Regarding ignorance of product issue

My mivi collar flash was having an issue, I write an email for that and i got an email from mivi to fill the details for the warranty thing and details of the product, and after that another email was there to arrange for pickup and acknowledge them after pickup, Pickup was done but no updates after that, They are not replying to any mails and any calls, it's been 5 days since pickup of my product, i certainly need an action asap...

I didnt get my product after warranty

So I had applied for my warranty on 14th May and they picked up my earphones within two three days and assured .e that i will receive it within 15 days, now it's been 2 months i have called them multiple times their customer service is the worst and they just keep changing the dates but not repairing my product nor delivering it to me and im also thinking of suing MIVI in consumer court pune.So MIVI if you are seeing this pls deliver my earphone...

Facing issue with mivi duopods A25

I purchased Mivi Duo Pods A25 Bluetooth Truly Wireless in-Ear Earbuds with Microphone Black on 23rd march 2022.

I didn't receive product after repairing

I have purchased Mivi Duopods F30 with 42 hours battery from Flipkart on 8th October 2021. I had placed the order on 8th October 2021and I received it on 12th October 2021. This is second time i am facing same problem in same earbuds, I observe that right hand side earbud is not working properly it's sound is cracking again. Ignorance in repairing, returning the my Mivi Collar Neckband..

on 21.09.2022 I bought a new Mivi Blue - F30 Collar Neckband Headset. On 25.05.2022, it stopped working. Then I sent an email on 27.05.2022 to the Mivi team with issue info. after a few mail exchanges, they arranged a pickup and shared the tracking No.. Shipped the product they received it on 09.062022. on 18th got this Dear Raj M,

Poor support

I bought a earpod from Flipkart and one of my earpod is not charging so I contacted their customer care and sent my product.
For the first 10 days they gave me updates. After that they haven't given me updates and I kept on mailing them but no response.
Now almost 45 days gone and no response.
Worst support team....

Not replacing my product after claiming warranty

I have purches mivi collor classic neckband black on 1 January 2022 which have 1 year warrenty. I don't have my invoice so I mail to company to give me my invoice but they guys says me that they replaced the product only by order I'd . Replacement problem

Hello mivi i bought your duopods a25 on 24th July 2021 from that i recieved on 26th July but in this product i am facing sound problem left one is high bass and high volume but right one is very poor quality of sound and right side touch is also not working i returned my product 2 times in warranty but nothing changed and 3rd time you replaced product (you replaced with old ) but still that have same issue and I got that product on 4th April...

Return and refund

I ordered Duopods M40 from mivi.in. But at the same time I called their customer care for cancellation of order. But they didn't attend the call. I received my product next day that are not working which I received.

I mailed at their email id and called customer care for this promblem.
first their no. at hold for more than half an hour which is difficult to manage.
but by chance, they pick up call and i narrate...

I purchased this product in Feb but by the end of July this product starting lagging sound and switched off automatically and the battery also was degraded. my product was under warranty so send them back to mivi for repair/replacement. I gave the product on July 28 and it should have been back in 15 days but they haven't returned my product back. their helpline number does not work neither does their Facebook page. Today I bought mivi roam 2 bluetooth speaker, this speaker is so poor, my mobile volume is more than that, please don't buy it, please don't waste your money, other than that mivi customer service is so poor, I wanted to register my warranty, but their otp is not coming, and they are not picking any calls off course, please don't buy any of their products, its my humble request, otherwise you will regret after buying their products, and most of their products are non-returnable, so please don't buy any of mivi products, please don't buy any of mivi products
