Non receipt of Full internet value for STV 123 Recharge

Although I have recharged STV123 on 01/10/2013 for 1GB data but I even after 96Hrs I could get only 500MB. Disconnection of broadband connection

Hi, I had submiited a request for disconnection of my reliance broadband connection in March 2013. They told me that you will receive a call from reliance for the confirmation however I never received a call and the connection has not been disconnected as of today 2nd Oct 2013. Then I again submitted a complaint in May 2013 vide complaint #[protected] and again got no response. Not sure why it takes so much effort to get a connection disconnected....
