I am using reliance broadband connection from more than 1 year. My Plan is 2 mbps unlimited . I am facing speed issue from past 5 months. I had a recharge of Rs.123/- on my number for 1gb 3g data.But my data got lapsed .I am using a dongle. When I contacted customer service, a lady told me that this data pack is only for mobile and not for dongle.
