I bought reliance net connect dongle with advance rental for 3 months. Payment for the 3 months and the dongle was paid in advance. On 17th may i put a request for the termination of my reliance number [protected]. The request was successfully registered with request no :[protected]. But the employees working on the back end didn't terminated the number and they put the remarks as "customer retained by retention call" despite of the fact that I did not received any retention call from reliance. I am not using my dongle since the day I made the request to terminate the number. But now i am receiving calls from the advocate that a case as been filed against me for not paying the bill. Why should I pay any amount when I had already terminated the number. The fault has occurred through reliance employees not me. Resolve this case as soon as possible because i can not tolerate any kind of bad remarks on my character.

    I have cancellled my broad band connection on april 2013 after clearing all the bills and even got a reference number for the cancellation , but since then I am receiving bill every month and being asked to pay the same. I recently received a call from Rajendra Choudhry from some legal dept (Phone No- [protected]) stating that Reliance has booked a case against me for not paying the bill and I have to reply in 1 hour whether I am gonig to pay the bill or not. Failure of which may lead to payment of 1lakhs rupees. I am not sure whether this call is fake or genuine. I have cleared all the bills and don't see the point why Reliance is geting into such cheap buisness tactics for exortion of money from there honest customers.

      Dear Sir/Madam, Since 16th September Reliance Communications has been deducting amount from my Main Account Balance whenever I''m accessing internet. I have internet balance of 45.36 MB in my number which is valid till 22nd September 2013. I have registered repetitive complains to Customer Care for my balance deduction of approximately Rs. 70/-, but they have refunded only Rs. 53.40/- and have also barred me from calling the 198 customer care.I am not unable to access my internet even after having sufficient net balance The complaint numbers are as follows: [protected] posted on 16.09.2013 [protected] posted on 17.09.2013 They are not resolving the issue and this is creating me a lot of problems.         I had a reliance internet connection some where April 2012. It was a rented house and agreement was over so I had to move to different house. I tried calling customer care to disconnect service one month before leaving the house but no success after waiting 15-20 mins. So I called the agent (Dilip - [protected]) to do the needful. As I left the house with my family, there is no way I will use their service. I request to take back Modem given by Reliance and return my deposit. But couple of months later I received call from Reliance regarding payment of due bill. My husband who knows all this talked to Reliance saying this is a fault from Reliance and we do not owe any bill as we did not use any service so they took our complant (don't remember complaint #) in this regard. Since everything was discussed and communicated, we did not get any call further. Now all of a sudden I start receiving as message from [protected] asking to contact [protected] saying Today is the last date to withdraw the notice pay of Rs 598 vide ban no [protected] or else be present at Pune Court on 22nd Sept 2013. This is totally unacceptable and unethical. If someone did not use service and service provider delayed the dis-connection request, why consumer should pay the bill.
        Please can someone help here.

          I am acustomer of Reliance Assam and currently I'm in Kolkata and using Roaming Pack. I had recharged with Reliance 123 3G pack on Sunday 8 Sep, 2013 and till Tuesday 10 Sep I had a 3G balance of 900+MBs and main balance of 90+Rs. But on Wednesday morning all my 3G balance was gone for no apparent reason and so was gone my main balance, as I tried to use net without checking the net balance as I had checked in the evening day before. I tried to get help from Reliance Customer Support but they said they were having a server update and asked me to call later. So I tried to call later but no luck, everytime I call I get a busy tone. Please help me, I want my 3G balance and Main balance back. Reliance deducts money for no reason very frequently, it's really frustrating and pathetic service from a reputed company. & Then again not getting 1GB 3G data on 3G 123 pack since last 2 recharges...CCare says as per new rules half balance is credited on recharge & the other half is credited within 48hrs, but never got the rest half balance in both the cases. Hope to get help soon. Thank you.

                Dear sir /madam my self dinesh . I am reliance customer. My reliance no is [protected] In early morning at 1.16 am. I have revived 2 massages from reliance about amount charged. the 1st massage is Amount Charged for VAS CRBTSubscrip 1 Rs:1.00. Current Main Balance : Rs:23.31 The second is Amount Charged for VAS MyCRBTDummy Rs:10.00. Current Main Balance : Rs:13.31 As your information I never try to activate any your VAS . Relience activate directly activate VAS .this happen second time with me. I request to you reliance ,please stop the making fool to peoples. I want a return. My 11 Rs . I trying to contact customere care by the making call from morning . but no one have take my call. I think reliance have get lightly to customers .cause I observed reliance have don't worry about customer problems. fromreliance .

                  Hi, my connection was disabled and no more used by me. I have continuously requested for a connection termination since last 4 months. The termination requests were not taken properly by customer care (verified by officer at reliance world as well), but bills continued regularly. Finally, with help of reliance world i managed to register a termination request :[protected] on 26th Aug 2013 after clearing all dues receipt no: S[protected], serviced by: KADA[protected]. i was informed that there won't be any more bills after termination request and i have to submit the modem. The termination was further delayed by reliance for 3 weeks. Still bills are being generated and billing deptt. is forcing me to pay this. The reliance broadband connection has proved to be a nightmare to me, neither it works, nor can i terminate this while bills continue same. I have been also informed by the company that i cant terminate this connection i have to use this. I have followed up to appellate/ president services reliance via email but no use.                     Dear Sir/ Ma'am, Greetings of the festival.. I hope for the best in concern of the company and the employees. I am a user of relianceGSM "SMART"from 2002 to till date without any gap or anything. Now there is a big issuecomes in the services that you people are sending me the GPRS Msgs manytimes in a day. No matter what the time is, where the person is, You just drop a msg in every 15-20 mins. What the company wants???? Don't they want to oblige the customers. Your customer cares are now became customer teasers. If i opt to complaint your CROs' just say this is a regular practice and will not be stopped. I[censored] want to use reliance u have to bear this nonsense. What should i do?? Should i go to some other service provider??? Is this your Customer Satisfaction?? Even they don't let me talk their senior authorities. I am a domicile of Indore and using the number [protected] from last 10-11 years and every time there something new comes but i never complaint but this is a limit now.. at 2'O clock in the morning, at 12'O clock night, early mornings, any time in working hours they just use to drop a msg. Where is someones personal life??? U people are spoiling our comfort area. Pl give me a suggestion or simply tell me the way out. if your most of the customers are illiterate and they don't know where their main account balance gone then you should give thema seperate GPRS carehelp line for the same on which they can call and ask for their solutions. Why to tease each and every one by takingothers side???? Sir/ Ma'am, who ever you are pl solve this genuine problem or i quit using reliance as it is not SMART any more its on a track of damn.. [protected] VIA THERE WEBSITE....I.E www.rcom.co.in....IN THEIR WEBSITE IT IS SHOWING THAT IN 45RS IT IS RELIANCE TO RELIANCE LOCAL NIGHT CALLING FREE FROM 11PM TO 6PM...BUT AFTER RECHARGE I HAVE GOT THE MSG THAT I WILL BE CHARGED 1PAISE/MIN IN THIS PERIOD...I HAVE TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ALSO WITH THEIR SENIOR EXECUTIVE..BUT NONE OF THEM GAVE ME THE CORRECT ANSWER....WHY SHOULD I SUFFER...KINDLY TAKE SOME NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THIS AS RELIANCE IS ALWAYS MISGUIDING AND CHARGING MONEY WITHOUT ANY CAUSE...THANKING YOU.                         sir, i write my complaint about deactivation of sim and i call ur customer service 198 but this number is everytime busy for last 5day. i am going to retailer and ur office at my city.but no one take serious .this sim is on my sister name but this sim is used by my father .the retailer say that ur father is not allowed to used this sim bciz this sim is on.my sister name.my contact number is [protected].i[censored] take action hurry is good otherwise i am going to consumer court boz i faces more problem.
                        sir, my reliance number is [protected] and i have this sim for last 4year. a call come from customer care to my father for submit documents.we submit documents next day to retailer but after two days my sim is not activated.i call customer care last 5 days but he give busy tone every time and did not take my call.i go to retailer directly and ask my prblm but he say that my sum.is not activated in anymore and ur sim have invalid subscriber.how it is posdible sir?.when this is regularly working last 4year then how it is invalid. sir please take action against this bcoz my father is government employee and he give this number in bank,office and many more.now he faces more problem .sir plz take action.hurry. thanking yoy

                            Dear Reliance, This is with great regret I am writing up to you... About the experience with Reliance CDMA service. It's been 5 days since my phone has not been working all of a sudden..... While I was travelling from Coimbatore to Madurai. As I stationed at Madurai, I approached the reliance Cust care office ... And they informed that the error was at the end of the Handset provider... And hence I was shuffling from Samsung to Reliance. I also called your call centre on Thursday which is 12th and spoke to them about my issue.... Failing to get a response I approached your service centre in Coimbatore and they informed me that on Saturday by evening 6 my phone should be up and running as my details have been deleted from your database. Patiently I waited till Monday morning ...and. Have no response .. Not even a call.. Not even my alternative number was taken to keep updating me!!! Please understand a 5 days with the phone not working due to your technical snag has already caused loss to my business worth lakhs..... And no response from your team agitates me even more. So, I decided to call up the all centre today and check on the status I called by around3:45pm spoke to a Ms. Ramya ... And she said let me provide u with a complaint number... I explained to her and she said this is the best she can do ... I asked her to transfer the call to her supervisor... He put me on hold to check if the managers or supervisors are available or not.... She comes back stating let me note down ur complaint n bla bla.... Does this mean that your call centres are managed with no managers or supervisors... If they are not their to receive or speak to a customer in trouble ... Then why are u paying them ????? So, I decide to call back n speak to Ramya. By around 4 ... I call up ur call centre again..... N they say the servers are not working call after an hour ... Now r u testing my patience!!!! Inspite of sending this mail on 16th sep .... Ders no response from d company !!!!!!!

                              This is Ashok Gupta i am a buisness man and i have purchased a vip no ([protected]) from reliance after buying this no i have also printed on my buisness card as well but there was some network issues going on i had no network on my card. Due to some emergency reason i had to go out of india for 2months and i had no idea about the bill because this no was kept at my office my staff also said me about the bill payment but i was indugled in other office work so forgot to pay the billl 5 days before on thursday i went to pay the bill at virar reliance office but they stated that this no is already terminated. i know it got terminated due to me but i request if you can help me out with some proper way to get the same no back. i hope you understand my problem and find me a way out. my alternate no is [protected] which is a idea network the bill amount for this no is around 14k every month and i think it will be the same for reliance no.

                              SIM CARD — working sim terminated

                              my sim is in working condition till 15 days , recharge olso complite before one hour and sim terminate .my mo no.[protected]
                              customer care gave me good responce but the reliance shoppe at rajkot refuse to hear the sujjetion of customer care was that you have to submitte your documents once another time due to govt. rules.shoppe olso said not a single possibilitie to activate the sim.

                              Reliance India — Sim Card Terminated

                              Firstly we are holding an business of Export and our company name is INEX we have used reliance and it is very unusefull we have selected a golden number from reliance web world for 2000 Rupees in JP Nagar 15th Cross and it has been terminated reason being unknown to us we have paid across two month bills even though they have terminated our card and we world of jp nagar has no idea what to do to activate the card and there is no response we have no idea what to do an anyone ry to figure this out

                              My SIM card no is: [protected].
                              My SIM card was previously prepaid, i requested for port and then i got call from behalf of reliance to convert it to post paid.
                              i agreed and my connection is converted to post paid after 15 days my no is temporary stopped.
                              i contacted to the person who called me for converting from prepaid to post paid.
                              i also visited to noida sector 18 reliance web world.
                              i was told that my address verification is negative.
                              i requested for re verification but no action was taken.
                              after few days no is permanently stopped/terminated.

                              Socking thing "i also got my Bill on the same address for which reliance representative marked negative"

                              is this a fare job reliance employee done ?
                              if my address was wrong then how i got my bill.

                              if reliance want then i can give the third party contact nos who are working on behalf of reliance and
                              because of then we(customer) are facing problem.

                              i have paid partial amount.

                                I want to reconnect my reliance data card. i go to reliance service centre residing near jan jeerwala square.i go their atleast 20 days ago.they ask me to summit company bonifie letter and said u can accsess data card after 4 days.but for 1 week no responce receive.so again i visit the same centre than they ask me to summit rent agreement so i summit then again they said it will connect after 4 days and again no responce,i called ppl then they said u can access to night continuously for 3 days.and they said verify original rent agement. but wo owner ke pass h and she is in mumbai,so how can i summit,

                                Feedback....the peple working in service centre dont have knowladge about document process.always they said process is changed.dut to lack knowlegded i am suffering from last 1 month.and still not access my reliance data card.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, When I try to recharge online through Reliance portal on my number:[protected] of amount Rs.248 on 16/09/2013,I don't recieved any message of confirmation but my bank account has been deducted with that amount.When I try to query through R-Care,can't find any solution.I have attached the transaction rceiept.                                     I Got A SMS Yesterday i.e Dear Customer your Service Are being suspended For UCC To DND Customer As per TRAI Norms. And even After Roving Calls Customer care Could not Solved My Problem. I want to Start My Mobile service Very soon. Please do some thing.

                                      I received a message saying "Amount Charged for VAS Altruist Subsc Rs: 20. Current Main Balance: Rs 40.05. I received this message around 6:15 PM, September 16, 2013. I think so many have already complained about this ridiculous thing happening again and again. If there is a problem in running VAS services please fix. And please refund my money and unsubscribe me from VAS Altruist Subsc. My number[protected]Reliance GSM).
