I had purchased mivi thunderbeats earphones online from mivi official website on 15th may 2019. Details are mentioned below,

I got my warranty registered on mivi website. After using it for a month, the product suddenly stopped working and wouldn't turn on. I wrote an e-mail regarding the same, and the mivi team arranged a pick-up and the product was tested and sent back to me again in 15 days.
Again when i received the product, the left earpiece wasn't working at all. I immediately wrote to the mivi team and informed but i didn't get any response for a month. Then they arranged a pick up on 10th oct 19 after 45 days and they again took 65 days to check and return the product.
Now i have received the product yesterday i. E 6th dec 19 and again there is an issue with the product. The headphone is working but it doesn't connect to any bluetooth. Neither to my phone nor the pc. I also tried connecting it to other mobile handsets but it doesn't work.
I am writing to file this complaint because of the lack of professionalism shown by mivi towards my concerns. They had promised me replacement of that product with a new one but they kept on sending the same product again and again. They never arrange a callback.
I have paid rs.2, 000/- for the product and i haven't used it for even 15 days. I request you to kindly help me in getting a refund with interest as it's my hard-earned money.
I have been fooled by the company and strict action must be taken against then. I have all the e-mail conversations with me and will present them if required.
