Hi,

This is to log a formal complaint against morning star Service number bearing TS-1 from Miyapur to bhadrachalam dated June 1st 2023 . The bus was delayed by 40 mins and since we questioned the attendant (cleaner), he threatened the passengers stating he would stop the bus in Suryapet and let passengers offboard and throw the luggage on road during midnight. We do have a video recorded for the mess that cleaner has created and reported to morning star but no response.

Would like to check if we can log this officially with police and proceed legally.

    Service no. 305, bus no. Ap39TA4200 driver didn't came on time bus was late 2.30 hrs he says traffic jam but there is no traffic jam. Even he is not stop for toilets also entire night. I am asking Why u not Stop bus he replied to me how would I know they were going for toilets and also told me bus was so late that's why I am not stopping any where. Morning start travels didn't mention the route map for bus. When I am booked from Hyderabad to bapatla it will come various routes. But they will not mentioned, pls mention.

      While booking the bus they mentioned 2pieces of luggage but when I am boarding the bus they are collecting 300rs for 1 small cotton box of 8kg(fruits). This is not at all correct they could have mentioned it in terms but at the boarding point they are asking for 300rs what can we do at that point of time other than paying what they asked for. Very poor service from morning star

        The bus which I booked non AC sleeper from hyd to Bangalore is cancelled. The company has shifted it to AC bus, but I didn't want to opt it as I my dad has health issues. I asked to cancel the ticket and refund the amount. But they denied. I would like to have the full refund amount.
        Below are the details of the ticket.

          Bus from Bangalore to pamarru on 31st march-2023 got cancelled but refund isn't initiated. Also I haven't received any confirmation message or mail regarding cancellation but bus driver called me on 30th march-2023 and informed that bus got cancelled and I'll receive message shortly. I have called bus driver and morning Star travels office. But still I haven't received any information regarding cancellation or my refund. Ticket Number: TS4V17651656 | PNR No: RB826487

                Hi,

                I traveled from shiridi to Hyderabad on 14th night. Our seats which we initially booked for were not given and when we complained to driver. Drivers doesn’t care about our issue and even the red bus also said the same. He promised to refund our 2 tickets money and now he’s not responded to my calls.

                His name is Sunil and contact number is [protected]. He has agreed in-front of all the passengers that he will refund my money in 24hrs and it’s already 48 hrs and nothing has happened. Morning star company itself is a very unprofessional company with unethical practices and doesn’t care about customer feelings.

                I will never book anymore morning star buses and will not recommend anyone too. So pathetic service.

                  I have booked a ticket a week back, with 1800INR, Now the price has reduced to 1400INR.
                  How can they change frequently like this ?? Even if they change I request them to return the balance amount to the customer.

                    Iam Ramesh Nandam from Hyderabad, I was booked a ticket from tanuku to Hyderabad my boarding time is 10:45 but your bus is at 10:20 that is not my fault, that is your travels fault, iam at boarding time 10:45 but your bus passes a way such a worst experience in my life, I put a legal suit on your travel company.

                      I have availed a service from Shirdi to Hyderabad BH seeing their photos on their website once I enter into bus. I really shocked it’s an untidy no AC no light no blanket no water bottle. But they changed high. Can’t we get basic things ?

                          I have travelled from hyd to guntur and paid
                          2000. I wish I have booked APSRTC instead of
                          morning star travels. My bus time was 11:15 and
                          it arrived at 12:30, None of the charging point
                          works, No proper guidance. 95 48 4- Bad
                          maintenance. I think there will be no use of this
                          compliant as as I see many complaints were
                          not even considered.

                            I have booked one parcel from Hyderabad to Kadapa. I have paid through Paytm app. But transaction is pending status. So I was given the Rs..500 cash to Morning star travels employee Mr. Ramavath Anil . After that Paytm transaction successful on[protected]. So i was asked Mr. Ramavath Anil to return the Rs.500. But he is not responded. And also he is not talking right way to me.

                            In this regard kindly take the action of Mr. Ramavath Anil.

                              Dear morning star travels, a parcel was sent by my friend from Vijayawada(hanuman peta) to Hyderabad (vanastalipuram) on 05/11/22 wide LR No: 22-23/VJA-H/757460 & Vehicle No: PY-05-9955.
                              parcle should come to hyderabad on 06/11/22 but till now (13/11/2022) parcle status is not found. iam repeatedly asked vanastalipuram branch and hanuman pet branch people but they are not responding and very rude behavior. so please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                I have booked an ticket from Hyderabad to srikalahasti. Bus is very dirty with their curtains bed and pillow. They not even provided water bottle and they charged me an amount of 2000. Driver have boarded some passengers who are not even booked their tickets and have seated them in drivers cabin
