I bought a mts dongle for my official use. No payment pending. Previous month i had been to mts collection office near annasalai, tiruchirappalli to pay the payment. They said the company is closed and no more transactions could be made. I asked about the payment to be made by me. They replied, sir company is closed. We are not authorized to receive the payment and too to get back the dongle. The bill is automatically generated and without using the dongle they claimed the bill. Pl. I am a middle class person. Pl. Do the needful on this matter.

    For the last one month mts mblaze ([protected]) is not working, even i tried so many times to the customer care, such number doesnt exist or not even working. After a long gap i ([protected]) got a message from mts, it has been changed to rcom, ur service will be better, though my mts is not connecting to internet, yesterday i got the bill amount of rs 707/- for last month usage, this is cheating, even in that bill they given some customer care number it is not working too, i need a solution to this problem

      I want to cancel my mts postpaid datacard connection. As there is no signal at my location i am simply wasting 825 rs. Every month. I tried calling customer care number but it says the number is temporarily out of service. I need to deactivate my account and clear the outstanding. My data card number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com

        Dear sir,

        This is to bring to your notice that i have been using a dongle issued by mts ([protected]) for the last approximate 2 years.

        However, recently after facing net connectivity problems when i tried checking on mts on various website, i came to know that it is stopping its services due to takeover by some other entity.

        Despite several mails and call to their customer care, no one bothered to either write-back or tell us to either confirm or deny this takeover and abrupt stopping of the services.

        I have not received a single intimation from the concerned company about stopping of their services at any point in time.

        In view of the same, i am not only without any internet services but even on checking with reliance telecom (The company which is said to be taking over mts), it refused porating to its services citing the issue that only mobile portability is allowed and not internet.

        Request you as such to help sort this problem.

        Dear Sir,

          I want to close the current mts data card postpaid connection. For last 3 months, it is not at all connecting. Their customer care numbers are not reachable.

          I tried to reach them but no luck and also i am paying the bill without using the service for last 3 months.

          I got the connection in person and now looking to close this but couldn't. Need the procedure atleast so that i can close the connection.

            I am using mts postpaid data card connection no. [protected]. It was not working for last 6 weeks and mts customer care also shutdown their service. But they send message to pay bill amount for last month for the non working internet connection. So i wish to disconnect my service but no body was there to resolve consumer problems they only sending message about payment for unused internet service. How to disconnect my service?

              I have been using mts data card for more than two years now. I have been paying my bills regularly. From nov 3 my mts data card was not working and i also got an sms that rcom has acquired mts on the same day. That is the only message i got, after that i haven't received any message or e-mail regarding the vendor change and the customer care number details etc.
              Then i tried contacting mts customer care, through the number available in the internet and me, but i got a reply that the number does not exist. And the mts website is also not accessible. Usually the monthly bill gets generated on 16th or 17th of every month, this month (Nov 2017) i received the bill in sms to my mobile for inr 1179/- on nov 25 2017 and it is dated on nov 16 2017, that too from rcom. Now i dont know how to contact the customer care to rectify this.
              Also i am also being cheated by not providing the customer service, the product is not working and the vendor wants me to pay for the not working product and not used data. Please take this complaint and do the needful

                  I'm using mts postpaid connection with datacard number [protected] from last 3.5 years. But recently the (From 3 nov 2017) the internet speed got hit down drastically because of the acquisition by rcom. And wow i have no option but to port to another network as the customer care is unavailable from the last 2 weeks. Please discontinue my services as i do not want any pending bills on my head. I will treat this complaint as a evidence in case i'm harassed in future...

                    I am not able to use mts (Chennai)- since last 30 days, neither any customer care number is working nor their email. I will not pay current month bill for sure, my work has hampered a lot due to all this.

                    In-spite of repeated attempts we are not able to reach your customer service desk with the [protected], [protected], [protected] mentioned number as i was getting only switched off notification continuously.

                    Because of this sudden interruption on without any prior notification i was fed with your network, so please dismiss my connection immediately. My productivity was completed messed up because of this issue.

                      I am not to cancel my MTS connection. I went to MTS shop at Trivandrum on October 2017 to cancel my connection and they informed that from next month onwards I won't be receiving any bills as MTS service has been suspended. I also tried emailing MTS customer care but no response. So please cancel my connection - [protected] as I am still receiving bills.

                          Have already paid the bill till december for the internet connection registered with number [protected] but not receiving any services from mts. Tried to reach the helpline contact number but it says that number does not exist, even the local contact numbers registered are switched off.
                          Forget the refund i just want revke the connection because later i dont want get involved in any legal matter regarding bill payment.

                          In order to discontinue with mts services i need to get in touch with their support, which is looking extremely difficult because all the mode of contacts mentioned on their site are invalid.

                            I Mr Tapas Kumar Saha would like to inform you that I have MTS data card postpaid modem whose no is [protected] and due to connection problem during last month, I want to deactivate my connection.

                            Therefore, I request you please do needful to deactivate my number from today
                            (22/11/2017) positively.

                            The MTS data card, has changed to RCOM data card and bill is coming for the same.
                            I was not able to use the card for last one month.
                            Later I have stopped trying the same. And it can be easily checked that what was my amount o[censored]se of data is last one month. The schedule also makes clear that the card was not o[censored]se to me.

                            Hope the company go for disconnection as quickly as possible.

                              I am fed up trying to contact mts & reliance communication for the past 5days. I've paid my bill, the dongle doesn't work any more. I want the connection disconnected asap. Worst customer support, without even a number to contact service. Why then do you guys even merge when you have no support at all.
                              Cancel mts connection immediately.

But not only the connection problems, the company is no more now. And i can not communicate to the company personals to disconnect my mdn number. So i want your help to deactivate my mdn number.

                                    I had recharged my mts mblaze datacard on 19 th novthrough netbanking and it was an unsuccessful recharge/transaction.
                                    I did not get the transaction id also. But the amount was deducted from my account. Neither the amount is credited back to my account nor my datacard is recharged. Its four days since i have lodged the complaint. My issue is not resolved and the mts staff tell they will give a call back but i did not get any call.

                                      MTS people are not hearing the requests and customer care number and emails are also not working. Toll free and other numbers also not working. You are requested to please take action against MTS and refund the money paid for their dongle and the amount paid last month towards bill. They are not providing internet through my data card No [protected]. I suffered a lot as they stopped providing internet that loss should also be refunded to me.

                                      really we feel that there is no government and any body looting the customers and nobody is hearing individuals. The government has created a fear in the mind of all customers and all are looting people none take responsibility.

                                        This is regarding my mts mblaze data and recharge. There was no communication about the mts acquisition. My data was to expire on 3rd nov. And i had 41 gb data balance which could be carried forward. I recharged on 3rd nov for further usage and carrying forward the above data also. But my transaction failed on the final page. Money deducted from my account but the recharge did not process.
                                        I called mts customer care and the person told me to recharge again and said the above amount would be refunded within 7 days. No other information was provided at the that time also.
                                        I recharged again but the same result. Money deducted but recharge failed. Since then i've been trying to call customer care but it was not reachable. I even dropped an email to their customer care id, but there was no response. And all of a sudden the email and phone no. All went invalid.

                                        Two days ago, it started saying that mts is now reliance communications, please reach out to rcom.
                                        And now, i have nowhere to reach out to and get my complaint resolved.

                                        This is highly frustrating as i lost my 41 gb data and my money and have nowhere to contact.
                                        I need the 41 gb data balance and my money refunded.

                                        Please either contact from your end or share a contact no. To get this issue resolved.
