[Resolved]  Vodafone — Cheating.

Address:362, Udyoge Kendra Ist, Ecotech-III,GREATER NOIDA, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

I was given a vodafone sim no[protected], for mob no [protected] ,by Bigtel It Solutions (P) Ltd, B-103, Okhla ind area, phase-1, NEW DELHI-110020 & an amount of Rs 250 was charged vide receipt no 3582 dt 9/7/13.
I asked the executive who visited me whether i will get un necessary calls , he told me that this no is not in use for last 5 yrs & you will not get un necessary calls.
I gave all necessary documents asked by him now even after 9 days that sim is not working & they are not even refunding my money & telling lies all the time i am calling them on their mob nos [protected] & [protected]

i cancelled it next day without activation, your caleages says that you will get with in 45 days your dossit amount but till date not get it to me, i visited no. of times for that cheque after 45 days to nerul vodafone store, so please check it and send to me

My name is Rageesh.My Viodafone number is [protected].From the very first of this month(december 2008) my calls to 111 was not connected.I already made hundreds of complaints regards the same issue.Your customer care exicutives ask me to send an sms to 111 in the formate of
COM UNABLE TO CONNECT 111.I send this sms, but the problem remains same as before.So I again made calls to 111 using alternative numbers and register my complaint by your exicutives named Niel, Athulya, Manuja, Litha, Vipin, Jerin, Najo, Vinode, Ramya, Shinoand a senior exicutive Naveen and Tls Sabari, Rajesh.All of the above mentioned exicutives, senior exicutive, Tls told me to wait for 24 hrs, 7 days, 2 days etc...But now also it remains same, 111 not connected.Sabari made a call back to me saying that my problem was solved.Actually its on dec 13 th or 14 th.Now I don't know what the hell is going on there.To me compairing to another networks your supportive system is too bad and the behavior of the exicutives to a customer is too rude.Now I want to know one thing that is it rectified or not? I am waiting for your reply.
I have one more complaint that now my acc balance is -90 Rs.I don't know what was happened.Your exicutives told me that It was the charge of Java Game Downloading.But nothing was downloaded to my mobile.My balance before dedection is 9 Rs.When I try to use your GPRS services I got a reply that "Temperly not available".After some time I tried agin.Then I got a response "cannot connect try again latter" when I am browsing.Then I am stoped using GPRS.After some time I found that Rs 99 dedected from my accound.Then I made call to 111 from [protected] regards the my balance dedection.They told me that Java Game was down loaded.I am sure nothing was downloaded to my mobile.Then they told me that the charge of the Java Game is 99 Rs and because of insuffitient balance you didn't get that condent.No problem.So I request them to give my money back.They said that was not possible.That means Rs 99 dedected from my acc: and I didn't get any benefit for that 99 Rs.I dont think it is logic...I made 3 calls for the refund.But they didn't commite a refund for the same.I need my money back otherwise I am forced to change my number...
So I kindly request to give my money back...

AFTER WAITING FOR 5 DAYS ALSO. THEY DID NOT REPAY ME. THEY LITERALLY ROBBED MY POCKET.

I did online recharge using your http://www.vodafone.in/Pages/index.aspx site to [protected] ...I have selected Karnataka (which is correct) and YES BANK. I chose 201 rupees full talk time 30 day validity option. I filled up the information, it redirected to YES BANK I filled up my customer ID and Password. I typed 201, clicked the only option, I got password SMS to my another number ([protected]) tagged with YES BANK account, I typed the password, did the transaction to Vodafone BILLDESK. I recieved confimation page with confirmation number (54508). My cell is not yet recharged. I rechecked by filling confirmation number and my cell number in vodafone site. It said id is invalid, even I called your cutomer care(111) 6 times. First agent told me to wait for 1 hour, 2 agent told me to wait for 24 hours, 3rd agent told me to half an hour to recheck it. 4th agent told me to wait for 2 hours that an update is going on, 5th agent told me to wait again, and told if recharge not done then ur money ll be taken back to my YES BANK account.

WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON TO REACHARGE JUST 201 rupees.

EITHER VODAFONE OR YES-BANK ONLINE THINGS ARE NOT WORKING WELL
