My data card number [protected] is not working from more that 15days. Looks like there is a connectivity issue. Only red light will be falshing always. It was working fine, suddenly problem started 15-20days back. Connectivity is zero. I have checked by puttingin differecnet sockets but result is same.

In addition there is no response from customer care. I tried to to complaint through MTS customer care but it directs me to log the complaint to Reliance customer care but no phone nuber is working and there are no reliance store near by to my place

      I had an mts wireless usb data card connection, which i was using in chennai for the past 5 years. I had started facing internet related issues, during the month of october. I recharged for an amount of 499/- from a vendor (Shop owner abi mobiles) during the 3rd week. After the recharge, i again faced issues & could not find the customer information, data card no. Available on the site.

      Being a very experienced user with internet, i suspected a malware, hacking attempt or disruption caused by rains in chennai. I placed a call to mts customer care which lasted about 6 mins. I was told to recharge again for a min rupees 249/- or more.
      Accordingly agreed with them to recharge for 699/- 10 gb download available plan. After the recharge on 1st november, i never ever got the internet connection & subsequent calls to customer care of mts was not given a satisfactory reply. Mts initially blamed the vendor (Shop owner), who on november 3rd gave a clarification that the recharge was unsuccessful & his next attempt on 3rd went through with a "success" prompt on his phone application.

      Eversince till the news of mts exit & merger with reliance communications, that was released on 14th november, i never had internet at home on my labtop or desktop. My emails to mts was never answered & prior phone calls to mts gave an auto reply "this no. Is out of coverage area".
      The last phone communication which occurred on 3rd november with a customer care executive was, "mts is facing some technical issues, which may be possible due to the heavy raining week in chennai". The shop owner of abi mobiles probably unaware, also suspected me of some wrong doing at my end.

      I wrote a 3rd email prior to the indian news paper news release, seeking a refund of the amount, seeking a response, why i was asked to pay for an unavailable service till date?.
      My email is yet to be replied to & i seek reddressal from the consumer forum. Mts customer care were well aware that they are existing india, when they made me pay twice rs 499/- and 699/-, for a prepaid usb data card connection. Is this not a classical example of a "ran somewhere" attack?

        There’s no internet in my mts mblaze data card since many days. I’ve been paying all the bills on time and have no unsettled bills. Mts has de activated all its contact numbers and email id. I went to the store from where i purchased the connection but that store is permanently closed there. I have been trying to contact mts since 15 days but i’m unsuccessful. I want to deactivate this connection ([protected]). How will it get deactivated if i am not able to contact them. They will charge me for every month without giving their service. This is pure loot.

          My mts number [protected] network failure from one month. When i contact to mts service centre they told me that the mts company network sold out. Now we cant help u. I[censored] want this number port it to other service provider. Because of network failure i have no porting code. I want to ask how could company sold out without prior information to their customer. I am using this number since 7 years. My all relative had this number and now days my number switch off. I want to my mts balance back and porting code.

              I have been using mts broadband internet service since 2 years and i'm not getting proper signal or network at my place. I have been struggling with the poor network connection last three months

              I draft the mail to mts five time to disconnect the connection. I'm not getting a single reply from their end. But they are generating the monthly bill on time. I am not at all satisfy with the internet service provided by mts. Kindly help me to disconnect the connection otherwise i'm not going to pay the bill. Let we face in consumer court.

                I am using a MTS India CDMA connection since the year 2011. when they started a offer that if any customer buy their connection as well as their Mts Handset (Because It's a cdma connection), They would give their subscribers 2 sec/ 1p call charge for lifetime. as per this offer I am eligible to avail this offer till 2037. So I was totally secure till 2037. I have an account balance of 191.23/- Indian Rupees in my account with validity till 2037.

                *23rd October I heard a news about MTS-Rcom merger from news media.
                after that I faced few days interruption in my calling service. But then I heard many user face this kind of temporary problem for that merger. I had no problem with that.

                After all this Drama I used my connection normally for few days. Now from 1st December, 2017 to till date I am facing a same problem like that previous temporary problem. Right now I am not getting Incoming & Outgoing service.

                ** But This time I have another Information from news media which is - "MTS CDMA services will be stopped working after 30 November 2017. RCOM will take full advantage of MTS spectrum to increase 4G coverage across the circles."

                So I don't care about MTS-Rcom merger or Relience will stop mts cdma service after merger.

                My Point is about my loss which I already invest for MTS mobile service provider based on their commitment that they will serve till 2037.

                *** My Claim:-
                1. I am claiming my balance which is 191.23/- INR. Mts can refund this as per my balance through my new service provider when I will decide to port out on other telecom service. (many user is facing this issue & Rcom/Relience gaining profit with this money without any aurthority.)

                2. Mts India was committed to serve me with my present offer which is 2cec / 1paisa call charge till the year 2037. So to avail this facility just few months ago I bought a cdma handset which was 1850/-Inr. I am ready to return this handset & want my money back.

                I hope you understand my point & my points are valid.

                **One last thing I need to inform that I just received a message from my telecom operator which sounds like a dictator. sms came from the number '1909' & the message was - "Dear Reliance Customer your porting code number is ******** . The code is valid till 31-Dec-2017. so here my point how I became a reliance subscriber from a Mts subscriber without any permission?? No mts executive call me to take my permission that I want to migrate or not..!! I don't think it is legal.

                  Almost from the end of the october to till now my mts post paid data card (No.[protected]) not working. Unable to contact customer support. When i went tried to visit the mts customer service centre in coimbatore its been closed permanently. Tried calling customer care ([protected], 199), hearing numbers are switched off, not reachable at the moment. Last month i paid rs.1249 bill for the month of october, this month again i received message to pay my bill 1158 for the month of november from rcom, without any service why i need to pay the bill? If i contact rcom customer care only automated voice over is coming unable to reach the customer support too.

                  How to resolve it what to do for this problem?

                  I want to deactivate my MTS Mblaze dongle [protected], as it does not work most of the time. I get calls to pay the bill if I m late of a day or two, but then they do not provide good internet. I do not want to waste my money on it as it has completely stopped working.                       Company merged with rcom, internet dongle not working, emailed & called at customer care which i got from their website to stop services, got a message of number does not exist, visited mts office to find it removed, only 2 guards were there, put in an application in application box to shut down services, this was last month, got no reply at all, getting bills which i will not pay since i am not using it nor are they shutting down services. Kindly look into the matter

                            I have been a valid mts customer mblaze user from 2014 onwards, there has been no notification on change of network and also customer service numbers and i am unable to reach the customer care and the network is down for almost 1 month now.

                            The customer service of reliance is pathetic and i have seen lots of other users raised similar complaints.

They are telling its handover by reliance communication.                                 I am using mts blaze data card [protected] for more than a year. The internet stopped working since october 31st. I couldn't able to contact the customer care number [protected] to complain about this. The customer care service stopped functioning from the same day since internet stopped working.

                                I sent an email to [protected]@mtsindia.in on 9th november'2017 to stop the internet service immediately but no response from them yet.
                                I will pay the last month (October'2017) as soon my connection is stopped. I won't pay a penny for current month since i haven't used any of mts service from 31st october.

                                I request the customer complaint team to help me in stopping the internet connection from mts.

                                Worst service by MTS. Internet is not working for past one month. But bill alone i am receiving every month. None of the customer care number is working.

                                I want to disconnect MTS Mblaze. Kindly help on this.

                                  Mts postpaid recently it was acquired by rcom, dongle stopped working. I tried to reach customer care service but number are not working. I visited rcom outlet to disconnect service but they have rejected as well. I tried to tweet mts and rsmart yet no reply. Now they have send me a new bill with customer care number given in that also not working.

                                      Hi,

                                      I got my mts data card disconnected post april 2017. After which i was asked to return the device in order to get back the advance (Inr 1000) i paid initially. Its been almost 6 months since i have returned my device but didn't receive any refund till date. It was said to be refunded via cheque but till date i haven't received any cheque nor heard from mts.

                                      I tried sending mails to their customer care id: appellate. [protected]@mtsindia.in. But all of then never got delivered saying address in incorrect.

                                        Need to stop my mts datacard postpaid service (Number [protected]) as early as possible.
                                        I am not able to reach mts customer care due to merger with rcom. Tried to reach rcom customer service as well but unable to reach. Please help.
