Inefficient call Center & Poor Service

Problem while reconnect the Reliance cdma data card.

I want to reconnect my reliance data card. i go to reliance service centre residing near jan jeerwala square.i go their atleast 20 days ago.they ask me to summit company bonifie letter and said u can accsess data card after 4 days.but for 1 week no responce receive.so again i visit the same centre than they ask me to summit rent agreement so i summit then again they said it will connect after 4 days and again no responce,i called ppl then...

I received a message saying "Amount Charged for VAS Altruist Subsc Rs: 20. Current Main Balance: Rs 40.05. I received this message around 6:15 PM, September 16, 2013. I think so many have already complained about this ridiculous thing happening again and again. If there is a problem in running VAS services please fix. Deduction of money without interaction

Unfair deduction of main balance

I recharged...Rs 20 on my reliance nmbr [protected] on[protected] making my total balance around Rs 33.....same day i receive a sms from reliance saying thanx for subscribing to hello tunes Rs 30 have been deducted from your account which i never did....i called customer care....n they assured me...that they will refund the entire amount in 24 hrs under call refrence number [protected]......nows its 16th today...i have been calling reliance...
