I've emailed Mivi about my mivi duopod's charging is draining to fast at the left side, yet no response from them. The warranty claim period ends soon in 15 days....

I had bought Mivi Collar 2B Wireless Earphones and it started giving issues. I had logged the complaint on 27th May 2022 but no one helped. I had done multiple follow up. Everytime, they will say ask to share the address and promised to arrange the pickup. I had shared my address and product details almost 3-4 time but no one picked up the product. I am having issues with my product and I have mailed them number of times regarding my concern and I filled the form which I receive from them after that they replied every time that you will receive information from us in 48 hrs but every time I get no reply and again I send them mail to them every time they give form to fill and no action has been taken till today and I am trying to claim my warranty from past two months...

I had order Mivi Duopods A550 on 3rd September 2022. But due to website issue payment was done but order did not got generated but at backend as per said by customer service agent the order was present in draft so i got my Order ID : #A[protected].

I've complained on mivi email but they aren't replying

I was already make a complaint and i visit the blue dart office they told that this order was cancelled...

I recently claimed warranty for my mivi neckband collar. It's just been two months and yet another time the product is having problems. This is the second time I have to claim for warranty just within one year period of warranty claim. This is such a bad service from mivi. I hope others don't face such issues like me....

My mivi collar has been taken for replacement second time from more than a week but it hasn't been delivered yet . Even last time when it was returned to me nothing was done to it and it wasn't working anymore . Please try if you can contact to mivi team and ask for complete repalcement of product because it has been very frustrating for me now...

I have purchased a Mivi Collar Flash Bluetooth Earphones on 7th September 2021 from Amazon.

Both side earphones are not working. Not able to hear any audio.
There is no any physical damage in the product.

On 27th Aug 2022, I had sent an email to [protected]@mivi.in & raised my complaint.
On 30th Aug, I received a response on my email from Mivi. Accordingly, I have shared all the required details...

I have purchased a mivi neckband 2 years ago.

I actually faced an issue with the mivi duopods A25 months before and so I tried to reach out to them for availing warranty.After so many mails finally they arranged pickup and I sent the product to them on 7/08/2022.Then they took a very very long time of about a month and it is just because I have mailed so mANY TIMEs and they always tell "next week".Now after more than a month I got the product on 09/09/2022 and yeah THE BEST...

I had recently bought Mivi Collar Classic neckband, faced issues with it, complained to company, got the product picked up and replaced and all this took more than a month . Before returning replacing the product only one side of neckband wasn't working but now neckband has completely stopped working. It just connected to phone but there is no audio ....

This is redecules service frm mivi ..no response frm mivi and no one come to pick up airbuds...
