      This is regarding my MorphyRichards Hand Blender Sl no H041HM[protected] which was handed over at your authorized service center here at Guwahati " M/s SARMA AGENCY" on 14/11/2015 with a minor repairing requirement. However on my repeated requests from weeks after weeks, they haven't done anything. The only reply that I got for the past two months is that " MorphyRichards spares are not available with them as the company itself is not providing it to them. Moreover, I also explained the matter to your company representative at Guwahati Mr. Sourabh. However no positive response received from his side as well. As a loyal customer of yours, I deserve an explanation on this and also some initiation from your end to resolve my complaint. Hopping that, I will not be disappointed for choosing MorthyRichards products.

        I bought a microwave from Morphy Richards company and it started giving me troubles after 5 months. The food wasn't getting heated up . I called the customer care and they registered a complaint for me. A tech contacted me after a few days but I was not home and I requested him to come the next day but he said he is travelling this route only this day and cannot come tomorrow.I was at work and had no means to reach there by that time. I called him back after a few days and he gave the number for the service center in Trivandrum and asked to book a fresh complaint( S B ASSOCIATES, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, Tel.[protected]. I did so on the phone number as above . the tech called me couple of days later and visited my house . by then the non heating issue had become larger as the microwave was not even turning on. He removed the parts and told me that he is taking the circuit board and it will take a week to be repaired and the product is within warranty and the service center will call me if I need to pay anything for it. I told him that its within warranty and I didn't damage it and company should do it free of cost. He said he will speak to them or I can speak when they call me. He took it and went away. Now it has been over a month and no news about the service center or the tech. I called the number they gave and it said the number is not in service. I was worried and I called the Morphy Richards customer care and the rep was not even bothered to listen to my issues and registered another complaint . and I got a message from them as below " Your Bajaj Electricals Call No[protected] has been assigned to S B ASSOCIATES, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, Tel.[protected]" Well this is the same number I had been trying to call for weeks and not reachable. What happened to my device and where is it. I have been trying to call Morphy Richards and not able to reach through. What needs to be done. Should I file a case in consumer court for the way they are handling things

            This is to bring into your notice that whatever work Morphy Richards may be doing at the top level to manage company, their brand, their image but at the bottom or core of it, its totally shabby, baseless. i had bought a Popup toaster of Morphy Richards on 1st Nov 2015 and to be honest i really went against the wish of my Wife and Mother to buy Philips Popup Toaster. to my surprise the toaster burned all the breads which i was trying to toast and for the same i registered a complaint on 14th Nov. the engineer visited my place and told that the element is broken/not in shape and if still the issue persist then they will take it to their service center. He mentioned that he will come back in 3 days with new element and get it replace. i waited for more than 20 days then i called again and to my surprise the customer care agent told me that there was no complaint lodged. i lodged a complaint again (complaint no[protected] and the details i received of the service dealer ( Pant Service, Delhi - [protected]) no one picked up my call and i dint even received a single call from them. I called up again 3 times and till date no one has visited to resolve the Toaster issue. if any of you are serious about your brand or have have some decency to streamline your process and service center i request you to do it asap else the day will soon come when the brand will get extinct from the market. and by the way i am still waiting for a call from the service center and even after mailing you guys and posting on Twitter i dont get a call then god save your brand. thanks but no thanks, Siddhartha [protected]

              2 months back i had purchased one juicer mixer of morphy richards through flipkart i hardly used it for 2-3 times i start facing the problem like burning smell, excess vibration, excess noise coming from motor, overall you can say it's total product failure and when i lodged a complian they sent some guy's who might be their service engineers they just come and see the machine from and say your machine is ok there is no any problem. when i say to them if their is no problem then from where this burning smell coming from even my machine inner parts are also get damaged may be due to uneven rotation of filter. but sorry to say in my life i had never gone through such a poor service along with very very poor product specially from one of the leading international brand. It is really shamefull.

                We bought Morphy Richard Juicer, which did not even lost for three months, it was guaranteed for two years and warranty for five years, the motor stopped functioning, we raised the complaint with customer care, where we did not get any proper response, and finally with all difficulties found the service center near by, gave it for replacement a month back but till now no response. This is absolutely nonsense.

                  I am purchased micowave oven (morphy Richard) in march 2015. No one visit for the installation and for applications demo And now it not work properly ( fre heating problems in convection mode) . I locked the complaint on 22 November, 2015 for this problem but no one visit and problem are still same. I remind many time but no one concern about this problem and don't given any responses from service center. Mr ranjeet kumar from srvice center see this problem but he didn't not pick the call many time. I dont recommend this product to any one in my future. It's a big company of bajaj but its service is very bed. They only believe on sale not customer satisfaction. Rajrani gupta [protected]

                  Fake service center . Someone called and said that we are coming at site within half-hour for servicing but after half-hour no one came. So how I can trust on this company . No one stand on our words.

                    Purchase of defected OTG 52RCSS Morphy Richards We purchased the above appliance from Vijay sales, Belapur on 4th November, 2015 and brought the appliance in our car itself as we needed the same to be used as many guests were expected. But after opening the sealed box, we found the door of OTG was not closing completely, so it was rendered useless. We called Vijay Sales the next day and told them about the problem but each time they would put the call on hold endlessly and then disconnect. We kept calling them daily but they would not even reply what will happen next. Every time after taking the detail of the product they would say will call back but nothing happens next. Till date, our problem is pending and no one has even visited us till now. We could not use the OTG when we needed it and also wasted lot of time in following these Vijay sales useless crap and it caused mental agony and till now we are unable to use it. We have bought from Reliance digital, Croma and Arcee, but have never faced such pathertic consumer service. I would strongly recommend all to not to buy anything from Vijay Sales, atleast from Belapur outlet, the employees there are useless and don't understand a thing, unprofessional and lack common sense and the madam who handles incoming call is pathetic.                       Induction Chef Express 400 purchased in Mar 2014 under 2 yrs Guarantee failed on 3rd Oct and a complained was raised for same to replace the product as there is 2 yrs Guarantee they should replace my product as per terms & condition but the same was checked and it was assured that the product will be repaired in 3 days. After 5 days when I called up those guys they said they have not received the new part from Morphy and on 10th Before Diwali a guy visited & replace the PCB board and said .. There is another issue with the Induction and I had to take it to service centre to make it perfect and said it will take max 3 days .. So at any cost I will get the product on 21st Saturday. But they failed again .. and see its the third week and whenever I call them they say it will take another 3 days to get it repaired... Hell with their service... I have started hating them, . I will raise this case in consumer court .. they have to repent for the consumer harassment they are doing . SHAMELESS employees at their service centre. Bajaj probably is doing the stuff. Even I asked them to gimme a spare Induction temporarily so that I can use it until my product get repaired.. but that too they didnt agree.. as I don't have a domestic gas connection & I totally depend on Induction it is difficult on my part to quick .. sad how companies are playing with people... either they are stupid or the company is lack of knowledge how to deal such matters.

                        On 20 Aug2015, I made a request to Morphy Richards(MR) on tele o[protected] for free installation(as promised by the company) of 25 Ltrs geyser purchased by me. On taking complete details, ref No 7539775 allotted to me.One SMS given to me with their GURGAON service agency named AVG service Care having tele No[protected].Since then the following have occurred; (a) AVG service Care given tele NOT attended by any one in last SIX days. (b) After repeated calls to Mumbai office, one rep of this agency having mobile no [protected] came for installation on Sunday i.e. 23/8/2015 but this person has damaged both the studs provided by the company as well as my wall tile.since did not have any spare Studs, he left stating that the job will be done on Monday . (c) On Monday, the same person called up but I could not respond at that time.After a while, when I contacted, he showed his inability to come on this day. (d) On Tuesday, since about 1030 hrs, I tried to call him but he has not stated time.However at 1556 hrs he called when I was busy talking .Immediately on finishing the call, I am trying to contact him but Airtel response is "either the call not reachable or mobile switched off".On contacting Mumbai office, Person sitting on complaint phone Mr Sambhaji found to be "JUST NOT FIT FOR THIS JOB" as per his replies.However, the earlier SMS has been repeated to show completion of his action( which has NO meaning since NO body is attending tele). With the above happenings, it seems I have picked up the product of a WRONG COMPANY because for installation these many hassles and there after how many more to be borne.Further, the damaged tile, required to replaced by the agency on free of cost. THE COMPANY Morphy Richards is to resolve THE issues immediately.

                          I am using a Morphy Richards Food Processor. I lodged a complaint no.[protected] on 07th July 2015 mentioning that all the coupler are not working. Mr. Chand from SNG Enterprises came and changed the coupler of big and medium jars, whereas the smaller jar's blade set was missing. He told us that he will get the blade set and will fix the coupler in a day or two. We kept waiting and calling him for next 15 days. Every time he said we don't have parts right now. At last I again lodged a complaint no.[protected] on 22nd July 2015. I got a call from Mr. Chand again on 23rd july, he told me that I will come tomorrow. But, he didn't come. When I called him on 24th he spoke to me very rudely " company ko call karo mujhe tang mat karo, humare paas parts nhi h". I again called the customer care and asked for Bajaj's direct no. in Delhi. They shared with me the no. of Mr. Kaushik-service head East Delhi. Even his response was pathetic. Till now I am sending him the reminder over SMS and phone. Neither he pick up the call nor reply to SMS. Today I got a call from somebody from Bajaj's South Delhi branch. He asked me to lodge the complaint once again as my complaint may be cancelled I am not getting, how come you cancel the complaint without repairing it. I have never seen such third class service. I suggest Morphy Richards to change their Service provider from Bajaj to somebody like philips or so... otherwise you are going to loose your business. Reputation of Bajaj Electrical is not good in India. If they were not able to provide service to their own products how come they provide to your products. Simultaneously, I am helpless as my Product is not working. I don't have any option left but to go to consumer court...

                            I bought this expensive food processors and after a week it's switch got burnt. On complaining to Show room, I was advice to complaint to customer care, on informing them a technician was sent to check it, after checking technician told that this is the common problem with the switch of all new machines, after 3 days he again came with a switch and in the night at 2100 Hrs technician completed his job and shown that switch is working, I also signed the paper but after finishing our dinner when I checked the machine i found that switch is working in reverse direction and alignment is also not proper, immediately I informed, but after passing 4 days machine is not attended. Very poor sales after service and bad workmanship.

                              I have registered service complaint number[protected], Model number - MWO30CGR on 27 June that my microwave needs a repair but as per the technician the parts are not available and he is waiting for the parts to come such a sad situation for such a big company. How can you launch a product for which the parts are not available with you. I want my product immediately means within 24hrs.

                                    Meine 1 saal se is toaster 7 baar shop me jaha se liya hey usko diya lekin usne mujhe ullu banaya hey demaj pics he diya aur dushri baar abhi meri gaurranty baki hey aur fir se jalaram shop adajan surat gujrart waha mein gaye to company ke worker ke pass behja usne bhi mujhe chuna lagya hey. Aapji esi servics hey salo warna aapni conpany bandh kar do customer ki value dekho aage se mein sabki kahgi ye conpany ki koi product na le sab ullu banate hey. Aur mein aapka feed back chati hu meri guraanty se pehle mujhe iske pure paisa ya naya product chaye warna company per case karugi ya grahak sursha mein zaoogi i give only 10 warna mein complaint karougi

                                    Vegetable Chopper not working

                                    I bought a Morphy Richard Vegetable Chopper in snap deal online. That was working for 1 day and from next day onwards it did not work.

                                      The issue is I ordered a hand blender on 18th June and I had not got the product yet. Order No. MRB013361 I called the customer care several times approximately more than 10 times. One time they said the product has been dispatched and is with the courier guy and would be delivered in 2 3 days. But it didn't came, i called again then they said we are unable to place your dispatch order because the system is not working. So they asked me to wait till Monday 29th June. When I called them on Monday they said we are extremely sorry but we are unable to check status, so i got pissed off and I asked them to cancel my order and refund. The lady on phone agreed but I didn't got any confirmation if the order is cancelled or going to be delivered or the team had planned to have pizza party with my money. I just want either give me mail confirmation that the order is cancelled and i would get the refund or just send me the product from anywhere ASAP. If someone can help me in getting this resolved it would be really helpful. Thanks, Sofi

                                        Hi there bought a kettle from the good guys about a few years ago started leaking from the clear panel on the side took it back and got a replacement as it was still under warranty now 15 months or so later the second one is doing the same thing I am dissatisfied with the product and will never buy another perhaps you need to recall them all and start again because it's very dangerous my is constantly sitting in water.
