I bought mivi collar 2 three months before but now suddenly it stopped working and i am continuously sending mails to support but they r not resolving my problem i tried calling cuz service but they always put me in que and never pick my call....

I ordered mivi Play Bluetooth Speaker on 9th June 2021 [Order Number R[protected]] and the product is still not shipped, in the order confirmation mail they told it will be shipped in next 72 hours, but and today when I am complaining it's already 15th June 2021(7 days) They have neither shipped the product nor mailed about the delay also.
The AWB no. [protected] from blue dart is also faulty so could not track it....

I have ordered spekars from mivi official website on Thursday 10 Jun as of now I haven't received any information regarding delivery of the product. Customer service is very poor.they r not responding...

I am trying to cancel the order of mivi roam 2. I tried to call their customer care but no one picked up . It is showing no orders of mine....

I bought a mivi play speaker order no. R[protected].Company claim that it will shipped after 72hrs but it is not shipped yet.This order is prepaid.From my sense mivi is doing fraud to me by not shipping my prepaid mivi play speaker order.Even after complaining on [protected]@mivi.in they only generate tickets by bot email....

I bought duopods on April and I didn't like it I delivered the product within 7 days, I am still waiting for a refund from them they aren't even replying poor customer service and no update...

I had received faulty Roam 2 Bluetooth speakers, which had manufacturing defect in it. The same was highlighted on the same day of delivery. Mivi had taken the product for replacement & since past 50 days I have been waiting for my product.
Now I am regretting for buying Mivi product, I bought it just thinking that we should support our Indian brands. But Mivi is worst electronic brand till date....

Mivi collar, it's under warranty and company is ignored my calls and mails .

Mivi sent me faulty headphone on 9th march 2021. I booked complain via support tickets, emails and call to customer care. 60+ days are passed. Still not replace it....

I ordered 2 mivi collar dated 6th july 2020 with 1 year warranty. Now i am facing issue with both the earphones and wrote a mail to mivi several times but got only 1 reply to submit the screen shot of the order and after that they are not replying at all. This is the worst level of service that can be expected from any brand as they don't even pick calls and simply reply back to send a mail....

I brought a True wireless headphone (M80 RS.2500), But I think it delivered to someone else by the BlueDart delivery boy. (the delivery boy didn't even call me, neither I get any Sms)

Now Mivi India helpdesk didn't understand my concern at all. They didn't try to connect with the delivery boy who supposed to deliver my product...

A month into using Mivi Collar 2B, the product broke down and i requested the support team to arrange for a replacement. They denied replacement and said it'll be taken to repair first, to which i agreed and sent my product on 9th March. I wasn't even informed if the product has reached. I bought Mivi duopods m80 from Mivi website in late February. Received the product, didn't like the fit and sound of it. I placed a request for refund the very next day on Feb 20, 2021 via email to them. I then sent the product back to them on my expense on Feb 22, 2021. They received the product on Feb 26 and assured that it will be processed in 2-3 business days. Since then I have emailed them multiple times to give me a call and update...

It's been over a month I've shipped them the defect product as per their guidance. I was supposed the get the product back in week, instead it's been over a month. I shipped the product on 11th jan 2021. All they are saying is to wait due to covid. They aren't even sure to give an acknowledgement that they have received the product or not even when they provided the shipping. They are not informing me about the updates, there are no updates...

I didn't get my package yet, it should be hand over to me but i didn't get it, else i got a message that someone i didn't know has received that package, what kind of service is that. If someone paid for it, then u should make sure that the delivery should to the right person. Else it suppose to deliver on Monday but instead of that it deliver to on Sunday.
