    My sister raised a complaint twice to you people without calling back to close tickets, and if we tried calling you, there was no answer.

    The worst support that the MIVI team provides,

    My Bluetooth is also not charging at the right site. It will take 1 week to collect and send it back in the same condition without repair.

    all 3 products defective from the day one

      Brought this product in april 2023. In the end of june the volume in both the earpodes reduced drastically. It got reduced by 70-80%. Now the voice is not audible at full volume also.
      I contacted the company but they said that the product issue didn't come under warranty.
      But according to warranty policy only the physical damage is an exception for what warranty can't be claimed.

      This is not due to any physical damage, the product started facing problem in just 3 month approx.

        I had ordered a wireless Bluetooth speaker from "Mivi India", the product name is "Mivi Fort S24". And the order date was 28/08/2023 However I cancelled the order within a few hours and the payment mode was " Online". Their website stated that refund will be received within 5 to 7 business days. After which I contacted their customer care several times and all they said was the process is going on and I would receive my refund within a few days but i haven't received any refund till date for my hard earned money[protected]. And thus I hereby file a complaint for the same and expect the issue to be resolved at the earliest. If not done it may lead to some worse consequences. I have attached my payment details and the site order details in the attachments. Please refer to it.

          Not returning product

          I bought mivi duopods f70 black online butjust in a month the duopods were not charging in capsule so i raised a ticket and they took my duopods but it's been more than 20 days but they haven't yet returned my product to me. My ticket number is : 2482012...

            I bought MIVI Duopods M30(black) on[protected].

            It is having an warranty period of 1 year. I got an problem that pods are not charging. To claim warranty I contacted MIVI customer service. They took my product on[protected]. Still now they haven't send my product back. When I try to contact them they are not responding properly.

            There wasted my time and not sending my product back to me. I have to be compensated for my pods . Thank you.

                Not returning my product back which I gave for warranty claim
                I bought MIVI Duopods F60 on[protected].

                    I want to say that, I purchased mivi fort 24 soundbar before 6 months.
                    Soundbar battery not working.Product is warranty After that I inform to customer care and do the complaint last month, complaint number is 2404607.But till now no any response from mivi customer care.

                        I’ve ordered mivi earbuds from websites return picked up on 10th july 2023 till now refund not initiated around 2months completed, also called customer care service so many times they didn’t respond

                          I claimed my warranty and sent my mivi duopods f70 for the repairment but it's around 1 month. They said that it's repaired and is being sent to me but till date I didn't recieved them. Also they neither give the updates nor send the replies on the mail.
                          I am just fed up with the services being provided.

                                I had ordered a Mivi product in January 2023, for which I got warranty till the year 2024, just a few days ago my product had a charging problem, Due to which I made a warranty claim on which he asked me some photos of the product and said that we will check and tell but after a few days i received an email in which he said that we will not give warranty due to products seems physical damage however My product had no physical damage from anywhere only a few scratches came from keeping the buds in the case which I replied to them but due to no response from their side I have filed a false warranty promise and false information against Mivi

                                  I bought Mivi product, but after using it for some time, my left earbud got damaged. I mailed and called the company several times but did not get any response. After that I sent my product to their official address. I have not received any revert back after the product was dispatched. I have called many times. I am very upset.

                                    On 3 july 2023 i raised 2nd complaint of my product mivi earbuds today is 30 july 2023 still my product not delivered yet. I send lots of the mail to mivi customer support they only saying this prodcut is in under testing really ?? what they are doing with the product they said that they didn't replace the prodcut i agree but for the repair they want whole 1 months //pathetic service cheap brand am getting tired after that I take this steps// i want my prodcut asap with repair / replace whatever i want perfect prdocut if they are not able to do this refund my money//i never purchase the mivi brand//pathetic brand//cheap services.ticket id : 2371384
