I travelled from hyderabad to bapatla on 14 nov 17 in non-ac sleeper class (Ticket no:5083930). After reaching bapatla, while i was getting down from the bus, the driver used abusive language against me when i asked him to the bus at a point near to bapatla rly stn. Advise him to be polite against customers. The rude behaviour of these bus drivers to be monitored. Give a feedback before closing this case...     Morning star ac sleeper - service no. 713a
    Bus number - py-05-9944, bangalore-hyderabad, 11:00pm, location marathahalli, bangalore.
    The staff at marathahalli morningstar office when questioned about misleading to the boarding point at madiwala, assorted to physical offense on questioning about the same. The driver assorted to abusive language and the cleaners and other staff members barged at us and pushed us onto the road. This is a huge offensive act against any user and a punishable act that they've assorted to. I request immediate reaction and case to be considered sensitive and action to be taken accordingly.

      I booked my trip through redbus for morning star travelsfor 2nd oct from vizag to hyd sleeper which costed 2800 and they cancelled the bus due to rto issue. The operator called and informed the bus is cancelled and they can't arrange another bus. They said money will be refunded by red bus in 4 to 5 business days and the refund was not happened till date. When i called the redbus they said morning star has not given details on this and asked me to wait for another day and it's on going... Such a horrible service both morning star and redbus. My num is [protected]. Can you please let me know how do i get my refund amount.

        I have booked 3 tickets from hyderabad to pune for 23rd october 2017. I got a call from morning star travel person on 10/13 or 10/14 and said bus is cancelled due to engine problem and it takes a month to fix issue. They said money will be refunded in couple of days. I thought if booking a different bus and logged into redbus.in and found the same morning star travel bus at same time. Travels increased price from rs.990+ to rs.2090+ and allowing passengers to book it. Just to make extra money, they called all passengers and said bus is cancelled by saying engine issue. Because of this i have pay extra rs.3000+ now to book the tickets.
        I would suggest do not book tickets on morning start travels as they can do any thing for money.
        This is simply cheating the customers.

        I checked on morningstar website to see whether the same service is available or not. The service is available on morningstar website also.

          I am traveling to hyderabad from bangalore in an ac sleeper morning star bus paying almost close to 2100 rs. Date:october 6th, 2017. Seat no. B2. The driver is not switching on the power of the charger output even after i requested him twice in an ac sleeper bus. Why am i paying so much if i can't even charge my phone. Bus no. Py-05-7711.             I am a passinger of your bus, service no : 777. Date of journey 04/10/2017. Driver name paul. Do the bus driver has any sense??? I am a lady, since one hour i have been waiting for the bus at eluru by-pass... He told me bus will be in eluru at 11.30, now the time is 11.30, i called him, he is saying that bus is still at gannavaram. Do your service have any sense??? As a lady, how much time should i wait for your bus on highway road??? Worst morning star.. I will tell all my colleagues and friends and people around me that don't go for morning star... World's waste service ever... He is saying that passingers are not came on time, if i will be late for the bus, then will he wait??? Absolutely no... U don't have any respect towards passingers... Shut your service yaar, if can't handle it properly...

            Dear friends, don't go for morning star travels... Service no 777, date of journey 4/10/2018, to vizag. Worst service and worst team handling, roude behavior by driver and cleaner... Choose other travels like kesineni, sai krishna which are giving best service.. Plz avoid morning star travels and let them know how the worst service they are giving... Plzz spread throughout the facebook, what's app and word of mouth... I started already..
            Sir actually this is morning star travels branch[protected] we have deposited cash in Cdma mechine at dwarakanagar visakhapatnam but cash is not deposited in commpany account and cash was blocked in cdma mechine we have rise a com plaint that no [protected]

                I have booked ticket for my son (Pondicherry to hyderabad) on 23.7.2017 (5.30 pm bus) through red bus. But on 22.7.2017, he has received message in his mobile (Print screed attched) bus cancelled. Passenger name b. Harish (Seat f2). More than 2 months refund not received.                   I booked 2 tickets for my journey with morning star travels during this long weekend 28 sep to oct 2nd with PNR 4753897 for travelling to hyderabad and PNR 4763725 for return to Bangalore.Suddenly on 24th sep i got a mail for PNR 4753897 Stating that the ticket is cancelled.I called to morning star travels guntur office for the clarification they informed that due to RTO Issue bus got cancelled.If the bus had RTO issue why di they relase the tickets for online booking.I asked them if they can arrange for any alternative as this is festive season and getting tickets at this peak time is difficult but instead of providing solution they are making fun of the customer.They stated nothing can be done we are refunding ur amount.

                  And for my PNR 4763725 they didnot send any info till now regarding cancellation but as the service number is same i doubted and called customer care if the bus will be available r will be cancelled due to RTO Issue, Then representative informed that it will be cancelled.

                  This scenario clearly depicts that they are intentionally releasing the tickets for online bookings and holding the money free of interest till peak time and just raising their hands by cancelling the hands and creating mental agony to customers.

                  When i went through this issue online i found so many complaints against this organisation in different forums..I request the concerned authority to please ensure and take necessary action against such issues as these people are playing with people money and creating lot of tension and agony to customer
                  .
                  Hope the action will be taken and no one suffers because of these travels people games.

                    We have booked bus from tirupati to vijayawada in the nite.in the middle they stopped the bus in kavali due to break down and asking us to go on by own. Which is not a digestible thing. When we asked their is no concern on the customer and driver was talking very rashly instead of worried... They are playing with the lifes of passengers. The worst thing is they are not at all taking the responsibility to drop the passengers to the destination.. This is the worst travel i have been did so far

                      I have booked the ticket from guntur to bangalore, they have cancelled the bus and simply informed that because of rto issue, we have cancelled the bus. They are giving full refund money. But, that is not a solutions for this, they should arrange alternate bus or refund extra money. If we cancel the ticket, they are charging cancellation charges. Same as, if they cancel the bus, they should pay extra money or arrange the alternate bus.

                      If they cancel the bus before one day of journey, all other travels charges are showing more price, who will bare all these.

                      I have booked 2 tickets for 2000rs. They have cancelled the bus. I again booked other travels, they have charged 3600rs. Finally i got paid 1600rs extra money.

                      This type of problems not only once from morning star, my friends and cousins also faced the same issue several times.

                      So finally what i am telling is, if you book morning start bus, you might have a chances to face above problems.

                        I travelled on the morning star travels non a/c
                        Sleeper bus number 2277 service number 781 pnr 4657914] on 11
                        August 2017 from hyderabad to bangalore.
                        The expected arrival time for the bus at bangalore was around 9:30 am of 12th august.
                        However the bus reached at 4:30 pm. We came to know that the driver was taking an alternative route to avoid rta checking and toll gates as there is no valid permit to enter the bus in andhra pradesh.
                        The journey that had to take around 10 hours took a total of 20 hours as
                        We reached to our destination i. E bangalore on saturday evening... We were tried several time to reach morning star customer care and management but there was no response. Even the service provider of abhibus didn’t not check properly whether the bus operator has valid permit to run buses.

                          I was travelling on the morning star travels a/c sleeper (2+1) bus[ py05a-1199 pnr : ts[protected]legg ] on 11 august 2017 from bangalore to hyderabad to attend my convocation. The expected arrival time for the bus at hyderabad was 12 august at around 6:30 am. When i woke up in the morning of 12 aug i noticed that my gps still showed me in karnataka.
                          Later i came to know that the driver was taking an alternative route to avoid rta checking and toll gates. The journey that had to take around 8 hours took a total of 22 hours as we reached to our destination i. E hyderabad on saturday night 8:30 pm.
                          It costed me once in a lifetime chance to attend my convocation.

                          I want a complete refund of my ticket along with damages covered for the emotional harassment and mental torture that i had to face during this horrendous journey.

                            I travelled from Hyderabad to Pondycherry, the bus reached Pondycherry at 11:40 instead of 7am. More than 4 hrs of delay. The bus staff spoke very rude and helpline started telling passengers delayed. This is very irresponsible. I had raised a complaint at helpline but helpline has not mailed me my complaint details. Very unprofessional. Never gonna choose this travels n will inform the same to my known people. They dont deserve the travels service Industry

                              I made a booking for my mother to travel from bangalore to hyderabad[protected] through morning star travels. Before boarding we have asked the driver to drop her at dilshuknagar stop which he agreed. Even today at around 7.00 am she asked the bus driver who told that the bus will stop at dilshuknagar and eventually said they will drop at lb nagar. But finally he dropped my mother at aramghar cross around without any clear information. This stop is nearly 17 kms from aram ghar cross road. She had to suffer since she was not aware of the location and i had to arrange a cab which costed me another 250 rupees which was not needed.

                                I had booked 2 tickets, one for my wife and one for my mother-in-law for service number 245 on 8/1/2017 from hyderabad to tirupathi. We had a carton box with us. The bus came to the stop and i put the carton in the luggage space behind the bus and the ladies were boarding the bus. One of the staff member named shiva kumar demanded 200 rupees for the carton. I was shocked as we did not have any baggage except the carton box. I asked him why we should pay. Instead of saying the actual reason, he started saying to the ladies if you don't want to pay, get down from the bus and carry the luggage on your heads. Very rude behavior. When i tried calling the police, he started saying "i have a whole family of police whom i know, you can call up whom ever you want". Only after i called up the police, he calmed down and explained that he has to pay tax somewhere for each carton box and will provide the receipt for the rs 200. The only thing he should have done was to tell this first and not ask the ladies to get down and carry the luggage on their heads. I am definitely not booking morning star again. I would recommend to everyone not to book with these guys so that they learn a lesson. They should know how to treat a customer.

                                  I paid 5, 200 rs and bought 4 tickets to chennai. We had 5 bags with us and i expect that as a paying customer we are allowed to carry at least one bag per passenger.

                                  When the bus stopped in guntur one of the morning star employee in guntur argued very badly with me and asked me to pay 700 rs for the bags. I don't understand why he asked us to pay. Finally after lot of argument they charged me 500 rs for the bags as i wanted my bags to reach chennai otherwise he said the bags will be taken out of the bus and kept in guntur office.

                                    We've booked seat no's 3A and 3B from Guntur to Hyderabad on 29th of June 2017. Your authorities have changed our seats twice without our permission and prior information.The seats allotted are transferred from front to the utmost back. We are feeling highly uncomfortable and dissatisfied with those seats and your customer service provided. When we contacted the authorities they gave no reply and instead talked rudely and irresponsibly. Surely this is something to thing about and change and improve your customer service.

                                      Hi this is leena, i booked ticket in morning star travels through paytm on 13.06.2017 from guntur to bangalore at 8.00 p. M. The bus was nagaland registration, they took them from guntur to chilakaluripet then they drop back in guntur. So they cancels the journey. They told we will refund your amount with in one day. But till now we didn't get the amount. Please take the proper action. Please refund my amount.

                                        Its not resolved, how you mark that is resolved. Atleast they won't get back to me.
                                        The bus is cancelled the same travelling day itself by RTO issues from chittoor to Hyderabad on 22nd july, got the message same day will refund, it not yet refunded.
