Fake plans

Hi, You cannot feel it until it hits you, this is slogan of Reliance Thunder plan. Yes Reliance thunder plans are big joke. I was fascinated by the plan 1 Mbps for Rs.549. But soon I discovered that this is all fake. You will not get more than 6-7 KBPS(50-60 kbps) in peak hours and will get good speed only in night at 2-6 AM. I am Reliance Broadband customer for past 5 years and all the years I was getting good speed according to plan....

Intermittent Connection

I took Netconnect+ connection on 7th September 2013. I have paid 3 months advance rental of Rs 2698. From the very 1st day I am hardly able to use my connection properly. It is very intermittently i.e it don't even work for 30 Minutes (Maximum time) on a trot and gets disconnected for 4-5 minutes. amount deduction without opting any services

Reliance GSM wrongly deducted my balance Mo. 8471004306

I am using Reliance GSM no [protected] .Reliance has deducted my balance on[protected] Rs. 43.
My Mo balance is negative .I am calling on 198 customer care but they are not responding anything.They have blocked my no for customer care service (198).
My balance was on[protected] and i have recharged 50 on[protected].Balance should be 143 on[protected].
But I have recharged for Net Rs. 123.But balance is showing Rs.-1.43br...

deduction of rupees from the main balance unnecessarily.

Reliance Executive,
I had 25 MB GPRS DATA in my account valid till 26 september 2013 as you can check on your system.
Inspite of this internet charges have been deducted on 24 th september 2013.
For the proof I have attached a copy of the message which I got when on my cellphone after I messaged "BILL" on 55333 which shows and proves that Rs. 7.40 have been deducted unnecessarily .

auto renewal of packs and deductions

I am a user of reliance since 6 months from then i have face many problems. Unnecessary balance cuts network issue etc etc. i usually recharge my mobile with Rs 91 SMS pack which offers 1500 L/N SMS for 30 days last such recharge was made on 25/8/13. and on 23/9/13 my 1500 sms was over so i went o reliance store and gave a request to stop the auto renewal of this pack and recharged with SMS 78 pack which offers 1000 LN sms for 30 days....

not providing appropriate solution to high ping and low speed issue

i am getting high ping around 700-900 and very low speed around 30-50 kbps while my plan is of thunder 699t of 2mbps. even after doing complaints no one from reliance has ever visited to check it customer care says that the technician will visit and check it but no one comes and i am continuously facing the problem.also while booking online complaint using ping and trace their server always shows error. my id is[protected]....

Worst speed and getting disconnected frequently

I am using Reliance Net connect + data card. My number is [protected]. For the past 2 months I am experiencing the Worst Speed. It takes 10 minutes to load a page. I am recharging it with 800 ruppees monthly under free 5 GB plan. A minute after connecting, it stops either the there will be 0 speed or it will get disconnected. I am very much disappointed. I'd registered 2 to 3 times in the reliance cutomer care. But still no use....

Unauthorized deduction

I have recharged my cell with Reliance smart sim card [protected] with Rs110/- on 21st Sept 2013 and used the same for calling around 20-30mins. My SIM is charged with power plus in which STD call charges should eb 40paise per min so total deduction should eb Rs 12.00 maximum instead of that on 22nd morning when i checked my balance i found it is only 04 paisa .
