I have ordered a mivi duopods about 10 days ago but still the product is not shipped and they are not recieving my call.

This is my duty to inform you that mivi is not working properly and making your customer fool.As per my product dispute of collar product.I rejected the order delivery.Because i wanted to return the order.But till now i didn't received any refund update from their side.As per last discussion on call mivi team told me that they already intiated the refund Its been over 14 days gone but not received the refund till now.Now i am very harrased from their service.Please take appropriate steps and proceed my full refund as soon as possible.Kindly look into the matter .Please help.The team is not answering calls or mails

I ordered mivi collar headphones about 8 days ago. Now as i have searched about this, i found that the quality of the headphones is not good. I want to cancel my order and i tried to contact them but they do not answer. The tracking number which they gave me is also wrong.

I have ordered mivi thunderbeat bluetooth earphone.
But because they were delaying in shipmemt of product. Thats why i cancelled it.
I did online payment with my debet card
But i havent received my refund amount till now.

I recently ordered rock and roll w1 wired earphones from your website and there was an input error of mobile number from my side. I had contacted the customer support immediately after placing the order and they told that the number has been updated on the courier side. My package is not delivered to me but the tracking website shows it's delivered. They are not responding to any mails or calls whatsoever....

I purchased the mivi m40 duopods for rs 2499 in the 1st week of march 2020.

The product was faulty and the charging case cover was loose. Only after checking a friend's case did i come to know mine was loose and its not supposed to be like that. Even the rubber of the duopod was loose and kept coming out.

I tried contacting them but no response on the phone. I emailed them. But due to covid 19 their office was [censored]. Finally i got a reply in april asking to wrote back after 1 month. I wrote to them in may and after a lot of back and forth emails they finally agreed to take back the product for testing. Initially they kept stalling saying bluedart does not have service in my area when the bluedart main office in my next building. I got bluedart to confirm and email me that they do service my address. Only after that email mivi agreed to have the same picked up.

After 1 month they didn't even get back to me. After a lot of emails they replied and admitted the product was faulty but a replacement is not available. I checked their website and the product was very much in stock and now theyvqwre selling it for rs 1900 instead of the rs 2499 i paid. I sent them a screenshot of the availability and then finally they agreed to send me a replacement.

I received the replacement and it's in good condition. But my problem now is that since it tool them 3.5 to 4 months to look into this matter and give me a replacement i am asking them to extend my warranty for the same number of days. Its been a week now and they have stopped replying even after sending several reminders.

After searching online i can now see that a lot of customers are facing several problems from product not being delivered even after payment to non communication.

Its pathetic that a company which says they are indian still behaves this way.

I have shared my experience in my social network and thankfully i have able to save at least 4 people from fraud who were about to purchase mivi product.

-i brought mivi duopods m20 via flipkart (Delivered on 26 june) and as soon as i received the product, i registered the product warranty immediately. After a week the audio of the duopods gave up. Your customer care service is not responding to my emails. This behaviour is very disappointing.
I want to request an immediate refund of the product.
Kindly revert to my emails or else i will be forced to take this matter up in the consumer court as i have wasted a lot of time in reaching you.

I have low sound issue and i complained for the same. They took my earphone and today is 15th day they don't even reply. They have many other reason. They are harresshing us. We all get influenced by youtuber and buy it. 1499 is big amount for a student. I want my refund

I have ben chasing for the product replacement since more than month now. Pathetic customer support. They keep on saying that they have not recieved the product which was sent to them and later on tracking I found that the product was delivered to them by bluedart like a week already. There is no one and I am like keep on sending emails again and again but the people act as reception and takes no ownership. This is absolutely fraud hapoeining in mivi I need the replacement of my product. The product has been given to them on 12th June

They took 5 months in whole process but still i have not got my product and not received any email from them and no updataion about my product.
Their contact number is also not working.

I order mivi roam on june 1st 2020, till now they didnt updated any details of the order, while contacting the customer care, they are not even responding the calls or mails. Fraud action should be taken on them.

I placed an order for mivi collar wireless earphones. After receiving, i found (Order cancellation — r[protected] the sound quality very poor, thus i created a return request, shipped the product back to mivi warehouse in hyderabad. Around[protected] they received my product.
After quality inspection, they finally initiated a refund of inr 1439 on 18.02.2020. As per their policy, the amount must have reflected in 10-14 days in my account.

Now it's 15 days and their is no refund of inr 1439 in my account. Whenever i try to contact their customer support, they keep on saying that we have initiated the refund, kindly check with your bank.
When checked with bank, the bank said they couldn't find any transaction of such amount from mivi, also there is no refund from mivi in credit card statement.

These guys will keep saying we are here to support and blah blah, but in actual there is nothing like support here.in my experience of e-commerce shopping, mivi is one of the worst website to rely on.

A general warning/advice to anyone reading this, never go for mivi instead rely more on amazon or flipkart as these guys do have better customer support.

Payed online for thunderbeat earphone.they didn’t send it and customer care not responding .

I order my prodoct on 29/12/2019 yet there is no proceeding from mivi, i already payed online and money also deducted from my account

I had purchased mivi thunderbeats earphones online from mivi official website on 15th may 2019. Details are mentioned below,

I got my warranty registered on mivi website. After using it for a month, the product suddenly stopped working and wouldn't turn on. I wrote an e-mail regarding the same, and the mivi team arranged a pick-up and the product was tested and sent back to me again in 15 days.

Again when i received the product, the left earpiece wasn't working at all. I immediately wrote to the mivi team and informed but i didn't get any response for a month. Then they arranged a pick up on 10th oct 19 after 45 days and they again took 65 days to check and return the product.

Now i have received the product yesterday i. E 6th dec 19 and again there is an issue with the product. The headphone is working but it doesn't connect to any bluetooth. Neither to my phone nor the pc. I also tried connecting it to other mobile handsets but it doesn't work.

I am writing to file this complaint because of the lack of professionalism shown by mivi towards my concerns. They had promised me replacement of that product with a new one but they kept on sending the same product again and again. They never arrange a callback.

I have paid rs.2, 000/- for the product and i haven't used it for even 15 days. I request you to kindly help me in getting a refund with interest as it's my hard-earned money.

I have been fooled by the company and strict action must be taken against then. I have all the e-mail conversations with me and will present them if required.

Hey! I ordered 2 bluetooth earphone throught mivi site and i get only one and i paid 4047 its cost of 2 earphone but still i have only one. I get only one packet of parcel. But i didn’t open it at place of i get. When i open it at home there is only one so i think it an mistake of mivi company that they hive only one pic and i don’t know that is an mistake or what so i request to solve this as soon as possible thank you!

I purchased mivi's " 3.1amp 2port smart wall charger" on 27th November 2019. I did its payment online. First i thought it was FedEx fault so i contacted them. They said they haven't received the package yet from the company just label is assigned. I tried all the possible ways to contact mivi but no reply. Now when i searched on Google about this issue, Mivi has done such frauds so many times. They received the money and didn't delivered the products. Its been 8days now, no one picking call at mivi, chat bot replying to mail and messages on messenger. This was my 3rd and last purchase on Mivi. ThankGod my last purchase were COD.

I sent email to mivi for my product replacement, they picked up my product they received my product, and then they seen the technical issue about my product, it was faulty after that they said we have shipped your replacement but the tracking awb number given by them is wrong and they are not receiving a single call or giving any reply to my mail, so i want my product with in this week end.
