I had purchase a blue leather coat (ladies) from Monte Carlo's outlet in DLF Mall situated in Noida 2 years back. The leather has started chipping off automatically from the collar and pocket area, although it is hung in a cover provided by the company at time of purchase.

Can you please redress my problem?

Today it got delivered but due to some reason I have to return that so i tried to return it from there website but there was no option showing regarding return of the product. So i called to there toll free number and they said that there's an option of refund but there wasn't and i again tried to contact them but no response from there side, they were...

My order ID-#[protected], this product was returned but my refund is not received in my A/c.
My return was picked up successfully on 16 JAN 2022.
I ALSO SENT MANY MAILS ON MONTECARLO'S MAIL BUT NO REPLY. I AM VERY UNSATISFIED FROM MONTE CARLO.
Kindly refund money in my Credit card, which paid for this product.
Kindly refund soon in my Account.

If Monte Carlo so called leading fashion company then where is quality assurance promise..used product kese deliver Kiya gya..left arm pit stitches torn..yh h apki product quality assurance.. aur monte carlo customer happiness team apni glti accept tk nh krti ki unse glti huyi h.. customer se questioning ki jati h pr apne staff se ek single question tk nh kiya jata ki used product kese deliver Kiya gya..

I bought this jacket from montecarlo oulet. After a single wear jacket is totally damaged i am regular buyer of montecarlo products but such a poor quality not expected from them.

Today I went to buy a school blazer.
After my purchase the owner gave me a Handbag labelled as Monte Carlo.
But one terrible thing about this bag is the name of the enterprise, proprietors name, mobile number and logo of Monte Carlo was printed on that bag.

I have purchased this monte carlo hoodie sweatshirt last month only and i wear it only 2 or 3 times and there was so much cried in jacket after use of 2 or 3 times and purchased last month only and found cried in the clothes as it showing the quality of clothes is too bad as i purchased m0nte carlo, dont thought that this will happen with its clothes.
So please review my comment and solve my issue either by refunding or replacement woth other product.

I purchased a MonteCarlo leather jacket last year from Sunil TextTile Udaipur Rajasthan. I have a lot of items to wear in winter so I wore a MonteCarlo leather jacket a maximum of 10-15 times then I hung the jacket in Almira very carefully. I took out my jacket today and Jacket was totally damaged. I have a lot of MonteCarlo clothes and I did not face any issue in signal items even after using them for more than 5 years but I purchased Jacket last year which was totally damaged. It is manufacturing defective jackets.

Please see attached images for your reference. I have also clicked an image with product code so you can verify it is a legal and original MonteCarlo product which I bought from "Sunil TextTile Udaipur, Rajasthan". Please look into this and replace my product as soon as possible.

I have been a loyal customer of Monte Carlo products since past many years .

I had bought a Leather Jacket from Reliance Trenz, Dwarka in November month of 2019 .

I wore it hardly for a few months in 2019, few times in 2020 and starting of 2021. To my surprise the material was of such a poor quality that it gave away and started tearing from the armpit area, behind the neck area. It also got very wrinkled at many places . It was so embarrassing in front of my friends that I immediately took if off and thought of putting up my complaint with the company.

I am sure you will look into and do the needful. I have not kept the Invoice with me as I was very sure about the product quality.

Kindly look into and provide me with a replacement or a credit note for the same . The cost was around Rs 4500/- at the time of purchase .

I was looking for a Lady's Cardigan for my Mother, found one of choice in your Company outlet here in Nashik.
But the required size isn't available!
I searched for it on your Online Official store but couldn't find it.

Hi this is to bring your kind notice that I bought 2 shirts 42 size for my dad on friday I.e 27th nov and I wanted to exchange one of shirt as same is slim fit.I visited kalgidhar baltana showroom but as per them it can't be returned this is pathetic response as other brands are doing same...yesterday only I bought two more jackets from zirakpur showroom . I have lost trust in MC ...the shirt is of no use to me..I have left the same at counter of the shop . I want my rights to be preserved as I am customer, this incidence will make sure in my family atleast no one buys MC. Thanks
