I ordered a mivi Mivi play on 6th september but still(today 16th) did not receive any reliable updates about the delivery or shippment..the mail i received from mivi says that order is been shipped by bluedart but when i contacted Bluedart they said that they did not receive any package from mivi...
Nor is mivi replying properly to any of my mails..

    I have booked an order duopods A25 on 11 sep at 9.41 pm. They mentioned that your order will delivered with in 4 days and you will get tracking number with in 2 days but neither received my product nor tracking number. PAYMENT has already been done from my side via credit card.

    Please help me they are not responsible team

          I had ordered collar earphones and it was a defective piece. No one replies about replacement or refund. I HAVE VEEN FOLLOWING UP SINCE FEBRUARY.
          My work suffered so much due to this and I am tired FOLLOWING up now.
          Cheaters they are I want my refund for rs 1600
          I am attaching receipt for the same.

          Fraud company, so many complaints from this compan6theybshpuld be penlalized for fake promises .

            I had ordered earphones for rs1600 in February and it is a defective product.
            I have been following up since then for replacement or refund but absolutely no replies on the same.
            It's a fraud and I believe they are cheating the customers. I saw Google reviews and many have same problems like mine.
            I am tired following up on email and calls but its all avoided by this company who is looting people with fake promises

              I ordered mivi collar flash earphones on 26 August and on 31 August when I called them about my order they told me that it had shipped but later that same day I received a call that the earphone is not available so I decided to cancel the order and they told me that they will provide me refund in 2 days. Now it had been more than 15 days neither I got my money back nor they are picking up any call and replying to the mails.

              If you call on their customer care no. there are very less chances that you will be answered and you don't even get any response on the mail

                I ordered a mivi A25 buds on 6th September but still(today 13th) did not receive any reliable updates about the delivery or shippment..the mail i received from mivi says that order is been shipped by bluedart but when i contacted Bluedart they said that they did not receive any package from mivi...
                Nor is mivi replying properly to any of my mails..

                    I send my mivi DuoPods A25 to repair such problems come in it.
                    It's almost pass out one month from the date mivi support mail me that they delivered my product but till now I didn't get my product back.

                                    I ordered mivi duopods m20, and after 2 months they were not charging, i contacted them and they arranged a reverse pickup, and one month has passed no information is passed to me regarding earphones and they are not replying to mail.

                                      I ordered a mivi product (collar classic earphones) on 4th may, 2021, But there was a problem with that product. Hence, we file a complaint for the replacement/repair of the product. They pick up our product on date 25/07/2021 and it is about 1.5 months but they didn't repair our product nor delivered it yet.
                                      I sent them a lot of emails but they are not responding to anyone and they didn't even take our calls.
                                      So I request you to kindly look into this matter.
                                      I would be grateful if you help me take our product.
