sir i have a pre-paid connection(No. - [protected]) from reliance communications at jaipur.1 days ago i received a message showing that Rs.41 has been deducted for crbt service from my prepaid account balance which i never asked for.i called up at the call center, they told that it is been activated by u only and we cant refund the money but i didnt activated it and gave me a service request number[protected]. still my 41 rs has not been credited in my a/c. its a matter of cheating that the company has deducted the amount even seeking my confirmation from my a/c.please look into the matter ... if my problem is not solved then i will go to customer forum... and i will also advise other people...20 to 25 friends to not to use reliance connection...nd to deactivate their a/c...

    my balance is get deducted through various subscriptions without my knowledge. from the last two months more than Rs. 150 have been deducted so far without my knowledge. i am using reliance from more than a decade, but now i am really annoyed by these things. so please deactivate all the unnecessary services from my number [protected]. if this deduction still persist, then i am going to change this service provider. so kindly respond asap...       Hi, I had submiited a request for disconnection of my reliance broadband connection in March 2013. They told me that you will receive a call from reliance for the confirmation however I never received a call and the connection has not been disconnected as of today 2nd Oct 2013. Then I again submitted a complaint in May 2013 vide complaint #[protected] and again got no response. Not sure why it takes so much effort to get a connection disconnected. Should I be calling everyday at reliance customer care to get my connection disconnected. I had also written an email to reliance customer and got no response from there as well. I keep getting calls to pay the bills for the period I have not used the service for. I have paid the bills till april 2013 as you need to clear all the dues before the service can be terminated. I am planning to file a case in consumer court again reliance for not disconnecting after so many requests and giving me threats of legal action against me. Consume number: [protected]

        On 30th September 2013, I have recharged with Rs. 101 to avail a pack of "15000 Local / STD Secs Free valid for 30 days" (as written on the website) from the website "www.rcom.co.in" which is website of reliance communication. After recharging the pack I will have a balance of 15000 seconds. Now for any call, my balance shall be deducted by seconds I have talked on that call, but for every call, be it 2 seconds or 60 seconds, My balance is deducted by 60 sec. Upon calling Reliance customer care (One Ms. Sumalatha) on 1st Oct 2013 at 01.48 pm, I was told that my basic plan is 75 Ps./ min hence I am being charged on per minute basis. I would like to inform that this 75 Ps./Min is the company's basic plan if a customer is not using any special tariff pack. So if a customer puts in a pack of 15000 sec, he should not be charged for a minute. If they can not provide an offer to all customer they must put it on the website. Also it is clearly mentioned on the website that this pack is valid for 30 days (See attached website screen shot) but I was told that it is valid only for 15 days. It is nothing less than cheating the customers. I request you to take stern action on these erring service providers.

          This is in reference to a Reliance Communication Ltd no. [protected]. It is a 3G data service. Its service is pathetic. The bills accumulated is over Rs. 800 per month. The local vendors of the service provider show urgency in collecting money. But only cheating is taking place in the name of service. The claim is 3G and the displayed speed in the product wrapper and during connection is 7.2Mbps but in practice the service is of the lowest quality. The speeds are never consistent. At one time it is 70Kbps, next momnet 0 Kbps. I have made complains with the Reliance customer care. They only provide useless suggestion but the infrastructure that they have here in Guwahati (covering Jalukbari) is outdated. Despite several complaints the condition has not changed.             I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH RELIANCE BUT FROM 2 DAYS I AM FEELING KIND OF CHEATING AS, BLOCKING 198, HOLDING CALL ETC BUT MY CONCERN IS :- 1) WRONG BALANCE DEDUCTION ( COMPLAINT ID[protected] IT WAS PROVED AND CHECKED BY THE SERVICE EXECUTIVES AND THEY REPLIED THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED IN 2 DAYS, AFTER GETTING A RESOLUTION MESSAGE TELLING THAT RS. 5.46/- HAS BEEN POSTED FOR WRONG CHARGING, STILL I HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK. 2) WRONG BALANCE DEDUCTION BETWEEN THE PARTICULAR NUMBER ON WHICH I WANTED TO USE THE MY COLLEGE PLAN OFFER.               I WAS HAVING CONNECTION SINCE 2006 OR 2008 WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE AND REGULAR BILL WAS BEING PAID BUT SUDDENLY IN JUNE 2013 MY CONNECTION STARTED HAVING PROBLEM AND I LODGED COMPLAIN WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAID WILL BE DONE IN 24 HOURS BUT NOT DONE WHEN BILL CAME IT WAS 628 RS THEN I CALLED UP AND THEY WAIVED THE 500 RS AND ASKED ME TO PAY 128 RS WHICH I PAID AND ALSO COMPLAINED THAT STILL INTERNET IS NOT WORKING EVERY ALTERNATE DAY AND/OR WAS CALLING THEM BUT WITH NO RESULT THEN THE TECHNICIAN ATTENDED IT AND INFORMED ME GET YOUR CONNECTION CLOSED AS SAME WILL NOT BE SOLVED DUE TO SOME CABLE ERROR AND MAY TAKE MONTHS WHEN I REPORTED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY STILL SAID GIVE ME 24 HOURS AND WILL BE RECTIFIEC NUMEROUOS CALL AND EMAILS HAVE BEEN SEND TO THEM BUT NO SOLUTION, ONE MORE BILL FOR JULY GENERATED WHERE I COMPLAINED THAT WHOLE OF A MONTH INTERNET WAS DOWN AND ON AND OF MAY BE HARDLY WORKED FOR AN HOUR OR TWO OR ELSE IT WAS DOWN SO THEY SAID FIRST LET CONNECTION PROBLEM SOLVED THEN BILL WILL BE WAIVED AND SAME WAS DONE IN MONTH OF JUNE 2013 SO I THOUGHT WILL BE DONE, STILL MY TRAUMA WAS NOT OVER AND KEPT ON CONTINUED FOR AUGUST THEN IF FINALLY ASKED THEM TO CLOSE CONNECTION ON 5TH OF AUGUST AND THEN THE BILL COMES WHICH WAS BILLED UP TO 15TH AUGUST, THEN I COMPLAINED AND THE BILL WAS REVERSED UPTO 5TH THAT IS REQUEST OF CLOSURE OF CONNECTION BUT WHAT ABOUT THE FULL JULY WHEN I KEPT ON COMPLAINING THORUGH OUT AND ALL MAIL COMMUNICATION IS WITH ME BUT THEY ARE CALLING ME AND HARASSING VIA CALLING THROUGH COLLECTION AGENTS

                Dear Manager, I have been using the USB Netconnect+ device for last 6months. This month I had problem with the device. It was dead as per the ZTE service center. I asked for replacement but they said it will take minimum of 15 days to get replacement. I went to Reliance Store & they said they cant do anything about it as well. My connection is prepaid & I did last recharge on 8th Sep-13, I used it for 9 days & it stopped working on 17th Sep-13. I got the replacement today on 1st Oct-13. So I have lost my usage from 17th Sep to 1st Oct. I need to get extension for this time & my recharge should end on 23rd Oct instead of 8th Oct. Why should I pay for the time I am not able to use it because of your faulty device. When contacted customer care, they said we will raise a waiver & did not respond later on.                   Misguided Harassed over phone Worst response from customer care I was having reliance communication CDMA number since 2011 taken android phone afterwards in 2013 I myself called to customer care for internet plan executive said I have got something particular ... gb free plan with phone no need to take separate net pack i used and within 2 days i got sms regarding bill payment of 2-3 thousand i contacted customer care gellary but highly unsatisfied with response and answer all uneducated untrained unskilled staff later after few days just before mid-night my outgoing was barred i asked for cancellation of number and make settlement they were not ready then i also took another connection Now after 3 months in my absence RELIANCE COMMUNICATION's MALE executive visited my residence and today on 1st Oct 2013 some one from customer care department from this number[protected] called called me 4 times back to back and i told now i will not pay any single amount she said i am sending executive at my home and disconnected the call if anything wrong happened like theft or anything in my society will anil ambani take the responsibility ??? RELIANCE COMMUNICATION is worst telephone service provider in India.

                    Dear sir/mam, I am Manoj Kumar and my connection number is [protected](Postpaid) with plan RGSimple 399. You have generated my bill of Rs.1300 approx with Rs.731 for internet connection . But i have not used the internet connection and i had also made a call to customer care they says my remaining MB of data is 9MB .Then why should i pay for internet connection charges. My total calling bill is approx Rs. 550 including Taxes . So i can only pay that amount of money. And one thing more if you provided than max. limit of Rs.1000 than how it had reached to Rs. 1300. After every day i had gotten a message regarding bill increased by Rs.100 or Rs.150 event i have put my cell off. Lastly i wan to say that i am unable to Rs. 1300 approx. i only pay for my calling charges. and also request to you please Migrate my number form postpaid to prepaid connection.                       I have repeatedly contacted Reliance customer care (both call center / customer care email / team leader email) about my refunds of Rs 1550/- which i had paid for a new internet connection for which I had applied on 02/07/2013 by chaque which also got cleared on 13th July and the connection never got installed. Since then, I have been repeatedly asking for my refunds as i no more need their connection and am fed up of their services but i am getting the same automated reply and no proper answer nor refunds. I am hereby attaching proof of the receipt of the new application that i did and also proof for the check that got cleared in the name of RCIL(Reliance Communication India Ltd.). Also I am copy-pasting few of my emails that i sent to them earlier here :

                      Now the thing is i never got my connection installed and working till date. I had also registered complaint twice on your call center number for which once i got response from your call center executive named Priyanka who also provided me with the complaint no :[protected] which then after 2 days when i tried to use it for knowing the status, i was told that the number is wrong and we do not register complaints when you dont have user id or if my connection is not yet active.

                      So it looked like i was being fooled by your executive or no one had taken any steps for that. So 2 days later, on 29th July, when i called with my same complaint, at that time, I was told by your executive that i am filling in all the details and wont be able to provide you with complaint number as your connection is not yet active but whenever you call again and mention your mobile number, the executive will come to know about my this complaint. But when i called today for knowing status, Again i was told that there is no data on my complaint.

                      Now either i am being fooled by Reliance or either Reliance is in no mood of making refund of my money.

                      Please let me know when will i get my money back as i no longer require broadband connection as i have already purchased reliance dongle.

                      If i am getting no response from here too, I wont have any option but to file case against Reliance for fooling their customers.

                      I think i have lost my patience now and am ready to take legal action against the fraud they are committing. I have not activated any VAS services.To be sure of the fact i sent a message "STOP" to 121. They replied "Dear Customer, You are not Subscribed to any VAS Packs. To know about top VAS packs SMS START to 121". Stop this service immediately or i'll change my operator and wont ever suggest Reliance to anyone

                          We have Telephone no. 32523512 at Walkeshwar Sri Kashi Math which is a Math cum Temple at Banaganga, Walkeshwar, Mumbai - 400006. The phone is dead since 15th June 2013. We had given a written complaint on 18/6/13 to their centre at GrantRoad and the complaint no. provided to us was[protected] dt. 18/6/13. One Mr. Vijay attended on 21/6/13 and another named Saritha attended on 2/7/13 only to inform us that as there was no Tower in the Vicinity it would not be possible to restart the service. If that is so, then why are they raising monthly bills regularly? We have been paying the bills hoping that the service will restart. Is it ok if we stop payments till we get the service back?

                            Hi, I have newly bought a NetConnect+ from reliance world at ITPL, Bangalore. I submitted my voter id as the proof. For 1 month it was fine. And for 3 weeks I did not do any recharges. On 29th Sep 2013 I did a recharge of Rs. 1500 for 12GB and 90 days validity.ie., upto 28th Dec 2013. Happily I plugged-in the dingle, but to my surprise a message popped-up saying that your service has been denied. I asked in customer care and they told that some address mismatch or photo mismatch has happened, so your account has been suspended. To reactivate goto reliance world and re-submit the application along with proof documents. On 30th Sep 2013, I have submitted all those things at Jayanagar, 4th block reliance world. They told the shocking news that the service will be activated in 3 days. That means I can start browse only from 3rd Oct 2013. I called reliance net connect plus customer care and explained the things and asked for valididty extension for 3 days, since I have been denied service for 4days from the date of my re-charge. They told it is not at all possible. They told another shocking news that If you're not using it for 28 days continuously then account will be terminated. Now, my complaints are, 1. They suspended my service without informing me. I did not even received a single SMS. 2. After recharge I could not use the service for 4 days, because of this unnotified suspension. And I want the validity period to be extended for 3days. But they are deniyng my fair request and saying its my mistake. And my feedbacks are, 1. Customer care persons have been used by reliance as a call centre to say "Please goto reliance world store". No real solution coming from them. 2. Robbing the customer by compelling them to use the service everyday. See, I bought the NetConnect+ and it says validity till some 2027. That means whether I am using it or not my device should be valid to connect with network. With hell lot of irritation, Saravanakumar Banagalore Netconnect number is: [protected]

                              Hi, I am using Reliance Boardband Modem from past 3 years. I made a request of cancellation of my Reliance Data Card ([protected]) in the month of June, it was terminated on 19th June 2013. After that one of Cutomer representative called me, saying that he is unable to cancel my connection due to some technical problems and also offered me 2Gb of data up to 3 months for free of cost. But bill is generating from past 2 months for my old plan only. And also I called to customer care, but there is no resolution. Then finally i got bill of 1500 Rs, saying that due date is 8-Oct-2013. I want to clear this payment and make use of existing data card as Prepaid Connection. But today i got the call from one lady (from Delhi) saying that she is from high court, and also want me to pay the bill before 4:30 PM. If this is the case, then what is the meaning of due date 8-OCT-2013. Please provide me the resolution.

                                  I had bought a reliance 3G sim on 4th september. The number is [protected] for Rs.400. The offer was 3G net data of 2GB for 3 successive months. But for past 1 week I could not connect to internet for even a single instance. The H+ sign is flickering. For most of the time there is even no sign only. But after that whenever I m calling they are unable to tell when my problem will be solved nor the progress of repair.

                                      I am using reliance broadband connection from more than 1 year. My Plan is 2 mbps unlimited . I am facing speed issue from past 5 months. Upto now I have raised so many complaints to them, every time they are saying like server issue from their end. Recently I have given complaint ( Complaint no:[protected] on 23rd September 2013, still the issue is not resolved. I am not getting good service from reliance.They are not resolving the issue permanently. keep on getting low speed ( below 100kpbs ). Unable to do work from home some times.

                                        SUB: Connection not terminated after placing termination request I have already given the termination request for Internet and landline connection request at 12 Sep 2013 ( approx .). I received a confirmation call from reliance customer care at 16 Sep 2013 . A person came to us regarding connection termination at 18 Sep 2013 and told us that reliance connection will stop . We receive a email from reliance that rental of your service will be stopped from 16/09/2013 . I have attach copy of same email . you can check . Today we got email for next bill which is 699 + Service tax = 785.40 Rs. but it is not correct . IT is complete payment of whole month rental . So i called to customer care for further clarification. Customer care told me my connection still working and their is no termination request take place . Please check this issue, terminate connection as soon as possible and modify the last bill.
