Dear Sir/ Madam, I had Ordered a Mobile from Timtara.com Online shopping portal, but after booking of Order I had not received any response as well as mobile as per the trailing mail. pls. help me in getting the refund of my paid amount Rs 11192.00 & Oblige me. Samsung — REFUND NOT RECEIVED
DEAR SIR,I HAVE ORDERED SAMSUNG STAR 3G PHONE FROM INDIATODAY BOOK CLUB WITH BOOKUNG ID[protected] ON 30TH NOVEMBER 2009. BUT I RECIEVED SAMSUNG NORMAL STAR PHONE WITH OUT 3G ON 12TH DECEMBER OF 2009,THEN I I SPOKE THEIR COUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID RETURN THE PARCEL. I RETURNED THE PARCEL ON 18/12/2009 WITH BLUEDART COURIER.
NEXT DAY I CHECKED WITH AIRWAYBILL NO. I SAW THE PARCEL DELEVERED ON 19/12/2009 IN BLUEDART. THEN I SPOKE THEIR C. CARE HE REPLIED WE NOT RECIVED YOUR PARCEL PLEASE SEND PROOF OF DELEVERY. I SENT THE POD ON 13/01/2010. BUT I NOT RECIEVED YET.I SPOKE C.CARE HE/SHE REPLIED YOU RECIEVED IN NEXT 10 DAYS.I SPOKE 20 TO 25 TIMES THEIR C CARE SAME ANSWER EVERY TIME AND 10 TO 15 MINUTS HOLD THE PHONE AND DICONNECTED EVERY TIME PLEASE HELP ME FOR THIS QUERY WHAT I DO NOW.
