I ordered mivi collar classic order number is R[protected] and the give me track I'd i checked it but it's show worng AWB number and still no updates on this .. and there customer service are not responding.
I Need to cancel it and want my refund back
I ordered mivi duopods m20 and paid for it but now they r not responding to me...and also not shipping the order as in their website it is written it shipped within 24 hours of delivery...now its 5 days and still no updates...very disappointing 😡..following is the screenshot of my message from the merchant of succesfull payment😡😡

    Product is not comfortable or not like they mention on website

    When i complain on mivi support mail they not reply about product or refund they only say we create your issue ticket

    Please help i need refund

      I ordered mivi duopods A25 on 23rd May 2021 [Order Number R[protected]] and the product is still not shipped, in the order confirmation mail they told it will be shipped in next 72 hours, but and today when I am complaining it's already 30th May 2021(7 days) They have not mailed about the delay also.

      I ordered it for my relative, As a birthday gift but it's not even shipped yet and his birthday already happened, because of this delay
      i ordered a mivi roam 2 on 17 june 2021 (cash on delivery) still they didn't delivery my products and i also order rock&roll E5 wired earphones on 18 june 2021 (online payment) plz help me their tracking system is not working yet . and their customer care number didn't connect anyone team member to me .

        I had received faulty Roam 2 Bluetooth speakers, which had manufacturing defect in it. The same was highlighted on the same day of delivery. Mivi had taken the product for replacement & since past 50 days I have been waiting for my product.
        Now I am regretting for buying Mivi product, I bought it just thinking that we should support our Indian brands. But Mivi is worst electronic brand till date.

            Mivi sent me faulty headphone on 9th march 2021. I booked complain via support tickets, emails and call to customer care. 60+ days are passed. Still not replace it.

              I ordered 2 mivi collar dated 6th july 2020 with 1 year warranty. Now i am facing issue with both the earphones and wrote a mail to mivi several times but got only 1 reply to submit the screen shot of the order and after that they are not replying at all. This is the worst level of service that can be expected from any brand as they don't even pick calls and simply reply back to send a mail.

                I brought a True wireless headphone (M80 RS.2500), But I think it delivered to someone else by the BlueDart delivery boy. (the delivery boy didn't even call me, neither I get any Sms)

                Now Mivi India helpdesk didn't understand my concern at all. They didn't try to connect with the delivery boy who supposed to deliver my product

                  A month into using Mivi Collar 2B, the product broke down and i requested the support team to arrange for a replacement. They denied replacement and said it'll be taken to repair first, to which i agreed and sent my product on 9th March. I wasn't even informed if the product has reached. I myself had to do a follow up on 14th March, to which they said product has been received and it's under testing. Initially i was told that the testing would take 14-15 days. After which they reiterated it would take 2-3 days. I have been sending follow ups once in every 3 days and since March 14th and even till today, the product is in testing. I am requesting to talk to a supervisor, denied. Requesting to talk to someone from testing department, again denied. At this point, i am not even sure if I'm ever going to get my product back. Call the customer care and they would just read out what's there on the thread of emails. This is absolute nonsense. 2 of my rights have been denied here. Right to be heard and right to be redressed. I am never buying another product from this nonsense of a company.

                    I bought Mivi duopods m80 from Mivi website in late February. Received the product, didn't like the fit and sound of it. I placed a request for refund the very next day on Feb 20, 2021 via email to them. I then sent the product back to them on my expense on Feb 22, 2021. They received the product on Feb 26 and assured that it will be processed in 2-3 business days. Since then I have emailed them multiple times to give me a call and update on the refund status. Everyone they say the same thing that the product is being tested by their team. It's been more than one and a half month now, they give the same reply, have not called me until now and my money is still not refunded.

                      It's been over a month I've shipped them the defect product as per their guidance. I was supposed the get the product back in week, instead it's been over a month. I shipped the product on 11th jan 2021. All they are saying is to wait due to covid. They aren't even sure to give an acknowledgement that they have received the product or not even when they provided the shipping. They are not informing me about the updates, there are no updates actually. This is the order number R[protected]. Kindly help me solve this issue and get my product back or return the money.

                        Not delivered to me

                        I didn't get my package yet, it should be hand over to me but i didn't get it, else i got a message that someone i didn't know has received that package, what kind of service is that. If someone paid for it, then u should make sure that the delivery should to the right person. Else it suppose to deliver on Monday but instead of that it deliver to on Sunday.                         Actually, i purchased mivi duopods M20 on 27 October and after two months one of my earbud stops working and i told them to solve my problem because there is one year warranty in my duopods and then they arrange pickup for replacement and after one month they send me the new duopods by replacing my older ones.and when i saw them in that also one earbud is not working.so the conclusion is that they make me fool by giving me their fake warranty.so please kindly take action for them

                            Unable to get back the product which was sent to them mistakely .

                            I have requested for the return Mivi headset as left side of headphone was not working. They have provided the tracking Number of Bluecart with whom i should give the damaged headset but unfortunately i have given my Paytm Parcel sealed to the courier person mistakenly ( which i was requested for the return also through same bluecart courier) and then realised that i have given the wrong product to the Mivi people and according to the Tracking details those product was delivered to the hyderbad where the service centre held in. when i enquired the Bluecart office, they have mentioned it will delivered to the security person (where name also mentioned) and confirmed that product is sealed and hence the same was delivered to MIVI Service centre.

                            so requesting to kindly return the paytm parcel sealed which they have recieved from me through the Tracking ID :[protected] and date of delivery is 24 Nov 2020.

                              On 1 st October I ordered mivi ThunderBeats Wireless Earphones from official website of mivi.in, I received a damaged product from their side. I requested for refund, but according to their policy customer have to deliver the product in Hyderabad. After sending that product they took 1 week to test the product and used to reply that the product is in testing phase. After approximately 20 days they told they had initiated the refund on 21 st October and will b reflected within 15 days, after waiting for too long (another 20 days) and getting no reply of my mails. Now i am discouraged about my money. I request you too look into the matter, as i have all the proofs of mivi order and bank statement. There mail chat of getting the product and refund initiated thing. I have every thing saved, kindly help!

                                They always say 10- 14 days or in 48 hours but not telling me the correct time

                                  I placed my order for Mivi Thunderbeats earphones on 29 July’20. The product stopped working within a week and I issued a return request. It went back to the company for testing and now it’s been more than 2 months and all I can hear from them is- It is in testing. Utterly insincere customer service and the company is neither updating me about my return nor issuing me a refund.

                                    I placed an order for MIVI wireless DuoPods M80.
                                    After receiving, I refused the delivery because of some genuine reason I say the reason to MIVI team they also approve it and ready for the refund process, then the product got returned to there warehouse and after that, they initiated the refund of INR 2699.00 As per their policy, the amount must have reflected in 3-14 days in my account.

                                    When the amount does not credit on 15 days I contact them that the refund is not credited in my account they said share your bank statement from the order date to till date, so I do that also but after sharing the bank statement they do not give any response and if I contact them they keep saying that we will talk to the concerned team and give the update but I do not get any response from there side its already been a month from the date they initiated the refund.

                                    These guys will keep saying For any assistance please get back to us we will help you ASAP, but in actuality, there is nothing like support here. My experience of e-commerce shopping on mivi.in is one of the worst website to rely on.

                                    A general warning/advice to anyone reading this, never go for MIVI instead rely more on other popular e-commerce websites like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

                                      I have purchased mivi duopods m80. The product was already tampered and mivi Facebook support asked me to use it and check it. Once i started using it i found that one of my earbuds not working properly, there was no sync in battery with each other. one was at 0% while other was at 70%.. i have purchased truly wireless earbud. Left earbud was faulty.
                                      They asked me ship it . I have shipped them back to their address. But since then they are asking me to wait. Everyday they say that please wait its under testing.. and today its 20th day they have not provided my refund . I am still waiting for the refund. They keep on saying its under testing evrerytime. Please help
