I buyed product from mivi and its stop working then I send it for replacement and this is second time I sent it back n now its been 1months they are not returning my product n nobody is responding related to my product mivi is a fraud company and the worst part is its using Made In India name to fool the customer plx take strict action against mivi and when I posted this issue on mivi twitter they block me

I sent my defected product many days before for replacement.
It was guaranteed that the replacement would not take time more than 14 days and now it's about to be a whole month.
No replacement received and also they are telling me that your product is ready to dispatch from about 2 weeks.
WTF.

Dear team I had purchased the product from mivi but they had provided the fake product after we claimed the warranty they told to send the product to provided address then they told they I'll check and provide you within 15 working days but now it is almost 1 month but I am getting reply only sorry we are working with limited team. Very disappointed service from the mivi team....

I was purchased a mivi collar 25th of June 2020 with one year replacement policy but after some time phasing a problem with product and I was doing my complaint by mail and call to mivi support team, approx 30 mail and similar call of mivi support but always denied or said to me will be pick-up aarenged with in week or 48 hour confirmation mail but denied my complaint till date now my ticket id #264929

I requested for warranty claim on 28th of December. They scheduled pick for product. When I asked them about whether I have to give them both earpieces and capsule or not . They responded saying only earpieces. I did as directed. After a month they started asking for capsule . So I send them capsule also now it's been six months they are responding with same message. Not helping at all

Updated by shaarya till now company haven't updated with proper status of product. Like every time they kept on assuring it'll resolve shortly.

I ordered mivi Play Bluetooth Speaker on 9th June 2021 [Order Number R[protected]] and the product is still not shipped, in the order confirmation mail they told it will be shipped in next 72 hours, but and today when I am complaining it's already 15th June 2021(7 days) They have neither shipped the product nor mailed about the delay also.
The AWB no. [protected] from blue dart is also faulty so could not track it.

I bought a mivi play speaker order no. R[protected].Company claim that it will shipped after 72hrs but it is not shipped yet.This order is prepaid.From my sense mivi is doing fraud to me by not shipping my prepaid mivi play speaker order.Even after complaining on [protected]@mivi.in they only generate tickets by bot email.

I ordered the "Mivi Thunderbeats" on 22nd April.It git delivered on 25th of April. On the same day I opened the product it wasnt working.I tried charging it still didnt work.So i returned it by speed post as Mivi has no return service the customer has to do it him/herself.It got delivered to their adress on 6th of May. Since that day I have been writing to them about my refund, everytime they give same response that the technical team is inspecting the product.

I ordered mivi duopods m20 and paid for it but now they r not responding to me...and also not shipping the order as in their website it is written it shipped within 24 hours of delivery...now its 5 days and still no updates...very disappointing 😡..following is the screenshot of my message from the merchant of succesfull payment😡😡

i ordered a mivi roam 2 on 17 june 2021 (cash on delivery) still they didn't delivery my products and i also order rock&roll E5 wired earphones on 18 june 2021 (online payment) plz help me their tracking system is not working yet . and their customer care number didn't connect anyone team member to me .
