Mpocket Loans cleared - Need NOC
Hi, i have closed all my loans taken in Mpocket app, it has been more than 120 days it's showing in my cibil report. I haven't received my NOC too. Could you please send me the NOC and update in my cibil.

Not removing loan from cibil score
I have contacted them zillions of time as i lost my number in 2020 and i have taken loan of 2000 that time which i m ready to pay on 2 shots bt they are not cooperating and asking me to pay 25000 which is very very unreasonable...they are harassing people and affecting cibil score

Repayment of loan failed but the money has been debited from my account but the loan shows active
I have repaid my mpocket loan of rs 999.82 via phone pe on 31/03/2023 but the repayment of loan failed and the money was debited from my account. So i opened the app and saw that the loan was still active after the repayment. I submitted a complain on phone pe and contacted my bank and they told me that the payment was done to the merchant. I tried calling mpocket but no one responded i am attaching some some screenshots. Please resolve my...

Regarding high interest and false money demand
I m in touch of mpocket since 1 year..i lost my phone in 2020 and that time i have taken loan of 2000 only and they told me that it was 10000 ...they send me legal notice in 2022 and then i contact them through my mail as i don't want them to give my contact number as they mentally tourtured you ..i asked them to contact me through mail..everytime they are sending same msg and asking for 23000 which is not possible to pay ..from last 4 months i m mailing them bt there is no response from team...i m ready to pay amount which i have taken that is 2000 and not a single penny extra ...bt there is no response...i m ready to move with all legal procedure as it is mentally harrasment and defamation case against them...

Hi have taken loan from Mpocket, loan amount was 14000 and due to bad financial situation I am unable to pay now they asked to pay 28700 I am agreed to pay my loan amount 14000 but their collections agent not helping me for settlement.kindly help.

Removal of late fees

Loan amount did not credited to my bank account
I had applied 3 loans on mpocket one loan has been credited instantaneously other 2 has not been credited i am contacting customer care number and support team via mail till they didn't solved my problem and in the app it is showing that the amount is disbursed

Regarding my loan settlement
I have taken loan up of approx 8000 from the company and now their charging higher amount and their torturing me to pay the loan amount but I am not interested to pay the loan amount and I want to go for settlement and I request the company to please raise a settlement request and I will pay the EMI in monthly installments

I am writing this complaint behalf of my friend . He took a loan from mpocket and he used to regularly pay it and due to the covid times he was not able to pay the amount and now, when he is trying to pay the amount the interest charges are double the amount he took as loan and they are not ready to waiver or comment on the issue .
