Dear micromax,
I am proshenjit kumar, user of micromax e313 model handset. Last month i saw disply problen in my handset with warrenty. Then i contact with micromax care head office of bangladesh at banani on 04/09/2016. They receive my handset and asured me i can receive my handset within few days. When i did not receive my handset within few days, the i call their cell number several times... After 8 days they deliver my handset on 11/09/2016. But 4 days later i fell my handset problem again, unfortunetly thats time i am in india for medical treatment. After came back to my country again i diposit my handset to micromax care center on 21/09/2016 with warrenty service job order no: j2609. I have called several times... They can not repair my handset. I also request themselv, if you can not repair my handset please exchange my handset. They are noy provide any soluation till now. This is very poor service... Really it's poor service. What can i do? Please help me.

    Dear Micromax,

    It is very disappointing to see irresponsible behavior from your customer service. I have bought a LED TV Model 32IPS900HD from one of your well know retailers, but it failed to work in couple of weeks. When reached out to your customer service, we have not received proper response and pathetically problem was fixed twice, but both the times faulty set was delivered and still set is not working.

    I have bought it for commercial purpose and because of this my business is going or a toss. This is insane from a reputed organization like Micromax and hope to get the set fixed with quality permanently. I can be contacted on +91-[protected].

      Dear sir,
      My phone Micromax blaze q414 is in warranty period. It's mike is not working. I given my phone at Micromax service center on 23sept, 2016 . I went at Micromax service center today bt receptionist says that after 8-10 days ask again about phone because hardware parts not sent from Micromax head office...
      What is this process????
      That is very lazy process...I'll not purchase any Micromax item in future because your service center's employees do not satisfy of customers..

          I purchased micromax tv L43t6950FHD. To resolve some issues I called micromax LED customer care four times, they only gave me wrong no of technician. When I called the technician, they are saying that wrong no. Micromax are just trying to cheat customers. I am really disappointed to purchase tv. I called micromax by this no. [protected].                   I have purchased micromax canvas 6 in the month of june 2016, from starting there is problem of mic problem in phone calls. Then i came to centre for problem, gave to enginner and taken the phone after 2 day, then still problem not solved even speakers not working, again i submitted the phone after taking leave from my office, but they are not efficient to repair/solve the problem.

                    I have submitted my micromax mobile phone aq5001 on 22.08.16 to or service center, gaya.

                    Till date i did not get my cellphone back. this is very bad. my complained receipt no. e[protected]
                    I request u plz tell them to get back my phone.
                    One thing or service center service is very bad. and delay in all work. very bad service. i returned 10 times back without my handset from service center gaya.
                    One thing is also that service center is giving me old handset of another customer and told that company sent this mobile handset for you. because your handset can not be repair. then i told them then give me replacement set. but did not give. i am very tired for this. please help.

                      I have purchased micromax, Model Bolt D320 on 9th, June 2015 from one of the store of Ranchi, Jharkhand.But after one year of purchase, software problem has arise.I did software updation on 1st August 2016 and again i have to update software from the same service centre on 29th September 2016.Every service centres of other companies are providing 3 months of warranty except this service centre of micromax, Lalpur Branch, Ranchi.
                      Every time the company is charging money from the clients.If the customer comes after 1 day of repairing to the sevice centre, then also the service centre is charging.

                          I have also micromax canvas gold A300, after using 1 year its display goes black, i give it to shop & found that display has to be changed for Rs.1500/- I said ok but when recd. back my phone after repair, i found that still some problem with display and it's black again sometime and network is coming for 2-3 minutes and then no network show & errors show that sim card unplugged, i give it back to repair shop he again keep phone for 20-25 days and return without solve network problem stating that he is unable to repair the network i don't know what is the problem & deduct Rs. 100/- & return 1400 he recd. for display repair. If he changed display why he return money with working display & if not change display & repair only display IC than why he earlier charged me 1500/- for display change. Now my 15000/- cost mobile is useless without network. Any way most of mobile repairing person is chor & micromax is worst company & it has very poor service center network. Avoid Micromax.

                            According to 22 september 2016 complaint, i has received a mail from you...the reply of that mail are - Lots of discussion are done with company...But i don't want to talk and discussion...i want to replace my handset...i am not going to receive defected handset..if company doesn't replace handset then refund handset price at the time of purchasing to keep back their handset.

                              This Superseeds your reply to me of today.
                              It is very sorry to tell that no were in Ernakulam is there to repair or to replace the Sim Tray of my mobile A255. Reason is that the so called Sim tray is not available with them or we are not sure this is available with the company. You yourself ask them to the company what you should do.Above all they are not ready to give us in writing that they can't repair the phone, except Micromax Service Centre, Pallimukku, Ernakulam, who found out the problem of my mobile that it is the problem of the sim tray.What should we do if they say like that?
                              These are the Shops we went to today-
                              1.Micromax Service Center, Pallimukku.
                              2.RJ Associates, Kochanith Building Pallarivatom
                              3.First Service, Opp. Welcare Hospital
                              SA Road, Kochi
                              4.I Care Mobile Repair, Manikkiri Road
                              Behind Medical Trust Hospital, Ernakulam.
                              Now What are we supposed to do with this phone? Should I go to Consumer Redressal forum and file a compliant of this stupid company's ignorment of my request.Ignoring of my request will result in Legal actions against the company.

                              Please do the needful at the earliest to avoid the consequences and please do not runaway from your Responsibilities.

                                I purchased a micromax Q426 canvas mega2 invoice date[protected] . Within 2 months the touch screen display is not working.
                                My mobile IMEI/ESN No. :[protected], [protected]. I have submitted the mobile in M/S SAI MOBILES on[protected] and they told me that I will get my repaired device back within a week. But now they are saying that it will take more than 21 days to deliver the repaired device.
                                I will leave hyderabad within next week and I want my device as soon as possible.

                                  I purchase Micro max AQ 5001 canvas juice two(2). invoice date 1 July 2015 after completing 1 year of warranty period its touch screen not able to work.
                                  Mobile EMEI no [protected].I deposit this mobile on service center in gulbarga . At that time display was coming and showing the symbol of all incoming messages and battery was able to charge. While i take mobile back service center people told that your mobile mother board has gone.If you want to repair it you have to deposit Rs 7500. Mobile cost only 7000.How its possible to give 7500 for repairing purpose only.Its my humble request please repair my mobile in jejune rate .

                                    I have been submitted my phone (Canvas Juice 2) on the date of 31/08/2016, there was problem is IP so they called for replace the IP than after, when i went to collect my phone and there was problem in display, again at the same time i submitted my phone on dated(08/09/2016) and i got my phone after a week, when i was check in the care it's ok, but when i was gone at home and insert sim than again same problem create in display and phone suddenly off.
                                    I want to replace my phone now.

                                      Hello micromax team,

                                      Greetings...!!!

                                      I had purchased a micromax canvas 5 mobile phone last month. I'm extremely disappointed that i had lost all my important photos and documents stored in my phone memory just a week after my purchase.

                                      I see that my phone has been formatted and lost all data post this custom build update
                                      Mmx_e481_sw_v20_hw_v1.0_28062016, update stated that it would improve the battery performance and did not list out any other precautionary steps to be followed.

                                      I have not received any response on reaching your online customer care executives over phone and micromax service centers in person. I'm appalled by their refusal to offer help and their carelessness to understand my situation.

                                      Data that i have lost is very important to me, as the photos lost were taken on a special occasion of mine. It is just not photos that i've lost, it is memories lost forever!

                                      Now, i have received another build update mmx_e481_sw_v22_hw_v1.0_28062016 which promises to bring back the lost data!!
                                      Require your assistance in proceeding further with the update and a confirmation from your end if it would possibly restore the data.

                                      Kindly let me know on any other details to be shared from my end.

                                      Looking forward to your response and speedy resolution to my issue.

                                        I didn't get my phone from Micromax service center even after a month. My job sheet no isN[protected]. I was recieved message from Micromax that my phone was repaired and ready to collected from service Centre. But people at service Centre said they don't have my phone. They gave me some contact numbers but they are useless. Help me to get my phone.

                                        There is no response from the customer care. any time customer care lines are busy.
                                        Sir i have bought yu yynicon but it was totally coruppted i have lodge complaint in service center but they only change software and gave me phon but problem stil exist plz do something my job sheet no.S[protected].
