the form.

                                      And also i tried to call[protected], this number is not a toll free and i was charged rs.1 per minute for a call. i have not so spare money to spent it to your number[protected] as executive attending my call here could not provide me satisfactory solution any way.

                                      And your authorized service centre is also not able to provice me a solution. when i deposited my device 2nd time on 30.08.16 to your asc. i was told that my device needs to be change mother board and it will be ok after submission of device for one month in order to get repaired from head office. overall when i received my repaired device on dt. 16.08.16 and tried to restart after inserting the sim card. after restarting. it's touch was not working. it means you could not repair my device even after submission of it for such a long time of 16 days

                                      Now i am so hopeless over micromax that i want to forget my device and i also want to forget the company"micromax" also. as this company is so bad in concern to customer satisfaction.

                                      I also have not other backup phone and also facing problem as my service is depends on my mobile as i have to take so many official calls. so i am mentally so tortured.

                                      Kindly forward my request to your higher authority to replace my handset at the earliest and oblize me.

                                      I am deeply under frustration and I am really thinking that I have made a mistake by buying Micromax Handset. As per my experience, So bad customer Support and all the customer care executive are delivering me false information and making me fool.

                                      I received a call from Cont. No.[protected] today on 4.21 PM in my mobile No.[protected]. He confirmed my name and after checking status of my case, he informed me that My handset is ready with Service Centre. He told me that I may receive my handset from Service Centre. Surprisingly, I immediately made a call to service centre, an executive there informed me that my handset is not ready yet.and also it will take further one month to deliver the handset. Now I am further trying to call above number, but unable to talk with appropriate person.

                                      Kindly stop joking with me and provide me contact numbers of your seniors/higher authorities or such persons, who have power to solve my problem. So that I can complain the executives making me fool.

                                      Kindly forward my case, who have authority to replace my handset.
