Hi, I am old customer of Reliance mobile(CDMA) service. I am getting problem these days because of Reliance bad service. My balance get deducted wrongly. It happens multiple times. Last time my balance deducted from 01-Sep-2013 to 08-Sep-2013. The total deducted amout was around Rs. 400 in 8 days. When ever I top up my balance it got deducted. I have also data balance in my mobile of 416 MB till 17-Sep-2013. But whenever I started using data, my balance get deducted. When ever I have/had problem of wrong balance deduction I use to call customer service. Customer care executive mostely says, "Due to technical problem your details are not desplayed" I called multiple times to customer care. After few days, when I called up to Customer care, they(customer care executive) are saying that they can only see maximum 3 days details.And they are not providing help even they are not writing complaint also. This is a fraud to customer from reliance. I have only option that change my service provider. And I want to complaint in some regulatory body/orgination also. My Details are as below.     I have taken a connection from Reliance Broadband in a scheme where existing old customer will get Winback Rs.100 for 5 Months. It was confirmed by person called for verification. I have taken this connection from Sales person Muslim Ali Cell- [protected], he is unable to help and asked to speak to his manager Pankaj Vashista Cell-[protected]. Each month i call Pankaj he asks me to send customer ID on SMS after 4 month he asked me to send email on "PANKAJ.R.[protected]@RELIANCEADA.COM". I have been following up on this from last 5 months and i should have recived Rs 500 till now. Can you please look into this matter becuase sales person just makes sales and then they don't help at all.       I have purchased a Reliance Smart sim with 3G service which got activated on Wednesday, 4th September, 2013. Since the time the sim has been activated there is very poor 3G internet speed and most of the times there is no internet network. I am unable to access internet on my phone for this reason and I am just paying for 3G without being able to use it. Thus, I request you to either improve the service (both network and speed) or refund the amount I have paid for 3G. I tried calling the Ranchi reliance customer care 3 times but everytime they disconnect my call saying that they cannot hear me though I can hear them very well. This sort of service is unacceptable and is almost like cheating the customer by making them pay for a service which is not available in the first place. Can you please rectify this issue immediately? It has been 8 days now since I am unable to use internet on my phone. Please improve service OR refund my money!

We apologise for not meeting your expectation this time for the services provided by us. As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID [protected]. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from 22/01/2013. ====================================== I already have paid access rental. Why does reliance ask for advance Rental for month of Feb’13 when connection was terminated on January 30 and rental stopped on January 22, 2013? I already have raised multiple tickets but no one addressed the issue. Why a legal notice (No CBB1329) was issued for recovery of Rs 727.00/- when access rental is already paid. I had raised compalin on consumer portal, I got call for realiance head office and she agrees on my concern but finally did nothing. I already have raised concern with Appellate maharastra team but got no response yet. So called legal deptt of reliance (wired.limra.enterprises) is calling and sending SMS daily and sent a legal notice too. I’m ready to go to court as I already have everything in written from Reliance but I’m just surprised that how company is cheating its customer and making them frustrated.           I recharged on 6th sept with your 1 Gb plan (rs. 123) but only got 510mb data instead. This is second time i am facing this problem as i faced it last month too. Now today i got an answer that we cannt help you after 3 days of your recharge date by your So- called CUSTOMER CARE. any help possible ??? Vikas Singh [protected]
          Same here..not getting 1GB data since last 2 recharges...CCare says as per new rules half balance is credited on recharge & the other half is credited within 48hrs, but never got the rest half balance in both the cases. My no is [protected].

            again the deduction of money has happened in my account for whats app which was deactivated by Reliance agent only. This has happened three time in a row and this time i am gonna publish the same chat in public forums to show people how reliance do the fraud with people...do u have any answer to this deduction which happened again 3rd time in a row. You only deactivated this service right... Did you really deactivated this or not...let me know the procedure for portability...Reliance is right now a big big head ache for me...Do you want me to write this message every time when the month starts ke plz dnt deduct my money.Month has started.               Please provide as much information as This is to inform you about the highly poor service provided by your company to me. I am a customer who has monthly recharge of nearly Rs. 1500 per month. I don’t think this is a small amount. From couple of recharges of 123, I have been getting half of the data plan which I should get. The customer care has proven to be highly irresponsible. They pretend to solve the problem in 6 hrs but have failed to do so. Further more they have often stopped my access to customer care. Adding to this are the unwanted call droppings and deduction of Rs.3 four times because of some unknown vas ussd service. I am completely fed up with this service and soon planning to port to some other company. I request you to solve out the issues related to my no.                 I have got a postpaid connection of Reliance, no. [protected]. One marketing executive name Abhishek ([protected]). I work with Wipro Infotech. I and along with 4 other employees took the connection. He sold us at plan connection of 99 per month. But in return, it was 199 and with high rate of charges. So, I and my fellows complained against him. He once showed up at our office. But after that, he even didn't pick the phone. So, I hereby complaint to look over it.

                thanks for your support. My balance has been refunded. But I want to know that this issue is happening for 4-5 times in a month for the last 3 months.
                I would be grateful if you solve the issue permanently.

                I have cleared the bill. But I want to get justice on this matter. That marketing executive has given wrong plan.

                  This is regarding the bill generated for this month even after cancellation. Treat this as escalation. I am currently having worst experience with Reliance Data card termination process. I had interacted with the reliance customer care "n" number of times. They were just blindly replying mails that the issue will be resolved in few days. I have requested Reliance to terminate Internet service on [protected] by July first week, but they haven't terminated till now and I'm getting bills for no-use. Reliance guys accepted request and assured me that the service will be terminated within week but didn't terminate the service and I'm getting the bill this month again. Please rectify this issue. I don't want to pay these unnecessary bills. I am hoping that this is going to be my final mail. If it is still not resolved then, I am going to file a case will all the proofs. Please take a necessary action on these persons (Shriti Purkait and Satya Selvam). They didn’t understand the case at all and on return they are diverting the issue. From last few days I am facing the problem o[censored]nnecessary balance deduction from prepaid account ([protected]). i resite in virar but as i cross bhayander station, tariff for SMSs and voice calls increases to re.1 per voices call and SMS which more than thrice for my voice calls and for SMSs the normal price is re.1/100 SMS. And today I was in surprise to know that sum of INR 40 is been deducted from my prepaid account which is normally supposed to last for a month and a half. I tried numerous times to connect to the customer care but failed each time. Although after many attempts when finally I was able to get to one of the costumer care executive that gentleman kept my call on HOLD and I think he forgot to get back to me or was it deliberately that ‘kind’ man only knows that. 1. your tellecaller is least intrested in listining the complain. 2. they dont know the detail of my balance detail or any balance deduction from last 6 months. 3. whenever i call them they reply rudely & unnecessarly transfer my call to another department. 4. i had complain number of times , but all my words go unheard. 5. if same thing will practise in your (RDAG) group, then one day all the customer will going to port their network. 6. this is the serious matter, if you will not look into the matter , then i will definately port my network.                           I am a prepaid user of reliance +91 [protected]. Today that is on 11.09.2013, 3 rs has been deducted for vas ussd service. Also few days back the same was deducted. For your infirmation i did not activate any type of service like VAS. So kindly deactivate the service. I had tried to call custmer care number,but it is not picking. So my question is what is this and for what purpose you are charging me or reducing my Balance. I want my this Money back.

                          I am a prepaid user of reliance +91 [protected]. Today that is on 27.09.2013, 3 rs has been deducted for vas ussd service even after complaining (11.09.2013). Few days back they told that they have deactivated vas ussd service. For your information i did not activate any type of service like VAS. I had heard that reliance make money by cheating people. Now I realized what a fraud company is this. So deactivate the service and give my money back. If this continues then I will never take any connection from reliance in future.

                            Sir/Madam This is in addition for my Complaints dated 16/08/2013 & 02/09/2013 regarding wrong commitment and not willing to solve problem. I am really surprised to see that after so many complains of mine none to the executive bothered to look in the matter and help me. They only offers wrong discounts to keep the customer in postpaid and suck as much money as they can. In April Month when i called them to convert my number to prepaid from postpaid they offered me Rs 100 discount on all the three numbers separately. I.e Rs 100 *3 Discount. From May 2013 till date I am repeatedly lodging a complain but no resolution is been provided. I lodged a complain with Miss Hemlata, Punjab Customer Care Depart on 16/08/2013 the complain numbers are[protected] &[protected] and was given a assurance that it will solved withing 4 working days, Again on 27/08/2013 i called to knw the status of the complain, Miss Rajibir from Punjab Customer Care Depart told me that both the complains are under solving. I guess the Reliance Customer Care depart is on holiday since 16/08/2013 as their 4 working days are not yet over, as the problem is still unsolved. Further on 16/08/2013 i lodge a complain with you against which on 27/08/2013 Mr Wasim from Mumbai Social Media, Escalation Dept told me that due to lack of Proof the are not been able to provide me discount though they will reverse my late payment charge. I disagreed But the customer care put a comment on my complain that customer is satisfied i was not at all satisfied and also no reversal of Late Payment Charge was given to me rather a late payment charge was imposed on me. Also I E Mailed the issues to the Nodal as well as appellate authority of R Com but surprisingly no communication was received from their side as well. I am really pissed off with this Unprofessional Behavior of Customer Care of R Com. Kindly look in the matter seriously and Take Some Strict action and help me to get my problem solved. I have mailed customer care, appellate authority several times but they have still not solved any problem & i get wap & recharge messages from reliance every 2nd day

                                I Have recharged for Rs 399 on 04-Sep-2013. While calling on Same network its giving message of insufficient balance and on other network calls are connecting. I have lodged the complaint on 06 Sep-2013 after lots of try and executives said that due to technical problem you are unable to connect on same network, Our technical department will look into the matter. And now it been past almost 5 Days but there is no resolution yet..

                                  Hi, It is very bad to say that reliance is worst service provider of India. My balance got deduced wrongly from 01-Sep-2013 to 10-Sep-2013. The total amount deducted is Rs 400. When I called to customer care, the cc executive replied that due to technical issue they can not see details.                                     Please provide as much informaHello Sir, I want to give this in your kind notice that I have purchase a duplicate SIM Card from Reliance Mobile Store, ALIGARH (DELHI ROAD NEAR GRAND SURJEET CINEMA) today i.e. 10th sept 2013. A person over there he charged me Rs. 200 for that duplicate SIM but when i confirmed it from other Reliance Mobile retailer I came to know that in actual Duplicate SIM Cost is Rs. 25 Only. After that I went to Reliance Mobile Store, ALIGARH (DELHI ROAD NEAR GRAND SURJEET CINEMA) asked him why he charged me so much because as per the rule charges remain same for the product in all mobile store he misbehaved with me and said i'll not return the money.And Also I asked them to give me payment slip or any other slip of money recieved they misbehaved me.From how long and from how many customers he has been charging so much I dont know. I want to know is this right to charge more than prescribed cost from any customer. I want my money back and please ensure that strict and necessary action should be taken in this matter.                                       My name is Pandiyaraj D and I also took a reliance data card in Sep2013 No: [protected], I gave for activation in Rs. 250/- Plan. But it is found that Rs. 750/- Plan for which I am not interested to continue with the service. The card is not yet used no payment will be done from my end due to the wrong communication from the web world. Kindly close the connection with immediate effect.
