[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Unauthorized deduction

I have recharged my cell with Reliance smart sim card [protected] with Rs110/- on 21st Sept 2013 and used the same for calling around 20-30mins. My SIM is charged with power plus in which STD call charges should eb 40paise per min so total deduction should eb Rs 12.00 maximum instead of that on 22nd morning when i checked my balance i found it is only 04 paisa . I tried customer care number 198 several times since last three days bi=ut everytime it is showing network busy. Kindly do teh needful to refund back my money in my account

My cell no. is[protected]. In my cell phone one subscription is active without my any consent and consequently also dedcut the money time to time.

It is requested that please avoide such kind of practise which harrash the customer without any reasons.

Reliance Telecom — unauthorized deduction of money

i had loaded , love tips+ shayri combo pack in my mobile but when i tried to
remove that service by sending a sms (unsub 2095) to 155223 , it wasn't removed
i get fed up with this service. after every 10 days company deduct 10 rs from my mobile please help me.

I have taken a connection of relience with my mobile no [protected]. From last 3 days they remove all my money when ever i recharge my mobile. I talked with custemer care after a 30 minute wait on mobile they told me the reason of my net use. But during thse 3 days i only use 10-16 minute of net.
I want all the detail of my money cut. In this perticular period grand ma of my wife died and she was out of station and i am unable to call her as i have 0.008 rs balance.
I am very much upset by the relience phone. I want compensation of 10,000,000 in compensation. please note my request and tell me what should i do so that this type o[censored]nwanted loss of money from me and others should be checked by mobile operator.
I m serious about the amount so that i can check this operator for not removing money from any one.

Reliance — UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTION

I m kapil mob on:[protected].Inspite of having free message scheme and deduction of 19 rs balance for message pack by reliance, they charged 1 rs/sms from my number which resulted in deduction of 20 rs. When called to customer care they did not replied properly and told that only 1p/sms is deducted and told me to check again.When again checked, it resulted in deduction of more 5 rs at rate of 1rs/sms. They told me to contact 198. Which is the number for complaint.But my call never reached there and reliance cut in between the call at 19 inspite of many complaints previous.That means they are harassing the customers by deducting their money without adequate reason,nor giving chance to complaint on 198.More over they also did not respond to previous complaint of slow net connection in an are where tower signal is full which resulted in wastage of 99/-rs per month charges for reliance gprs.Reliance is not providing adequate service instead it tries to harrass the customers by not providing worth of their money and falsely deducting money and i don't think any solution to this as they are never responding mobile carriers.

I'm using the Pre-paid Reliance CDMA number [protected] in Hyderabad(AP). previously i activated rs39 sms pack after that i activated rs19 sms pack but reliance i not deactivating the rs39 sms pack. nine times reliance deducted balance from my account for the rs39 sms pack and all nine times i complaint to customer care also ,they assured me all time that they are deactivating the rs39 sms pack but after 8-10 days they again deduct balance... so many times i complaint regarding this problem i also deactivated this service manually by sms but the problem is still same... when i complain to customer care they ask me to resolve the problem in next 2 days it means next 2 days i m not able to call anywhere because of less amount in my account.. i have to wait for 2 days for my balance which reliance deducted from my account.. i m really frustrated with reliance services. they r doing bad i don't know why they r not deactivating this service from my cell ....

My mobile was lost recently and i blocked my number. i purchased a simple CDMA Micromax mobile and got the sim activated again but the next day Rs 30 was deducted from my balance and when i enquired with the customer care executive i was informed that i have activated some games and for that deduction is made which i never did. i have mailed my complaint but i did not get my money back and as well as any reply from the customer care. Earlier also twice the company has made this type o[censored]nauthorised deduction and i got my money back after filing complaint with consumer forums.
pls arrange to get my money back.

Dear Sir,
I got a new CDMA sim and the same is activated. Recently i bought a new phone with basic features and i got a message on 19.05.13 that i have downloaded game in my mobile and i was charged Rs 30 for that which i never did.
pls check in the matter and pls arrange for a refund of Rs 30 in my account.
