This is Sandeep Kumar and My Mobile No is [protected], I am from Muzaffarnagar and lived in Delhi. On 29 Sep 13 When i was in UP, i recharged my mobile for 30 Rs in the Morning, from then to onward there is regularly deduction in my account. in the Evening i recharged my Mobile Rs 20 Rs, When i try to connect Customer Care *333 i got it will take 5 Minutes to attend and will charged .50 Paisa for 3 Minutes I wait for 34 Minutes and 54 Sec but there was no one to reply my call. on one hand i got lost my balance and other i was paying for call to let to know how my money was detected. Now my account balance Rs 0.024. Here is the SMS Summary i received from RM-Reliance
On 11-07 AM 29 Sep 13, i received a message.
" Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs: 3:00. Current Main Balance : Rs: 21.01".
From RM-Reliance.
On 04-43 PM 29 Sep 13, i received another message.
" Amount Charged for VAS CRBT Prepaid Services Rs: 20:00. Current Main Balance : Rs: 0.03".
From RM-Reliance.
I never activate any above services from my mobile. Why it was charged ?
If it was renewable service why you do not take permission from me to renew the service ?
Therefor i request to you please refund my deduction amount in my account and deactivate all my services except voice call.
