I bought mivi m20 pods on[protected] and I already replace them once but the issue is still remaining the same, so I again send it back to the mivi to replace it on May-13-2021 and here is 21-July-2021 and there is no replacement till now
And the Mivi representative did not reply to the emails also they have close their customer care number

    Worst product and pathetic condition of customer Service.
    Mivi DuoPods ordered on September 2020, Product didn't worked for more than 4 months. They have kept the product with them in the name of quality check since 4month.
    No proper response from Customer Care and they never revert back to the mail's.

      I had bought MIVI Thunder Beats Bluetooth headphones in June 2020, the product stopped working in March 2021, I raised request for exchange under warranty on 11 March 2021 with request number 537280 .

      Since then I have been following up with the customer care, all they ask me is to wait for one week each time I called.

      Neither they are refunding the amount nor exchanging the product.

      Worst service with respect to product and with respect to customer care.

        I was my first and last experience with mivi. It was the worst online experience I have ever experienced.
        I order on 8th July so as u promise I must be delivered within 24hr but your delivery status showed 10th July .
        It was ok with me.
        Then they showed delevery address incorrect.
        Next day I was unable to call bluedart as it was holiday.
        Next day I called them at noon they promised they will deliver that day
        There was no update so I again called them at evening at said sorry sir delivery was not accelerated at noon we will deliver tomorrow(means today).
        Then I called them in morning they said it will be delivered Today.
        I waited whole day now they said we could not delivered today it will be delivered tomorrow.
        I tried to reach mivi on its help line no. But there was no answer.
        It was very disappointing for me.
        So I decided to cancel my order.

          I have ordered mivi collar flash on 9th July, 2021, they have told that after 24 hours your item will be dispatched but today is 12th July, 2021 and till now i haven't get any other messages or tracking details. So i request to kindly loom after my matter.

            Have not seen such a coward company who is unable to pay my refund back and worst customer service cut the customer calls after not able to answer about refunding money.

            I spent more than a month waiting for getting my refund. They are giving third class Service to their customers

            Why should someone buy from MiVi an indian company who is just defaming India with frauding its own customers.

            Please help me to get me my money back

Product is out of stock.if they don't have product, why not they close their company or if they don't stand on their words, then why they provide guarantee. Going forward I will never buy products from this company. It my suggestion please don't go for this company's product even if they provide you for free.

                  I would like to bring this to your attention that today is the exact 50days of my warranty claim request, I have been following up since the last couple of days but there is no absolute support from Mivi side and no clarity has been provided to me regarding the raised ticket.

                  It is really sad having this kind of experience at a company like MIVI. The customer care executives are really annoying lack of decency while talking.

                  My strong request to you kindly do the needful immediately. details are attached

                      I have not seen such a coward company who is unable to pay my refund back and worst customer service cut the customer calls after not able to answer about refunding money.

                      I spent more than a month waiting for getting my refund. Customer service operator telling me every time that your product under quality testing from last 30 days.

                      Why should someone buy from MiVi an indian company who is just defaming India with frauding its own customers.

                        I've Created A Ticket Regarding My Mivi Collar Replacement On The 17th Of March 2021 And They Replied To Me On The 12th Of April And From Then On They've Been Telling Me Only To Wait For 3-4 Days And Now It's Been 4 Months Since I've Been Calling Them Every Week And They're Just Telling Nothing But To Wait. I'm Fed Up With This Behavior Of Them Now, They Are Just Telling Me That We'll Replace My Collar 1 With The Collar 2 But They're Doing Nothing But Timepass.

                          I sent my defected product to MIVI many days ago and it says that it wouldn't take more than 14 days to replace the product. Now it about to be a whole month and no replacement received also MIVI has not dispatched it yet and is saying that the product is ready to dispatch from about 2 weeks.

                            I purchased Mivi Thunderbeats and there is problem in its battery as it only lasts less than 30 min after full charge and also giving buzzing sound after some time.
                            So I mailed them and they are not replying since 20days from my first mail .At the place of giving some information to replace but They are making new ticket on each and every reply of mine and not doing anything, only making new tickets...
                            Which is very very bad...

                                  I ordered Collar 2A wireless Earphone on 9th April 2021. It’s been delivered to me on 14th April 2021. But unfortunately the product was working. So, I mailed back to Company for replacement on the same day. Company customer care raised an ticket (ticket ID:578912). Company arranged pick up of the product on 21st April 2021 by Bluedart. And the courier collected from my home on 22nd April 2021.
                                  On 7th May 2021 Customer care replied through mail that they will check the issue in the product and revert back accordingly (with a Note: Due to Covid 19 situation it might take time than the normal time).
                                  After that on my continuous enquiry about the replacement they are replying same that they are looking into the matter. Today it’s more than 2months and still there is no replacement and proper answer from Mivi Customer Care.

                                      I buyed product from mivi and its stop working then I send it for replacement and this is second time I sent it back n now its been 1months they are not returning my product n nobody is responding related to my product mivi is a fraud company and the worst part is its using Made In India name to fool the customer plx take strict action against mivi and when I posted this issue on mivi twitter they block me

                                      It was guaranteed that the replacement would not take time more than 14 days and now it's about to be a whole month.
                                      No replacement received and also they are telling me that your product is ready to dispatch from about 2 weeks.
