I would like to bring this to your attention that today is the exact 50days of my warranty claim request, I have been following up since the last couple of days but there is no absolute support from Mivi side and no clarity has been provided to me regarding the raised ticket.

It is really sad having this kind of experience at a company like MIVI. The customer care executives are really annoying lack of decency while talking....

I have bought mivi headphone 3time from mivi every peice was useless nd finally.at last i bought once again one piece but it also unless not working properly. Chnage my product or return my payment which i have payed ...i have already mail @mivi...

I have not seen such a coward company who is unable to pay my refund back and worst customer service cut the customer calls after not able to answer about refunding money.

I spent more than a month waiting for getting my refund. Customer service operator telling me every time that your product under quality testing from last 30 days.

Why should someone buy from MiVi an indian company who is just defaming India...

I've Created A Ticket Regarding My Mivi Collar Replacement On The 17th Of March 2021 And They Replied To Me On The 12th Of April And From Then On They've Been Telling Me Only To Wait For 3-4 Days And Now It's Been 4 Months Since I've Been Calling Them Every Week And They're Just Telling Nothing But To Wait. I'm Fed Up With This Behavior Of Them Now, They Are Just Telling Me That We'll Replace My Collar 1 With The Collar 2 But They're Doing...

I sent my defected product to MIVI many days ago and it says that it wouldn't take more than 14 days to replace the product. Now it about to be a whole month and no replacement received also MIVI has not dispatched it yet and is saying that the product is ready to dispatch from about 2 weeks....

I purchased Mivi Thunderbeats and there is problem in its battery as it only lasts less than 30 min after full charge and also giving buzzing sound after some time.
So I mailed them and they are not replying since 20days from my first mail .At the place of giving some information to replace but They are making new ticket on each and every reply of mine and not doing anything, only making new tickets...
Which is very very bad......

They took my duopods a month back for repairing still havent reverted back on when they are gonna send it back.
They dont reply to mails or calls...

19 may odered mivi product, but not delivered (today 30.06.2021)...

Suddenly 1 day one ear peice of my mivi duopods M80 stopped working. Its been multiple days since the first complaint filled still no responce. Ticket no is 735302...

I ordered Collar 2A wireless Earphone on 9th April 2021. It’s been delivered to me on 14th April 2021. But unfortunately the product was working. So, I mailed back to Company for replacement on the same day. Company customer care raised an ticket (ticket ID:578912). Company arranged pick up of the product on 21st April 2021 by Bluedart. And the courier collected from my home on 22nd April 2021.
On 7th May 2021 Customer care replied...

I buy a mivi coler in august 2020, now it s not working i want to replace it but they are not responding to me...

I buyed product from mivi and its stop working then I send it for replacement and this is second time I sent it back n now its been 1months they are not returning my product n nobody is responding related to my product mivi is a fraud company and the worst part is its using Made In India name to fool the customer plx take strict action against mivi and when I posted this issue on mivi twitter they block me...

Dear team I had purchased the product from mivi but they had provided the fake product after we claimed the warranty they told to send the product to provided address then they told they I'll check and provide you within 15 working days but now it is almost 1 month but I am getting reply only sorry we are working with limited team. Very disappointed service from the mivi team....

I was purchased a mivi collar 25th of June 2020 with one year replacement policy but after some time phasing a problem with product and I was doing my complaint by mail and call to mivi support team, approx 30 mail and similar call of mivi support but always denied or said to me will be pick-up aarenged with in week or 48 hour confirmation mail but denied my complaint till date now my ticket id #264929

I bought mivi duopods A25 on 7 June and after 14 days they stopped charging. I am mailing them but nobody is contacting me....

I have been trying to reach out mivi as I got a defective product the the I Bought a Mivi duopods A25 I emailed them so many times but they are not replying and the customer service is also fake...

My right side duopods automatically gets switch off even after charging full .

Right side of earbud has little low sound coming comparing to left side ...i want to talk to customer care or replace my product .

I requested for warranty claim on 28th of December. They scheduled pick for product. When I asked them about whether I have to give them both earpieces and capsule or not . They responded saying only earpieces. I did as directed. After a month they started asking for capsule . So I send them capsule also now it's been six months they are responding with same message. Not helping at all...
