Unnecessary deductions for discontinued VAS

Though I had discontinued the use of VAS Whatsapp a few months ago, EVERY MONTH I am being charged for the same. The customer care executives say that there is no such pack activated. The money is being deducted for no reason. The worst part is that they don't reverse the money back into my account though they promise to do so. Today 15/09/2013, the money for the pack was deducted TWICE. I am tired of talking to the unhelpful customer...

not provided service but get charged from company

sir 1350/-has been paid by me to the representative of respected anil dhirubhai ambani group on 1st of august from then till today noone has once for a minute started my internet connection ,and after several calls to customer care and the office of reliance mayapuri new delhi, nothing happened now i think i got forcibly donated 1350/- to respected anil dhirubhai ambani who works in india i think not to cheat india but doing so in my case...

unnecessary balance deductions

My contact no. [protected] has lost 45 Rs. from a/c for using whatsapp despite having an active whatsapp pack. Rs.20 were lost on 1st sept. and the next reduction of Rs. 20 was on 4th sept. and the next Rs. 5 were lost on 6th sept., 2013. wrong deductions of GPRS pack 3rd time in a row

again the deduction of money has happened in my account for whats app which was deactivated by Reliance agent only. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

Please provide as much information as This is to inform you about the highly poor service provided by your company to me. I am a customer who has monthly recharge of nearly Rs. 1500 per month. I don’t think this is a small amount. From couple of recharges of 123, I have been getting half of the data plan which I should get. The customer care has proven to be highly irresponsible.
