    I am traveling in bus number 4444 from hyderabad to vishakhapatanam 26th night. The bus is supposed to reach at 9 and it is already late. They have been picking passengers along the way and stopping everywhere like a route city bus. The driver was very rude when i went to the washroom at a place where he had already stopped.
    This is the worst experience i ever had during my bus journeys. I paid rs 2140, which is equivalent to flight charge and i don't deserve this sort of service. I am planning to complain in consumer forum. This bus company should compensate the travellers for failing to maintain minimum standards.

    Bus time initially was 10 and changed to 9... Again after reaching to bus point and we called they told that bus time was again 10...
    When we asked about pillows driver told that due to bus timings they cannot manage to bring pillows

      Travelling to bangalore (Pnr 7837801), bus didn't stop for once for toilet break even though i could see big petrol pumps on the way.
      Asked the driver twice, still he didn't. Did call customer care, but didn't succeed!!! It stopped for random. People on the way, but not stations for a washroom break!
      This is very unacceptable in a 9hr bus journey!!!

          Hi i have booked ticket from guntur to hyderabad on 9th dec through morning star travels, after boarding the bus i came to know that my push back is not working, i asked them to change the seat, but they didn't. Due to which i can't able to sleep properly and got back pain, i want to consumer court to take serious action on it. It's been 2nd tym i'm facing issue with morning star travels

            I was travelling from hyderabad to vellore on 22/11/2018. The individual cabin light was not working. The blanket was not wrapped in plastic cover. So could not say whether the blanket was used or fresh. The electrical pin fit cell phone charging was not powered up. When i asked the driver to switch it on, he sent the conductor to address the problem. The conductor name as claimed by the conductor himself was venkat reddy. His behaviour was nothing short of a goon. He was saying that the power would be switched on only after 5 am. When i demanded that the power be switched on, he started using a very disrespectful language. I urged that action be taken against this individual.                 Bus no 3311 seat no f2... From hyderabad to bengalaru on 13 november... All bus is full of seats... And they added a unknown women she don't have ticket... I was listing songs till 12 i have everything in my bags... After words i slept till 5... When i woke up and my stop came early i am in hurry to go out to catch old cabs... It's really such a big service from morning star... Any body can travel with out ticket it's all about cleaner and morning star

                  Me and my friends are booked the tickets from ongloe to banglore on[protected]. When we are booking tickets at the time only we told to the travels office in ongloe. We have to two bikes and it should also transfer in that same bus only. But now they are telling in another bus only they can transfer. They are not intimated before also. Before 5 minutes they are intimate. It's not good at all. If you guys can't slove our problem. I am sure morning star travels will face a big problem. We are students. We can promote any company. We can get down any company

                    I have booked ticket from hyderabad to vijayawada dt 16/10/18 sest no. C2, service no.314a timing 11.55 at chintalakunta bus stop lb nagar. I waited till 2.00 am and astonished knowing that bus left hyderabad without picking up me at given point. Entire my tour schedule disturbed. You people made me to sir on road like dog entire night. I am suing you in consumer court for this serious lapse.

                      I rajesh m, booked two tickets to nellore from bangalore selecting bellandur as pick up point with morning star bus travel. Please see bus details below:

                      Passengers details: my wife and mother in law along with my 9 months son.
                      Travel date: wed 4th oct 2018
                      Bus no: ap 07 tm 4079
                      Bus type: a/c sleeper
                      Seat: b4 and b6
                      Pick point: bellandur at 11:25 pm
                      Drop point: nellore

                      Let me describe the incident now, i got a call from driver at 11:18 pm informing the bus arrived at bellandur pick point and request us to come at boarding point in 5 minutes (Here the bus came before expected time). We informed of coming in 10 minutes and did reached the location in 9 minutes i. E 11:26 pm. After reaching the bellandur pick point, we did not find any bus hence immediately called the drive. He said he moved the bus as we did not reached the boarding point and asked to come at marathialli office. Till here we were late by 1 minute and as per travel agencies policy drivers are suppose to wait atleast for 10 mins for passengers to come and board the bus. But in my scenario they did not waited at all and moved the bus.

                      Me and my family members somehow reached marathalli and enquired about the bus and found we reached early and the bus is yet to arrive.

                      My point is if driver would have stopped the vehicle for 10 minutes as per procedure and guidelines we would have boarded the cab in bellandur itself rather than reaching marathalli for boarding along with 9 months son.

                      I request and appeal to the morning star travels management to take appropriate action against driver. This request is not only in the interest of the travels but also in the larger public interest who are a frequent travelers and choose morning star as their most preferred travel agency. Such drivers can create this incident with someone else in the future if they are not checked and accounted for today.

                      I had booked my bike from Guntur to beramguda ... They had dropped that at ameer pate ... And they sent us to different stops ... And speaking very care less and irrespective... Very bad experience with the morning star travels how arrogant they are

                        I regularly travel from vijayawada to bangalore by morning star travels. Off late i have seen that no facilities are being provided by the travels. The charging plugs do not work. Don't give me the reason that it is because of ac consumption and all. They don't even work even if they want to start it! This is really disgusting. Also, we are supposed to reach bangalore at 7.30, but every time it is at 10.30am that i reach silk board. It's not because of bangalore traffic. The bus reaches the outskirts of bangalore at 8.45am. Why such delay? I am not sure if you guys forget that most o[censored]s have to go to office early and that's the reason we book for such an early travel. You guys don't seem to care.
                        I am never travelling again with your travels. Worst travel ever!

                          Booked a ticket from guntur to hyderabad in morning star travels on 16-sep-2018. When i boarded the bus the driver said we have to change the bus with same seat numbers in kodhada. When i asked why, they said the original bus has break down. But when clearly enquired, they did not paid the interstate tax between andhra pradesh and telangana. Why should a customer has to bother about not paying the taxes. They are looting the customers with high charges and their response is very rude. Can any government official please take an action against morning star travels or will it also continue the same with bribes.

                              I was travelled from bapatla to Hyderabad in morning star travel bus with Ticket no: TM[protected]

                              PNR no: TS[protected]VIKJ/6933869/179 on Aug 09 Thursday 2018. The bus driver was so arragant n he loaded my logistic without LR in bapatla.after crossing of bapatla he was called me to come at cabin n asked me 500 rupees for my logistic.i was refused to give 500 because he didn't said at the time of departure.when I said I won't give money he got anger and starting abusing me in bad words n threatened me horribilly n said " I will through ur lagguge from bus".this is d way of morning star travels Crue behaving towards a passenger.iam giving bus driver information with this take action on him n inform me while taking action other wise I will approach HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION and RTA department

                                On an urgency i am travelled from chennai to guntur. The ticket fare online was 550rs for the semi sleeper. Due to technical issues i could not book my ticket. I reached kayyabedam station to catch the bus. L at 11 pm. They charged 700rs. Ok i just don't mind about the fare. But the thing that hurt me is the way the employees responded to me. I asked for water to one of the employees to provide. It is quite common to supply water bottles and blankets for an ac bus. That too morning star surely does this. He instead of responding smoothly, he said that the company will not provide any water bottles, you have to carry yours own. What the hell answer is he giving. Why the organization is not serious about these employees. Is this the way that you provide services to us? Can't you stop these employees annoying?

                                  I was carrying an old TV (7 years old) from Chennai to Hyd. The staff said that I have to pay him in order for me to carry it as it is a pre-requisite by RTO. But this is applicable only for new televisions. I kept telling him that its an old one, but he demanded 1000 rs in order to get it delivered to me at Hyderabad. He never let the luggage out and demanded 1000 rs else I have to spend half a day at their office to get a receipt and further to which it will be cleared. Pathetic staffing and customer service. I had to give him as I did not have a choice.

But it is not delivered in bangalore, i asked to travels from past five days but no one is responding inculding owner also. They are behaving very negligent.

                                    Hi team. I'm highly disappointed with the services provided by this morning star travels. There was some maintenance issue in the bus. They told gear rod broke. There was a crack already before and due to their negligence in it, now in the middle of journey, it completely broke.

                                    I am on the way to bangalore from chennai. I paid nearly 1500/- for smooth and safe journey in this travels, ac sleeper seat: b1.

                                    As i was single, they woke me up midnight, said that there was seat in another bus and sent me to a different bus. There, no bearth to sleep. Instead they have a shown me some place beside driver to sit with my luggage and travel for 3 hours, sitting. This is completely against my will. By saying lies, they shifted me to a different bus.

                                    I requested for a seat to sleep and they said they didn't have any. Now, where did my money go? Did i paid that 1500 to sit beside driver and journey for half of the distance.

                                    I demand justice.

                                    No sleep, no proper response to my question and was told lies and shifted me the bus.

                                    I demand return of my money.

                                    This is not at all customer responsibility. You made me suffer physically with back pain and no sleep for most of the journey. Atleast with all due respect, return the amount that i paid for ac sleeper.

                                      Please guys never give your items for this travels to send them somewhere... I gave my documents kept in a bag and they charged more than the speed post cost and they delivered it 100kms away from the destination. Such a stupid act. And they took 2 more days to get it to destination where i failed to submit my documents on time. And no one took the responsibility when i called. I called easily 20-30 times and every call got wasted in terms of work. Shameless travels. Travels name is morning star travels

                                      We have booked 3 parcels containing Borewell pump, hose pipe, wires and other items. In Tadepally Office of Morning Star in Vijayawada they have stolen the wires from the box by opening the box.
                                      In front of our eyes they have opened other persons boxes and stolen A big Cauliflower and some lemon.

                                      We have booked out of the 3 parcels one Borewell wire from Auto nagar, Morning Star office on friday ie 20th July, 2018. They said will send it on saturday ie 21th July, 18. They did not send the same even till tuesday ie 24th July, 2018. I had to take back the same and sent from other service

                                        I tried to book tickets from pune to hyderabad twice.. Both times transactions went successful but booking failed and i received a message saying refund will be done. I even confirmed with one of the morning star office person ([protected]). He also confirmed that tickets have been cancelled. But in the evening i received a call from bus driver saying ticket is confirmed. I do not understand what is the problem here and i am worried of i will get my money refunded.
