I booked my ticket in morning star tarvels jangareddygudem to srikakulam. Becouge i have interview in srikakulam april 19, 2021. Morning 8.30 am. So i had reserved bus ticket 22.50 pm april 18th, 2021.
But now the time is 12.41 am, till now bus not pick up me. Please refund my money for bus delay

    Hi,
    I have booked a ticket on 16th April in morning star travels from Hyderabad to tirupathi, even though am waiting at my boarding point, no body called me or picked me, have waited upto 1am at the boarding point, with my kid, so I have not travelled in the bus plz refund my ticket amount,

    Note-
    I have called 30 times to my boarding point contact numbers, still no body replyed

    The worst worst worst worst travels, they don't pick the customers itself, they loots money from customers by selling tickets, they wants money not the customers

      Bus time given 11:10 and we have asked for bus timing after 11:10 your staff was telling that go and sit bus will come and i am carring small cotton box they are telling that if ask more they will put LR for that. If this is the right way plz tell me i can rise complaint in consumer forum

          My name is venkata subrahmanyam i have done online reservation for my travel from guntur to ravulapalem in morningstar travels on 27022021. onthat day driver is in drunken state and dropped me at some unknown place at diwancheruvu Rajahmundry highway. When i asked for my dropping point driver said me that he is new to this route, then i requested the driver to drop me at aleast Rajahmundry busstation instead of dropping me in the unknown place to reach my destination but he used offensive language he shouted at me like anything.             Hi Morning Star travels,

            The followed redBus Ticket - TQ3C16766771 has been scheduled on February 13, 2021, @ 10:30 PM and it got canceled by Bus operator at the last minute with the reason Bus got Breakdown. Also, it was confirmed by Bus operator after contacting the numbers: [protected], [protected]. But still, I haven't received the respective refund amount: 1399 Rs to my bank account. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible

              I am traveling from, kadapa to vizag, such long journey, no TV, no ear phones, no at least Water, no blankets, Ac not working well, very bad hygienic, mask not provided, thermal scanner not seen, no sanitization, Bus Fair is very high without providing anything, no seat belt, no lights properly, very tired with out water, not provided anything, why not following Guidelines, I am asking as a citizen and Govt Official. Very very Bad and worst Services

                  Booked ticjet from visakhapatnam to kurnool for 1st jan 2021 2pm bus bus was late for an hour in kurmannapalem where u boarded bus and from hereit us approximately more than 16 hrs journey and to my surprise charging points are not working when contaxted driver he says guve complaint no problem when contacted at eluru office they recklessly answered they dint mention that they provide charging as it is basic amenity and not related to covid. 19 and for ladies phone charging is must for their safety how can uou deny it please order the bus driver to on char

                    I have booked AC sleeper 2+1 from Vijayawada to Visakhapatnam now. I can understand that due to covid, you are not providing pillows, blankets. But atleast you can provide window Curtains which is least care about a passenger journey. I was picked at Tadepalli office and I can see there are other buses which have complete window Curtains. This is not we expected. Atleast please try to provide some window curtains before crossing vijayawada

                        I had booked tickets in morning star travels dated 27th November 2020.

                        My complaint on driver and his assistant.

                        When I am sleeping Driver assistant person came to me at 12.10AM and instructing me you have to get down on bypass we will not go in to the city(Allagadda) if any doubt come and speak with driver however I went to driver place and his telling to me we need clarification where you get down that very un politely.

                        Is this right time to ask customer where you get down at 12.10 AM.

                        I told them I will complaint on both of them they are saying that no one can touch us wherever you want complain you can go.

                        I think they have to much ego and they are satisfied by irritating passenger.

                        Please take action according to the law.

                          I have booked a flight ticket from Star Airlines website on 29th Mar-2020. The ticket was cancelled due to a Locked down in the nation, The ticket was a trip from HUbballi (Karnataka) to Delhi departure date 26th march 2020. I haven't received any refund from Airlines till now they are refused to give a refund, they said you can use that amount only for rebooking the ticket, I have raised a request for ticket booking also but I am not getting any good response fro them, everyone is lying and not giving my amount back

                          Please help me to get my amount refund.

                            I had booked two box parcel on 27th Oct 2020 from Bangalore (Madiwala) to Hyderabad (Lakadikapool) ; LR Number P[protected], the in-charge person took both box consisting of live fish in one box and frozen fish food in another box, wherein he was suppose to send the parcel on the same night on 27th Oct 2020 to Hyderabad, but when my customer went to Lakadikapool to collect parcel, he was informed that parcel wasn't sent from Bangalore.

                            When I enquired Madiwala office, the in-charge person said vehicle didn't come for pick up and he is going to send on 28th Oct 2020, since it was frozen food and live fish, I had to collect back the parcel, but he promised me that he will refund ₹550 on next day (29th Oct 2020), now he is saying he has to get money from head office and not ready to refund.

                            Even telling if you want to give police complaint also fine...

                            Plus he is lieing saying we never mentioned it's live fish and frozen fish foods, he is claiming that we mentioned as some motor...

                            Hope you will act appropriately and refund ₹550.

                              I was stopped at bording point to pay luggage becoz i have a box, suitcase and a cabin baggage. This is bare minimum to travel any body traveling from rural to city and boarding flights. Driver says to open the box on the road. Office insists to pay luggage. Whole staff drivers all ganged up on me. Up on demanding their luggage limits not even single person gave proper inputs. None of their website has proper info. This is ridiculous that for a sleeper coach they don’t allow 50kg luggage. Please consider this as a complaint on these moneynsucking business by these travels.

                                I have booked a ticket in morning star travels from bhimavaram to hyderabad on 9th gmfeb 2020 service no 332a. I have received a confirmation msg about the details of the bus and the driver no when i am calling to that number he is not picking up the phone and when the bus arrived to the location i have asked the driver that why are u not picking up the phone, he told me that the phone no is not ours it is a wrong number, after that i have called to the morning star office vijayawada ntr circle the guy who has picked up the phone he is telling me that it is not the company fault it is the passenger fault that u should not call the driver. The way he has been spoken is not correct the morning star travels has sent a wron information of the driver and the office guy is blaming the customer that why did u call that number and we have not given that number. I am really dissatisfied with morning star travels.

                                    Women have the right to safety, dignity and respect. These private travels at least not aware about this. Stopping bus for washroom for women at safe toilets is a minimum responsibility of bus management. Bus these travels stopping bus where there is no toilet at all, water, sanitary facility. Which is against swach bharat and women safety. Please take action against them and make stricter norms

                                      13 th hyderabad such worst conductor and driver 5 elder asked for toilet but he didn't stop for a hour the way he talking to passengers is worst looks like vijayawada is city of worst ugly dogs those two from there and how morning star gave them job may be their women have them job.
                                      Really dogs like these die soon in worst way.. Morning star management also has to die in worst way

                                      I am travelling from Bangalore to Nellore in morning star travels AP 39 TB 5035 sleeper in the date[protected],
                                      My bearth is A4 upper, there’s a window with 5 inches, air is not comming inside and we complained the driver and co-workers, they were replying very rash and arguing with ladies too. Please take immediate action.

                                        I have booked a bus ticket with morning travels from Hyderabad to Ongole on 15th of Dec 2019 through abhibus app.
                                        My pickup is at 10 pm from Miyapur in the scania single axle metro link bus. I reached the pickup point and called up the driver for exact pick up location and to my surprise i was told that the bus has been cancelled. This was shocking and i further contacted the help line number and guy was arguing that i was told about the cancellation. I ended up losing am important work
                                        Please take appropriate action on the travels and request to arrange refund for the loss incurred
