Hi,
I have booked morning star travels from hyderabad to nellore, service 159 on 7th april 2019. The bus did not have basic amenities like pillow. My drop point was near nellore by pass and driver did not drop me there, he dropped on highway near simhapuri hospital, which was 5km away. I had to take auto from there till drop point i chose. It costed me 500 rs even after paying 2000 rs for the bus. Driver was very rude when i asked him to drop near my drop point (Nellore by pass). I called customer care and officers in the night and informed them about driver's rejection to drop me at the drop point i booked, and his rude behaviour, but no response at all. I travelled in morning star before too, but this is the worst experience i have ever had. Will never ever book again. I did not ask anything extra from driver or customer care, i just asked what paid for, but the response i received was worst. Plese refund my amont paid from simhapuri hospital to nellore by pass and take action against the driver.

Yesterday my father came from chirala to Bangalore. My father carrying nearly 50kg of luggage. They charged overly. When I asked them they don't care what we said. They said new rules are introduced but they did not provide the receipt for luggage.
