I have purchased 2 mivi rock & roll w1 wired earphones on 3rd sept. 2020 order number is r[protected],
My registered email id - [protected]@gmail.com
But one of them is defective and mivi is not ready to arrange pickup for defective product and asking me to invest in shipping the defective product.

I want to return that earphone and also want my money back

    I bought these airpoda a month ago and they have stopped working suddenly now no help from customer and services is being provided.
    I have 1 year of warranty too but no response is shared.
    This is the true example of fraud and cheating people they don't take any responsibility of it plz kindly take some action against this company.

      My duo pods were not working properly it giving me many problems since I brought them. I also did Same Complain about that 2 months ago and at that they also replaced my EarPods but now it was giving me same problems.
      And now they are not even replying my mails.

        I ordered 3 items from their website on 12 July.
        Out of those 3 orders I receivers 1 orders till now 9 September. I have sent them multiple emails regarding this issue but they just keep on delaying.

          In my duopods there are problems so I sended to mivi for refund they said courier the product so I courier it no they are no ans the mail and the phone number is fake on their website when I call number is invalid so I mail them but no ans they said they will give ans in 4 to 5 days nut now it's more than 15 days once they said as we got the product from shipping company they will ans but when track the product they I show mivi has collected the product my ticket no is 177101

            I purchased a mivi speaker on their website and paid upfront for it. When the package was opened after receiving, we found that the product sent was a pair of earbuds!
            I tried calling the customer care number, no response, have sent emails, no response. I have even reached out over twitter and Facebook, still no response! I even tried calling the warehouse and the number is switched off!
            I don't know what to do! The company has taken my money and sent me something else and noone is helping me! I'm hopeful someone here can help get this issue resolved for me!

              I bought mivi thunderbeats bluetooth earphones last week and within a week, I started facing issues with the product, startibg with no voice in one of the earplugs to no connecting with my mobile, which it was connecting earlier fyki and the battery backup is always low inspite of not even using the same. There is always some pinkish light in the middle of the device.
              Talking about my experience with the customer team, I emailed about the issue around 3 days ago and just received an email from one of the executive suggesting me sone ways, which i tried and replied the same as the issue still persisted but henceforth i still didn't receive any reply. I tried contacting the team via the contact number available on the company website but to my disappointment, still no one responded.
              Tired of all these things, I conveyed my complaint on the company website support section, mailed the issue many times, complained on instagram and facebook, but still i didn't get any solution to my problem.
              This is very annoying and unfortunate as the product is under warranty and just a week old from my purchase.
              Kindly help me in getting tge refund as I am not interested in getting a product from the company in any near future. Neither would i ever suggest my relatives and friends to buy mivi products.
              Bad product in hand with bad customer service.

                  Hello! My Name is Aditya Singh from Kanpur, UP. I want to complaint against MIVI.IN.
                  3-4 weeks ago I ordered an earphone from online site of price 399/-, but later I cancelled the order without it being delivered. They told me through an email message. I called them but they didn't answer my call. Then I emailed them at first they told me that refund will be back to you in 10 days then after 12-13 days I emailed them back then they told me that they will refund me back in 1-2 days but they didn't. I tried to call them but they didn't reply. Then after 3-4 days of my last complaint I started emailing them a lot but they did not replied to my any email. I want my money back. Please sir help me.

                    I Had Ordered MIVI DUOPODS M20 As On Date 11th Of July 2020. It Had An Defect Of Left Side Of The Pods Which Was Not Providing High Sound. I Thought It Must Be Of Low Charge But It Was A Defective Product. As It Was Under Warranty I Replaced The Product. After Replacing It, No Response Came For 10 Days. Then I Started Emailing, Messages In Facebook And Instagram, Calls But There Was Again No Response. So I Decided For Filling A Consumer Case.
                    I Want The Product To Be Replaced As Soon As Possible.

                        I ordered a m40duopods earphone through mivi they delivered a defected product the earphone was not in working condition and also it has scratches all over i complaint the mivi support about it they said to parcel the earphone to a given address the earphone has delivered to the respective address on the date of 22nd july still there is no reply from there side. They have stopped mailing me i called them they don't receive the call there messenger support team is also not replying i raised an another request still there is no reply from there side. This is such a bad service really disappointing at least they should reply. If this the level of service this company give then it's a serious issue for us consumers.

                            I buy Mivi thunder beat Bluetooth headset on June 17, and at June 30 it started to give trouble left side speaker giving abnormal sound huge sound.
                            I filed a complaint to them they said to they will range a pickup and they said to send me to their address, The currier service is stoped here so I couldn’t sent
                            And today the right speaker also started the same issue,
                            With in 1 month it shows it’s quality very poor and unsatisfied.
                            Kindly help me to get rid from this defective BT headset
                            I have placed an order of Roam bluetooth speaker 5watt on 1st of August, 2020. The order number is R[protected].
                            I haven't received any shipment delivery date yet. Even the number for customer care is fake because while tried to contact them it's just ending after few seconds. Neither I received any shipment number or mail on my email.They are fake and wasted my money.Such a bad service and nobody should trust their services and should complaint a fraud case against them.

                              I have registered the complaint about the earphone of mivi on 1st july 2020 wednesday as my earphones in the warranty period. As per my request company booked a pick up for earphone on 4th july 2020 without generating the token number. The product has reached the company on the 6th of july 2020.

                              After that, they keep telling me that, "once your product is delivered to us, we'll have it tested and update you asap" though they received product for repair. I can understand that there is a huge backlog due to lockdown but its been 27 days of complaining.

                              On 21st of july 2020, again i mailed to [protected]@mivi.in is given below:
                              "good morning,

                              I have seen that is my earphone is already delivered at your place on 6th july 2020, i have attached a screenshot for the same.

                              It's been 15 days and i got no response from your side, it is showing how you value your customer. Whenever i want to know updates regarding repairing of my product, every time i got the reply that"once your product is delivered to us, we'll have it tested and update you asap."and it is showing that you are not as much awareness for your customer service.

                              If this time if i will get the reply that,"your product is not reached at us till & will update you asap", i won't recommend your product to my friends or else give me the replacement of my product.

                              This kind of service is not expected from your end, you should always think about your customer first. I have not any other earphone so i am facing huge problem to attending the online lecture since 4th july 2020 as i am college student."

                              They did not reply to this mail and i am facing many difficulties in attending the lectures.

                              On 25th of july, 2020 i have given a gentle reminder to them you haven't replied to my mail, again they didn't reply.

                              After that, i have tried phone call to the number given on the website, the virtual assistant keeps telling that "you can mail to us, that is the best way to get the fastest reply"

                              It seems that, they are not responsible for their customer as much as they should be.

                              We are ready to support the indian startups but their service should up to the mark that customer won't go for the other thing.

                                Replacement ke liye abhi tak mivi ke tarf se koi jabaw nahi aaya h. Jabki 3-4 times mail kar diya hi.

                                      Why is your team so inefficient and so lethargic in its response to its costumer. Ones you sell your products you do not care about your consumer and money minded attitude of your has made me loose faith in mivi.

                                      Why do u not respond when i call on ur helpline number, or is it a bluff?

(7/7/20) bought product through (https://www.Mivi.In/)i tried calling customer care even droped mail and fb messenger too. I am not getting any response from customer care neither in mail. Then i had gone to your courier partner blue dart to ask about my delivery. They also couldn't track. Some kinda fraud they are doing by taking customers money any giving fake tracking id.. This was my first order and i am really upset with this kind of service mivi gives. Ticket is been created 4-5 (Tc no :122771) times but no one responses back. I am tired of writting mails and calling customer care for help..
