Hi, I am using reliance prepaid card and evrytime the company is deducting money for some unwanted packs like VAS Shemaroo, etc without my interaction. Everytime i call customer care it does not connect me through. Please look over my complaint as this is going on from 2-3 months and i cant help it.

    I recharged...Rs 20 on my reliance nmbr [protected] on[protected] making my total balance around Rs 33.....same day i receive a sms from reliance saying thanx for subscribing to hello tunes Rs 30 have been deducted from your account which i never did....i called customer care....n they assured me...that they will refund the entire amount in 24 hrs under call refrence number [protected]......nows its 16th today...i have been calling reliance continuously since 3 days....but they hang up saying our server is down we cant help u...call again later......       dear sir r.com is using unauthotised way for his income..they deduct my balance every day its can be 5,10,30 and after dudcting my balance i try to contact cousomer support cell they didnt give any answer i complaint 20 times in 5days but my probkem is still going on...plzzz help me......

        Hi, Recently i visited Reliance Digital Showroom at HSR Layout, Bengaluru. I saw Lenovo Laptop with the following description Intel i3 processor, 4GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Windows 8 OS at price of 36490/-. I expressed my desire to buy the laptop and proceeded to make the payment. Then the reliance representative told that he will check the stock and come back. I waited for some time and came to know that, it is out of stock. However, the reliance representative committed that, if i make payment now, he will deliver the laptop tomorrow by 2.30PM. Since i was very keen in buying the laptop, i went ahead and made payment and told him to be ready with Laptop for tomorrows delivery. I opted for 6 month EMI option which costed me 599/- processing fee. The next day, i visited the showroom at 4.15 PM to collect the Laptop and found the Laptop ready for delivery. One of the other representative started to unpack the Laptop package and turned on the Laptop. I started verifying the Laptop and saw that, the Laptop was having ONLY 500 GB HDD and when i asked about this, the Reliance Representative started saying that, this particular model of Lenovo Laptop comes with 500 GB HDD. But i argued that, Yesterday when i saw the Laptop description, it was saying 1TB HDD and i want the same laptop as i have already made the payment for the same. However, the reliance person started saying that, that was printing mistake and Laptop doesn't comes with 1 TB HDD. I got angry and demanded for refund. The Reliance manager spoke to me and told me to look for other Company Laptop's which i refused clearly and told him that i was very keen on buying Lenovo Laptops only. The Manager was trying to convince me to buy other Laptops. But i refused and told him to refund the amount. Then Manager came with idea of giving additional 500 GB External HDD along with Laptop for the same price. And i compromised for the same. But he told me that he will check with higher authorities to see if that can be issued or not. The above process lasted for 2 hours and i started getting frustrated at the time taken by them to resolve this issue. They made me to wait for 2 hours and finally told that they will refund the amount. I got written letter confirmation from Manager regarding refund and left the place. The amount got refunded to my credit card after 10 DAYS. But however, since i opted for 6 month EMI's, the reliance digital didn't refunded EMI Processing fee of 599/-. Can i file case against Reliance Digital for the frustration and mental harassment they have caused me? Regards, Shivashankar Burge

          Respected sir My name is Mitul Shah.My mobile no. is [protected].This is very old no. which has 1p/sec call rate for life time validity to any network also while in roaming.Recently i had notice that they have been charging me @1.5p/sec in local in network and 1.5re/min for outgoing & 1/re/min incoming while in roaming.i had tried to solve problem by contacting 198 and then [protected] but both in vain. I had also another complaint.As i am old customer,my sms scheme was rs11/month which charge 1p/sms to any network even in roaming.After change in company policy they stop my renewal n started charging me rs19/mnth.Since then i had problem double deduction for renewal of pack.Sometime i got refund but not all time.few month ago i was told by executive on 198 that its because i had double sms pack activated in my account i.e. rs11/mnth & rs19/mnth.So immediately deactivated rs19 pack. Yesterday,i called [protected] executive said that none of pack is activated and hence now i cannot even have rs19 pack back

            Dear Team, This is to bring you a concern regarding my mobile no., as the same is being used by another subscriber. My mobile no.- +91-[protected] (Vodafone) Sanjeev Kumar Delhi Other subscriber's no- +91-[protected](Reliance) Paramjeet Singh Delhi Earlier i have ported from Reliance to Idea then from Idea to Vodafone. I came to know about this issue when some unknown calls started coming on my number, it was found that somebody else with the same number is able to make outgoing calls & all the incoming calls are routed on mine. After so many unknown calls, i tried & contacted the other person & came to know that he has got the same number as mine ([protected]) Now when i tried calling Vodafone & Reliance customer care, there is no response....even customer care dropped my calls.               Hi I am here again the third time today. My number is [protected]. I get a message from RM-Reliance that amount charged for VAS CRBT Subscrip Rs 1 and soon after I receive another msg from 52345 saying u are subscribed to callertunes at Rs 1/2 days. Followed by a msg saying amount charged for VAS MyCRBTDummy Rs: 10 and then another msg saying Ekla Chalo Re has been downloaded/renewed at a charge of Rs. 10.
              However, I have not subscribed to any VAS till date. I don't know why am I receiveing these messages and why my money is being deducted.
              Please Help.

                Though I had discontinued the use of VAS Whatsapp a few months ago, EVERY MONTH I am being charged for the same. The customer care executives say that there is no such pack activated. The money is being deducted for no reason. The worst part is that they don't reverse the money back into my account though they promise to do so. Today 15/09/2013, the money for the pack was deducted TWICE. I am tired of talking to the unhelpful customer care executives.

                  sir 1350/-has been paid by me to the representative of respected anil dhirubhai ambani group on 1st of august from then till today noone has once for a minute started my internet connection ,and after several calls to customer care and the office of reliance mayapuri new delhi, nothing happened now i think i got forcibly donated 1350/- to respected anil dhirubhai ambani who works in india i think not to cheat india but doing so in my case it shows like that, now being threatened to pay more as monthly charges for the services which has not been got started from them for 1 second even any body can check from the company ,i want my whole money back to me as soon as possible i dont want any kind of relation with these kind of company and people thank u nirman manchanda wz 49 g 44 back lane street no 6 shiv nagar near jail road new delhi 110058,[protected]@yahoo.com,[protected]

                    Hi, I stopped using reliance broadband due to poor service and requested them to disconnect the service permanently. After that I did the final settlement of the bill. But still I keep on getting monthly bills for the service which I have not used it. Its been more than 2 yrs now since I disconnected the broadband connection and I have shifted to new house to different address. On 26/02/2013 I received an email from Reliance Customer care stating my request for termination of the service and apology for not meeting the expectation. Below is the copy of the email I received from Customer care. "Dear Customer, We acknowledge receipt of your request for termination of the service. We apologise for not meeting your expectation this time for the services provided by us. As requested, termination process is initiated for the subscriber ID[protected]. Kindly note the rental of your service will be stopped from 26/02/2013. Our representative will be visiting you for the collection of the equipment installed by RCOM at your premises for running the services. Please handover the equipment to him. Kindly also note in the event of non return of this equipment, you will be charged 1500 in the final bill which will be sent to you after collection of this equipment. Any unbilled usage will also be charged in this bill towards full and final settlement. The collection of the equipment may take 7-10 days depending on your availability. You may contact us at[protected]toll free) or write to us at [protected]@relianceada.com for any clarification. Regards, Yours truly, Reliance Customer Care" Again on today, 14/09/2013 I received an sms to clear the dues else the court notice will be delivered shortly. I don't understand why I should pay the bill after termination of the service, I have all the proof and records of the request made to disconnect the service and also acknowledgement email of terminating the service from Reliance customer care.                       My reliance broadband id is[protected]. Kept a request about connection is NOT working on 17th july. Request#[protected]. Still is in solving status. On 2nd Aug 2013 kept another request#[protected] to get a call back from RRT team. Till date no call back from reliance customercare on above requests. I made a mistake that still I paid money for Aug month (from july 17th to tilldate 14th Sep NO net connection). I kept request for termination on Sep 11th 2013. Request# is[protected] Got information that this would be resolved in 48hrs. But no response from customercare on any of the aobe requests Please either resolve the issue to continue the services OR terminate the connection Thanks Balaji [protected]

                          My contact no. [protected] has lost 45 Rs. from a/c for using whatsapp despite having an active whatsapp pack. Rs.20 were lost on 1st sept. and the next reduction of Rs. 20 was on 4th sept. and the next Rs. 5 were lost on 6th sept., 2013. Their customer care have blocked me and their online forum is not addressing my problem. So kindly do the needful in the context.
                          I have blackberry phone and I havent activated any Blackberry Internet service on my phone, infact I have sended deactivation of this service request.. reason being, whever there is balance in my phone, Reliance activates this service by their on and make deductions from my account for internet service 16 Rupees per day and after that they bring down the balance to Zero within the same day. I am fed up due to these fraud people. Registering complaints to the customer care and e-mail has brought no resolution. This Company has 100% fraud policies.

                            Dear Team, We are facing issue with your representative employee code :- cbg01272 , he is taken the money but as per the commitment service(5 days ) not yet started and he was saying if you want refund , I will process but not given any clue regarding process or client relation , if such kind of representative working with Reliance brand than customer has to rethink regarding product ; We spoken your brand image of ahmedabad Mr Rakesh -[protected] ( Ahmedabad Head ) but very negative Response from his end rather than to resolve the issue he is asking how you get my number and once we explain than very negative attitude and rather than they will solve the issue said we will process your refund and it will take 30 days ..                                   I am using a Reliance gsm Prepaid No([protected]) since last 5 yrs.Yesterday I got a msg that about cuter pack.
                                  " RC 33 unlimited loc 10p for 28 days without capping.I made recharge of rs 33, I got confirmation msg from ur side, But still 30 to 40 paisa deduct every minutes from my ac.
                                  I 10 to 20 times called reliance CC no(033 & 198) but their customer team dont want to help me.
                                  I called at 6:00 AM , I spoke mr. AMAN. then Rahul.Both Were very unprofessional ,using Abusing & rough language . they also disconnected my call with saying

                                  " baad me baat karna sir, abhi time kharab mat karo, system updation mode par hai". also he was busy convertioan with his Colleage. He put me on mute for 2 to 3 minutes. also he said"Dimag ka dahi mat banao, kuch karna ho wo kar lena.. Baal b nhi ukhad sakte aap mera..

                                  I don't accept this type of reply from a CC executive.
                                  They people are siting there for helping and resolve our issues, not for making fool us.This is very irresponsible behavior from a Customer Care team.
                                  I don't want to suffer anymore, I think its good time to move with some other mobile operators.

                                    I had lodge a complaint about the speed of my data card to Hospet/Bellary division there is no change in the speed. Even I have raised a complaint at reliance customer care . My request no:[protected]. Note : 1.Not even a single person visited my house to resolve the complaint raised 2. I had been using this datacard past form 4years. 3. Plan is Unlimited(Hardly we use 1 GB. reason speed) 4. Average speed is 20-30kbps. 5. Monthly One data card bill is Rs.1326/- Please check all the complaints and resolve or else we have to jump to other networks. Regards Azghar

                                      Dear Concern, This is bring to your kind notice that, I have been getting continuous harass from Reliance Communication team here in Bangalore. The issue in details is “ I was using a net connect+ data card device being MDN no- [protected], and have given the request for deactivating and terminating the services in July-12, and the same has been not used by me. But RCOM customer care team was least bother to hear any query and deactivated the service after numerous reminder post August-12 and from there on the harassment act started, which is continuing till date and the issue is unresolved. They are continuously sending the bill of Rs. 1205.47/- which is completely irrelevant and not pertaining to me. On top of that has sent many a times so called legal notices on my mail id threatening to pay the amount and then long follow up from different advocates, which is not at all ending. Such an unprofessional team that no one bothers to listen to the customer’s request but at the top of harassing by whatever ways. Post reaching my frustration level I have written my plight on Consumer complaints forum “http://www.consumercomplaints.in” complain link http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/reliance-net-connect-being-billed-th... for hoping the resolution and indeed it worked when I received a call from Reliance Social Media team from Mumbai office to whom I have addressed the issue in details and got an assurance on this matter will get resolved and an apology from the team. Things were silent after that but legal threat started once again from Delhi now to clear the amount else the case will go to court. A girl keeps on calling from 11th Sep-13 no. being ([protected] and [protected]). I don’t know who these people and what is there intention but one thing I must say all of them are truly responsible for this harass. And I hereby declare each and all in RCOM team accountable for this plight. I am still looking forward to end this issue and harass from the such well known Indian giant.                                         Reliance relationsh​ip number [protected]​16 Netconect + complaint Please be informed that i have logged the following complaints regarding the poor performance and network issues since November 2012 with Reliance and till date these issues are not resolved. Even after repeated followups, the only answer that i get from the customer care it will take some more time for resolution. I am fed up of the false promises that have been given to me. The last time that i spoke to the customer care division, they apologized for the technical probles that i have been facing and said they will waiver my bill for the month of Aug-Sept. But today i got a fresh bill withouth waiver, when i called the customer care and told them about the promise that they had made to waiver, now they say they are unable to provide the waiver. please let me know, how can i continue to live with the poor network related issues when you are unable to resolve the problems. On top of that the waiver is getting cancelled and am told to pay the amount irrespective of problem of network present or not. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service that reliance has provided. If you are unable to resolve my issues, please atleast disconnect my connection, but reliance cannot force me to pay the bill inspite of giving me a waiver.
