Hi, I am A.Thanmaya Krishna from ongole.we have a reservation for 4 passengers from Bangalore to ongole.Bus is scheduled at 7:00 pm in Anand Rao circle due to traffic we are just 5 min late.we reached the arrival at 7:05pm in the meanwhile we called the bus operator so many times and we requested him to stop 5 min but he doesn't care our words, with us our grandma and grandpa also there and we asked the operator please sir, wait for 5 min we are on the way.But rash people don't care our words.we are new to City we faced so much problems on that day😠😠😠These services are running based on passengers, how irresponsibly u people do this to passengers?

Yesterday my father came from chirala to Bangalore. My father carrying nearly 50kg of luggage. They charged overly. When I asked them they don't care what we said. They said new rules are introduced but they did not provide the receipt for luggage.

    Yesterday, at about 9.46pm the bus bearing no. Ka 51 ac 8076 over taking our car near secretariate towards lakdikapool on the left side of our car, when questioned to the driver vulgarly replied. The same was brought to the concern but no feedback from them and i lodged police complaint. I have seen the review of the complaints are zero. So telangana government has to ban the travels in the state for the safety of the people living in it.

      Bus reached hyderabad very fast. Also the screens were having pan parag spitted on it. Bus was enormously untidy. Not sure how long it has been since the beds, pillows, and screens were washed. I think for years, they were not washed. Bus was jumping and the driver was driving very rash.ac wind was very low and literally sweating was there a lot.. Unable to sleep properly bcos no air was coming and the bed was not at all comfortable. The behaviour of ticket checker in the office was very rude, he was speaking like as if i am a servant of his house. Will never ever book morning star travels in future n will not recommend also. After reaching hyderabad they dropped me in a signal like a city bus. Paid 1500 bugs and its not worth a penny.

        Worst servicng i have faced now i have booked the ticket for 12th night from sattenapalli to hyderabad from paytm.
        When i entered in search box for from and to i git results 4 busses for which the timings are 11.50 pm and 11.55pm and 12.15 am and 12.45 am.
        Every one thinks ite 12th nyt not early morning 12th.

        You are making peoples are fool and unnecessarily getting money from people such a cunning mentality this is irregular behaviour totally 2000 rs gone for me who will pay that amount you bloddy...,...

        Bus is good even driving also good
        No water supply

        We traveled from chilakaluripet to hyd on may1 in morning star travels.After crossing miryalaguda driver slept and hitted 4buffaloes and bus door didn't open and driver escaped.Till now no one contacted and said sorry no refund initiated

          Hi team,
          Below are my journey details:
          Bus journey details from bangalore to guntur on 09/05/2019 are pnr: 9156002, seat no: e1, reporting time: 21:00, bus no: ap-07-tm-7513,

          My booked seat is damaged and quality of seat is poor, where a iron rod is hanging and might fall on passenger during the journey. However the staff is very negligent about it and i'm worried about my safety during the travel. Please look into this and kindly do the needful.

            My self ramesh traveling in vizag to guntur bus on 6th night in our morningstar travels night time 11 o clock here ur bus people making disturbance in the bus and keep on changing the unreserved passengers in the bus. Wat the use of taking reservation in bus. I am having un reserved photos also with me. Take proper action on team i want to inform the same to rto also

              Morning star travels cheating customers by mentioning " volvo b11r multiple auto trans bus. But actual bus is not multiaxle and its a classy worst bus.. Why you people cheating customers.. Worst and no response.
              Reply... You are the worst guys cheating customers by mentioning top class bus but you are providing low class bus..
              It will impact both speed and time.. No value for money.. No further refer this bus to anybody..

                Perishable items were booked in vijayawada on 29/4/19 at 11:00am for a delivery at kphb, hyd. Till now there is now (1/5/19-1:45pm) no response from them and not attending the calls inkphb. When contacted their toll free, horrible response from team (Keeping the call on wait for 5 minutes every time) and when spoke with the manager mr. Mastan they too were unable to trace where my consignment was-“was the answer received by them” after checking continuously.

                  Hi this is chandu,
                  I have booked a parcel from tenali to bommasandra, once parcel reached bangalore, travels person called me and told we will not send to bommasandra office so he asked me to come and collect from madiwala, or else he asked me to pay extra amount to deliver for bomasandra.
                  But actual ticket even booked for bommasandra
                  On top of that once i collected the box i found box was completely damaged, almost 11kg + packets are missing, when i have asked the travels person he has started abusing in bad language stating you can go and give complaint at booking office.
                  The person who is employee of madiwala morning star office is speaking very rudley to the customer with abusing language.
                  This is what travels team is training to the employees.
                  Need to take action on travels for their poor service and worst behaviour towards customers

                    I have booked ticket from Bangalore to Vijayawada for 16th April 2019 bus number KA51AC8035. Bus time was 10.00PM but came at 10.20 to silkboard. Now the time is 11.30 still bus is at silkboard only due to RTO check is going on. I understood that they have put some over weight goods in bus.. Hence he is not allowing us to move. I thought morning star is one of good travel service but after seeing all this I felt it not. I asked driver and other guy.. They are telling that they don't know about the goods.. Asking us to speak with office people..

                      Vehicle number:ap-07-tm-3779 (From bangalore to kakinada) just before getting into the bus, got message like seat got changed to b6 from b2. Earlier i have booked b2. How come you people decide my place even though i have booked. Just checkout this time of email, exactly 12:00 am, do i need to do all this at this time. Exactly now at this time they wake me up and asked me to take a seat beside a girl not at b6 too. Even though i donr want to take b6. Luckily one place left beside a girl, if not what you people will do. Is this the correct manner to treat customers. This morning start travels starts losing our faiths, we have faced so many issues before with this travels. This time though i seriously want to take it to your end, that's why being a frustrated customer writing this mail.
                      Can you please compensate me at any case. Such a worst journey i had ever.

                        Hi,
                        I have booked morning star travels from hyderabad to nellore, service 159 on 7th april 2019. The bus did not have basic amenities like pillow. My drop point was near nellore by pass and driver did not drop me there, he dropped on highway near simhapuri hospital, which was 5km away. I had to take auto from there till drop point i chose. It costed me 500 rs even after paying 2000 rs for the bus. Driver was very rude when i asked him to drop near my drop point (Nellore by pass). I called customer care and officers in the night and informed them about driver's rejection to drop me at the drop point i booked, and his rude behaviour, but no response at all. I travelled in morning star before too, but this is the worst experience i have ever had. Will never ever book again. I did not ask anything extra from driver or customer care, i just asked what paid for, but the response i received was worst. Plese refund my amont paid from simhapuri hospital to nellore by pass and take action against the driver.

                            This is to inform you that we have booked one cartoon on dated 06/03/2019 vide lr no-p[protected] from bangalore at morning star - madiwala to hyderabad - gachibowli. The box contained 10 nos jackets inside but when my person received the box on 8th at hyderabad (Gachibowli), the box was torned from one corner and same was again sealed by brown tape whereas, we have sealed our box with company tape only.

                            Please look into the matter as we are not getting any response from both the branch. Looking forward your co-operation

                              My name isTanmaya traveling from Hyderabad to Tirupathi in morning star travels today I.e 8th March 2019 .
                              There is no place to sit in a pick up van and the drivers behaviour is very rude and shouting on me infront of everyone when I asked for a place to sit ... I’m the only girl standing in the bus I felt very bad and unsafe during my journey, I don’t recommend morning star travels to any of my friends and relatives, Please take serious action and improve your services
                              Faced worst experience that too on a women’s day

                                I have travelled from guntur to hyderabad on jan 16 along with my bike. My bike got damaged and informed to managers of morning star travels (Bhanu-hyderabad manager and ganesh - guntur manger). Initially they responded like they will refund the money. Later when i am asking for money they are not responding. For morning star travels help line also i have contacted. They are saying you can complaint to police we cant help you.

                                    I travelled from hyderabad to bangalore on 30 jan 19 & the driver collected 1000 for my luggage and i had to give them the money as they were not giving my luggage at the dropping location where it reached at around 11:30 pm. As i was traveling alone so didn't argue with them.
                                    I had only 3 bag, 1 laptop & 1 purse.
                                    This was not expected from and i will never recommend other people to opt for morning star even i will not take ride from this untill there is no option.

                                    Now i know why rating is average

                                    Let me know if i can get that money back.

                                      When the travels guarantee that the drop will be by 8am for the bus from bangalore to vijayawada, the bus is delayed by 4 hours!!!

                                      There is no charging point provided or water or apologies given to the passenger. You have been in the service for. More than 4 years and still have no clue on how to run travels. Your service is degrading year after year.

                                      I have missed an important meeting because of you guys.

                                      Need my refund for this.

                                        I am travelling today i e on 09th jan 2019 from bangalore to vijayawada.
                                        I booke the ticket one week prior for sleeper in middle.

                                        One day before the travel i got the call from morning star executive and informed us bus cancelled due to ac issue and change my bus to other bus which is @11:00pm, my initial travel time is 10:00pm
                                        I said ok and changed my office routines and personal works accordingly.

                                        Again the morning start executive called me on the travel day i. E on 09th jan 2019 and again he is saying 11;00pm bus also cancelled and he is moving me to another bus which will start @11.30pm, i said ok but the seat also he offer me last before berth which is very uncomfort as it is on top of back tires of the bus.

                                        I clearly informed him as it is very uncomfort for my 12 hours of journey then the reply from them is we don't have other option so you want this or not in my last minutes of journey.

                                        Finally i accepted for last berth as i have to go at any cost.
                                        This is not the good practice to trouble the passenger.
                                        I really felt bad and disappointed and any way i have to suffer 12 hours on back seat though i book the ticket in advance.
