I had purchased mivi thunderbeats earphones online from mivi official website on 15th may 2019. Details are mentioned below,

Order date: 15/05/2019.

I got my warranty registered on mivi website. After using it for a month, the product suddenly stopped working and wouldn't turn on. I wrote an e-mail regarding the same, and the mivi team arranged a pick-up and the product was tested and sent back to me again in 15 days.

Again when i received the product, the left earpiece wasn't working at all. I immediately wrote to the mivi team and informed but i didn't get any response for a month. Then they arranged a pick up on 10th oct 19 after 45 days and they again took 65 days to check and return the product.

Now i have received the product yesterday i. E 6th dec 19 and again there is an issue with the product. The headphone is working but it doesn't connect to any bluetooth. Neither to my phone nor the pc. I also tried connecting it to other mobile handsets but it doesn't work.

I am writing to file this complaint because of the lack of professionalism shown by mivi towards my concerns. They had promised me replacement of that product with a new one but they kept on sending the same product again and again. They never arrange a callback.

I have paid rs.2, 000/- for the product and i haven't used it for even 15 days. I request you to kindly help me in getting a refund with interest as it's my hard-earned money.

I have been fooled by the company and strict action must be taken against then. I have all the e-mail conversations with me and will present them if required.

Hoping for a quick and positive response.

    Hey! I ordered 2 bluetooth earphone throught mivi site and i get only one and i paid 4047 its cost of 2 earphone but still i have only one. I get only one packet of parcel. But i didn’t open it at place of i get. When i open it at home there is only one so i think it an mistake of mivi company that they hive only one pic and i don’t know that is an mistake or what so i request to solve this as soon as possible thank you!
    I returned mivi thunder-beats that i bought from mivi official website, after receiving the product they mailed me that they will initiate the refund after quality inspection . it has been 3 months they are not replying to my mails and not refunding the money.

      I purchased mivi's " 3.1amp 2port smart wall charger" on 27th November 2019. I did its payment online. First i thought it was FedEx fault so i contacted them. They said they haven't received the package yet from the company just label is assigned. I tried all the possible ways to contact mivi but no reply. Now when i searched on Google about this issue, Mivi has done such frauds so many times. They received the money and didn't delivered the products. Its been 8days now, no one picking call at mivi, chat bot replying to mail and messages on messenger. This was my 3rd and last purchase on Mivi. ThankGod my last purchase were COD.

        I sent email to mivi for my product replacement, they picked up my product they received my product, and then they seen the technical issue about my product, it was faulty after that they said we have shipped your replacement but the tracking awb number given by them is wrong and they are not receiving a single call or giving any reply to my mail, so i want my product with in this week end.

          I've ordered mivi wireless thunderbeats headphones from mivi.in but the product has still not shipped.
          I have placed the order on 23rd of november and paid for it too using my card.

          Customer care is not picking up phones and there is no reply from the mivi customer support even after i've sent numerous emails to them.

          The only emails i recieve are auto generated ones which i recieve just after a minute of sending my email. Even the facebook chat to mivi didn't help. The chat bot was stuck on looking for details for your order.

          If the company intends to pocket the money without giving the product, then this is fraud.

          I request to refund me back my money.

          I ordered online on MIV, I Hyderabad, Mobile accessories -Wall Charger 4Amp 2 port-Qty 1 and Micro USB cable-Qty 2, total Cost Rs 1396.76, fully prepaid. Order No.R[protected]. Items not delivered and MIVI giving wrong shipment number.
          I ordered mivi earphones and speaker, i paid online but now they are not giving any response and not even receiving calls..
          I ordered it on 23
          They said that they will send email but not giving any response now.

            The product got delivered at my home and on the first day itself it started vibrating while i pressed the power off button & it did until aall the battry drained out . it happned 2 times now with in 3 days

              I have placed an order of the charger on mivi website and paid for the same. But i have not received any information about the product. I dont know where is my product and when will i get it. I have already sent the mail to the customer support and there is no revert.
              I also tried calling their contact number but there is no response. Please file the complaint about the same.
              I placed the order 22nd November 2019, and till now i didn't get my parcel. I raised a request on 25th November and got the reply that they will deliver it within 48 hours but till now i didn't get any mail or call regarding delivery, i called mivi support but they didn't picking up my phone . I want the refund now as it already exceeds the time.

                I have ordered mivi roam speaker at 19/11/19 from mivi official website with all my personal details and i paid at the same time while ordering, from my debit card. But in return i didnt even get my tracking id and order receipt as a proof. I only have my statement as a proof that i have paid 998rs which i can share with you if required. Now its been 1 week i am continuously calling and sending them mails but i am not getting a single reply from mivi. Please help asap. Worst services ever experienced till date.!!!
                I want my order asap.
                I will never recommend anyone for mivi🙏👎
                Hope my request will be taken in supervision and serious actions must be taken.

                  I brought coller headphones from mivi on 15 th nov and it's been 11 days and its still not delivered. I tried calling mivi they are nit receiving call and when i mailed they replied we will ship the package in next 24 hrs but after 24 hrs it's still not sent. I received a tracking info of fedx and when i track the order its showing package is still not hand over to fedx.

                    I ordered a collar wireless earphone through mivi they delivered a defected product the earphone was not in working condition and also it has scratches all over i complaint the mivi support about it they said to parcel the earphone to a given address the earphone has delivered to the respective address on the date of 19th nov still there is no reply from there side. They have stopped mailing me i called them they don't receive the call there messenger support team is also not replying i raised an another request still there is no reply from there side. This is such a bad service really disappointing at least they should reply. If this the level of service this company give then it's a serious issue for us consumers.

                      Why i am writing here
                      Because on other platform of mivi's customer support are not helping me.
                      I attempts many times to contact customer support of mivi. It's almost 1 month that i gave my mivi headphone for repairing. There is a issue with the vibrator. After 16 days they replied that my product is completely fine there is no issue with the product. I told them but i was facing the issue please fix it.
                      Then they didn't reply for 2 days. After that they replied you product will be shipped in 2 to 3 days. Now it's almost 10 days still my product is not shipped. And they are not replying my any messages. This is the worst service i have ever seen in my life.
                      Now i am not going to get my own product.

                      If a company is doing fraud with the customer he can't do anything about it. Customers are helpless. This is the worst feel.

                        I bought a mivi doupods from from their official site as it was giving me a better discount. The product reached my home. And i found that the case closing manget wasn't working. I talked to mivi for the same. They said we cant give you any refund but we will surely repair this, not even a replacement.
                        Okay until then it was considered. But what happened next was intolerable. I returned them the doupods for repair. They said they will take 72hours of time. I said okay i just need a positive reply. Then after 72 hours they said we need more 24 hours. I was okay with that too. But even after 24 hours they don't have any reply. And if i call their customer care they will listen to my concern but will not give any reply rather end the call in between. Its mostly been more than one week since they received duopods.
                        I ordered a prepaid product of rupees 999/- on 20th November after 7days of booking I do not have any tracking details nor any email . Their customercare representatives are so busy to talk they don’t pickup the call,
                        I mail every single day to their support team but there is no response from their side.

                          This company has a very bad marketing strategy through the youtube influencers. They sent me the duo pods and on the box of ear duo pods it is written noise cancellation but this feature does not work. They are not replacing as well as not even refunding the amount and telling it was a cash on delivery we dont give money but credits.
                          After a month they are returning the same product telling product is all fine.
                          And the customer service is worst. They dont even care to resolve the disputes

                            I ordered a product i. E. Earphones from the mivi's official site in september 2019. When i received the product it was missing some of its items from the box. When i complained about it to the company they said we make sure to double check the products before sending it to buyerso its not our fault we cant help you in this. I made so many attempts to contact them but they are not responding.

                              I preordered mivi's duopods & when i received the product it was not working. I try charging it but still not working. Then i called customer support and they told to return the product. I returned the product and till date, they couldn't find the complaint or had the courtesy to replace the product with a new one. They received the product on aug[protected]. Its a shame there people could not find the fault till now, the customer support so useless that every time i send an email new executive replies. I though mivi was a good brand, and their employees proved me wrong its a really bad brand. Please don't use mivi. Also, i will sue them for playing with my trust.

                                I have purchase the (Mivi collar wireless neck band bluetooth earphone with magnetic earbuds) from online shopping app.
                                It is stop working, so i raise complaint by email them on (19th august 2019).
                                They don't have service centers in mumbai as per there telephonic conversation with me on first replacement.
                                This is 2nd time the product stop working, for the first replacement they take almost one month.
                                This time they pickup the product on[protected] & stop replaying on mail to me. Then i try to call them on there toll free number, after many day & try finely they pick up my call on[protected].
                                That call center lady told me (They don't have the same product to replace, so it will take more 15 days to replace). I told her to reply on my mail about this.
                                But i think they don't care about the customer & the company is fraud.

                                  As I had discussed with support team of Mivi, my mivi thunderbeat bluetooth earphones are not working properly. There is some problem with the middle function button .Sometimes I am not able to put it off after disconnecting from my phone and sometimes even after charging I am not able to put it on. Additionally even after being charged sometimes while using it goes dead early and sometimes launches Siri on my iphone.
                                  I have shared my invoice on the support chat as well as on mail. It is under warranty period.

                                    I placed the order 31st january, and till now i didn't get my parcel. I raised a request on 4th feb and got the reply that they will deliver it within 24 hours but till now i didn't get any mail or call regarding delivery, i called mivi support but they deliver it to the wrong address which should be confirmed while delivery time, i want the refund now as it already exceeds the time.

                                      I bought a mivi charger on february and recently from last two months it is not working and i have raised a complaint and from last two months i am following up with no result. They are just giving dates for pickup but nothing is happening. This the worst service i have seen from any company. Please take this complaint to highest level. I have called, chat will them almost 5 times from last two months patiently but it is getting out of hands now.

                                        My name is chandraprakash yadav, have purchased mivi thunder beats wireless bluetooth earphones with stereo sound and hands-free mic (Gun metal) from amazon which is delivered on 13th nov 2017 with 1 year warranty.

                                        As discussed on call with mr. Mubasheer (Mivi executive), when i shipped the product for repair under warranty. (Via overnite express courier - pfa the receipt and delivery tracking detail) after a long mail trail conversation as you can see, i wrote an escalation mail yesterday and mr. Mubasheer told me next morning that the product was physically damaged so he is returning the product. They received the product 5 days before and after an escalation, they are saying it was physically damaged i had taken an effort and also given cost the ship the product by myself. Hoping i'll get it repaired as soon as possible (Instead of arranging the pickup).

                                        I know physically damaged product are not considered under warranty. Product was completely broken and it’s done at mivi end just to take out personal grudge of escalating the way of working. Money doesn't matter but this kind of business and behaviour seems pretty unusual and unethical.

                                        I am frustrated and demand for the proof that it was broken when the package was opened.. I personally request customer grievance support team to please intervene. Thanking you!!
                                        My experience with mivi is also not good. And worst is with its customer support.

                                        I purchased a mobile charger with USB cable which stop working (both the products) after 15-20 days time.

                                        As the products were under warranty, I lodged a complaint and as per instructions given by customer support officer sent both the items back to its service centre.

                                        Now it is quite difficult for me to chase for an update on my complaint. They only have one customer support no which occasionally picked. As per my experience if you regularly dial this number for 3 day..then there a chance ..your call be will be picked once a while.

                                        There is no provision for escalation as well

                                        My complaint is still at the same stage as it was 40 days ago.

                                        Please intervene n help.

                                        Dont Buy I have facing below issue during operation.

                                        When i try to power off the headphone by long pressing Call/Power ON/ Power Off Button...its start continues vibrates..after that no button can stop it...it continues vibrate untill total battery drain. I have facing this issue almost 7-8 times till.

                                        Please find attached details for your reference.
