    I have paid a luggage charge. But he don't give me any receipt on your branch office and he send me a other luggage massage on my phone my seat was B1 but he send me c1 A2 seat massage bus no ap 39 w 2261. I have only two luggage. I will never travel next time with your bus.

      Dear sir now i am in your travel bus from hyd to jangareddygudem. Here we are dis saticified with your travel services... Why because there is no water bottle, no blanket, no charging port and finally no lights. So please privide these services... Here the thing is you are providing lights and charging port but it doesn't work... And we asking your staff in the bus.. They tell it could not work...         According to the info provided 2 bags allowed per person which is 15 kgs. And mine is 2 tickets i have 3 bags im sure only one big bag remaining are too small less than 4 kgs. They are asking for charges. And literally a international flight will allow 22kgs... i hope they are loading commercial luggages and decreasing the luggagr of customer... clearly a money buglers.

          Address: Vinukonda to Visakhapatnam bus

          According to the information provided while ticket booking, it shows a dropping point for which I had bought a ticket. Before my travel I came to know that the bus is not going to the dropping point. They dropped me at a 12 km away from the dropping point in an other place where I'm not supposed to end my trip. They should provide a clear cut information about the dropping point.

            Sir,
            If you are given in online please drop the location if your bus late and gold your driver no entery not possible to go your dropping point thus not good if you are taken ticket ai arrange auto and send as per booking dropping point but your bus drivers not support fir this in Visakhapatnam city

                  Hello Team, My Friend and my sister booked the tickets and driver didn't stopped at my sister's stop and without stopping he asking to reach us to Ameerpet lakdikapool lbnagar, at heavy raining and no chance of transportation. The ticket checking guy knows they were no other beside ladies at my friend's seat, he is continuously going there and harrassing and disturbing my friend. Bus nun is A101 c3, c5 from Hyderabad to guntur . Tried contacting the numbers but those numbers are not use . Filed a online police complaint .

                    We booked Bangalore to Ongole with bus timings 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM and expected arrival informed as 7:00 AM with delay of 1.5 hours when we boarded. Also, But, the bus halted almost for 1 hour for one passenger which makes the delay as 2.5 hours.

                    We are going to our native bcs of an emergency at home as my hand mother passed away. That's why we booked this bus which will take us to our place to visit granny for one last time. But, despite of several requests from us we didn't get any proper answer from the driver about the reason of delay and even neglected our request.

                    We can understand delay of 30 min maximum 1 hour. But, how 2-3 hours of delay is acceptable ??

                    If I didn't visit my granny for one last time, does the travels take the responsibility ?? I can even go to consumer court for falsified information about arrival time given by the travels. I am expecting serious action in this. I am still in travel and if I miss the opportunity to see my granny, I won't take this easily and will make your travels responsible for the said actions.

                    Also, I am never going to book Morning Star and will not recommended it to any of my friends or relatives. Worst travels ever seen.

                    Also, we paid nearly 2.5k for two people and there are no curtains available in the bus (informed that due to COVID they removed and yet to wash them), no sanitizer available in the bus. I will complain about sanitisation of the bus to government officials that no COVID safety measures where considered for passengers safety.

                    Worst and worst service I have ever seen.

                      We booked AC bus tickets (3, 2 ladies and 1 man) and we are travelling with 5 months kid. When we enter into the bus at Annavaram bus stop some people are drinking at our seats and driver is also encouraging them. Driver convinced us and provided only 2 tickets. This bus is not safe for ladies. Worst travells.

                        This is naresh I journey to giddalur from visakhapatnam, dated 25.09.2021, bus cleaning is not good seating is wrost, charging & lights is not working, driver also not politely taken, he has not stoped food for in time he is stopping food timings is night 10pm her we r journey with childrens how much he will wait, outside persons has allowing in the bus without tickets pandic situation how will allowing other persons in the bus.

                          Dear sir, Busno.Ap07TM3, Date:01/09/2021, PNRno.1187808, Boarding point silkboard at 9.50P.m.these are the details.complaints are as follows:Bus driver talked rudely, Bus boarding location changed without any information, No calls or Messages received regarding the change of location.while calling to the service phone numbers given by you, phone is switched off every time.very very disappointed .
                          Suggestion: Please close the bus service for which no good service given to our passengers, no intimation regarding the change of boarding, no calls or messages.

                            No covid measures taken. RTC is 100% better than this. No window curtains, no blankets, no seat covers. Shame of you as you are collecting 2400 per 2 seats and no minimum requirements provided.

                              My parents are travelling from Kadapa to Vizag on 2+1 A/c sleeper Bus. Unfortunately their seats have Glass pieces on them. The Window ist completely closed with Metal sheet, its dark inside. They are not changing the seats. My parents Just started their Journey and Just boarded 10min ago.

                                The name morning star, from outside looks like airbus but inside like municipal corporation. No worthy for penny. No response from staff. Rude behaviour from staff. Coming to the bus condition inside worst. No proper bed covers, pillow covers, no bedsheets, but was superb. It was charged 2100 including taxes. For 2 persons. I will never book the tickets for my journey in this bus. My humble request no one can't book the tickets till your death in this bus. While I was coming to hyd by indu travels it was so nice journey. Return to home it was horrible. Pls through out india never book the tickets in morning star travels. If means before death u can definitely see the hell. Pls listen to me. And save your money and health too because no proper cleaningness in this pandemic, if you do journey once u can definitely affected by covid19 . Not at all following covid precautions
