I would like to disconnect my data card account no. [protected] immediately... Since it is not working for the last one month or so... Kindly deactivate this account and send the formalities required to deactivate. I want to terminate this account at the earliest as i cannot pay for this connection any more... The data card is not useful for connecting to internet and gets disconnected frequently and complaints were not attended to by the service provider (Mts). We are reqularily making payment without any service to us poor service. Kindly terminate the connection immediatly so that we can have peace of mind.

    MTS-Very poor quality and customer service.

    1) Even with all the offers and plans around, they don't do justice to customers. Their plans are very bad and in effect cheating customers. Their connection is low and doesn't match other networks even in urban areas.

    2) They keep on changing their "night time" for Mblaze users so that you really don't use your night data and lapses data every month. their night data usage time is from 12 am to 6 am. How reasonable and just is that?

    3) They fine you straight Rs. 100 extra if you are not able to make the payment before 18th every month or even if you pay it on the 19th.

    4) They don't have facilities to transfer a postpaid connection to prepaid on request through e-mail by the customer, they insist the customer visit their shops. That too in the era you can port your number to any network through only a call. How ancient is MTS!!

    5) They don't even care to give proper redressal of customer grievances. They clearly don't care about customers and dont even try to retain long term customers.

    6) Their Mbaze modem is a useless one time expense, never buy it.

      Sir/ madam.. I have been facing network issues alot lately.. I have been offered 3, 1mbps but i am not even getting 1mbps speed.. Plus issues like loss of network mostly in the evening 64kbps download speed.. Kindly resolve this issue as i have been using mts since a year and a half.. If its resolveable kindlu inform me so that i can switch over to some other network.

        Hi, i have stopped using mts since december'16 and called the customer care to deactivate the same however i didn't received any confirmation on that, however mts asked me to pay the bill for which i m not used for the month of january'17 month. Due to continues irritation and non stop long disturbance during my working hours i have paid the amount of 1149 on feb 28 and again called the customer care and again requested the same. However still i m getting message to pay my bill of 2588 which is totally ridiculous and getting threating message like to appear on civil court. Now i got lok adalat notice for the same. I don't know what kind of service mts providing. Please help me on that

          I was a customer of mts broadband internet service. My customer id is [protected]. I have used mts service for almost 14 month and i found service very bad. I stop using that service and informed the customer care executives to disconnect my connection. I have not used mts services then after.
          I paid all the balance amount but after some time, i got multiple calls and messages from mts to pay the a bill of two more months which i have never used.
          I explain the details and asked to close this issue again.
          But the harassment from mts continues.
          Within last 2 months i got multiple threatening call from unknown person called themselves as lawyer from tees hajari court and sometimes civil department. The problems which i faced was

          1. They are telling that they registered complain of case 420 due to late payment of bill on my name. Is this a very big issue to go in court?

          2. Services are not up to mark. Not providing the speed which is needed.

          3. Bad customer support.

          4. Unsatisfied with calls of customer services.

          5. Deactivation of internet due to late payment and talking abusive language with customers.

          6. Continuously life threatening calls coming, with different numbers and names. Advocate

          Dear bhawisona,

          If you have not used the service provided by MTS for last 2 months for which bill was claimed to you to pay means just write a RTI Complaint to MTS team as well as RTI dept. Also if needed means write a mail to TRAI for this. Submit the Proof / details what you have against the same.

          Same point from my side. If I have not used any of the services what is the reason for sending the bills and the threating calls from different numbers of registering complain against me.

            I'm janarthanan, k from madurai, tamil nadu and my mts post-paid connection no is[protected]. Since i'm not willing to carry on this post paid connection, i contacted your customer care officer, thiru jaikumar today, 15.04, 2017, the last date for this billing month, to disconnect the services provided to this dongle immediately for which he replied me that he will check the balance payable by me and asked me to hold on the line. Accordingly, i held for a while with pleasure. He promptly reverted to me and told me to remit rs.689/- (Bill amount for this month i. E., upto 15.04.2017) and rs.92/- for disconnection/cancellation charges totalling rs.781/- as informed, i remitted rs.781/- immediately thro' free charge and received an sms from your end in this regard.

            Plz arrange for disconnection/cancellation of the connection provided to me under no. :[protected] and also arrange for stoppage of further bills with regard to this number.

              Mts has been sending me notices via sms about rs. 1800 that they say is due.

              I asked them the following:

              1. Copy of the invoice when the sale was made to me.
              2. Copy of the agreement that was signed by me
              3. My usage report

              They don't have any of these. But they keep calling and sending message about court appearances and it has been a big harrassment.

                My device has separated into two parts and I have been running pillar to post for its replacement as I need internet for my project work.my device no is [protected].
                I even visited the Corp office in okhla phase 1, Delhi but to no avail.
                They have asked me to cough up any amount from[protected] rs worth of money to get a replacement.Where is the justice in this and how do I get it done.Its been more than a week and Mts customer care has been giving outdated nos of mts service centres.
                Being a female student does not allow me to travel to places more than 25 kms to a service centre with the hope that they might replace it as it still has 20 gb of data left on it.
                As the guy said they might replace.Where is professionalism in this?

                      I am getting sms notices from MTS for number [protected] for legal actions. I don't own this number. I've requested them to update their records. Still, from past one year, I am being annoyed for this unknown number. Please update your records and stop annoying with "LOK ADALAT" notices. If you don't do anything about this now, I will take this issue to higher level and claim for mental torture in court.

                          I have been receiving calls continously for every half an hour for past two days even after my agreement for making the payment shortly. Two person spoke to me from different mobile nos. in a unprofessional manner saying MTS direct representatives for one month bill payment for my data card. i was unhappy with the way representative behaviour and I demanded an explaination and escalation to address my greiveance on the unprofessional behaviour of handling customer before making payment. But I didn't get any proper response. Meantime, Both representatives somehow hacked my priviacy data and called my husband and my uncle mobile no. without my permission and shouted at them for payment. Now am completely scared and under threat if they could able access my husband and uncle contact details without my permission and now am not sure whether my personal banking details and password are also been hacked. I request your serious attention immediately since privacy data security has been breached by MTS. Requesting your help. Thanks

                            I would like to let you know that I have recharged for Rs 1599 36 GB data plan which is my last transaction in my account([protected]). Kindly note most of the time I use the data card on my laptop so whenever MTSIndia page opens the Account Information shows available data which is about 32 GB (unused data) and my validity date as 10 March 2017. This is the reason due to which I did not recharge my account.

                            When I contacted customer care on 9 March 2017 they said that it is some other validity and my last validity date was 8 March 2017 which was also intimated through SMS. I would like to let you know for example whenever we open our online bank account information whatever information it shows will be the one anyone would take into consideration rather than a SMS. So this is how I lost my unused data(32 GB) i.e (I was sticking to my account information page details which is 10 March 2017) and I would also like to know why should the account information page indicate some other validity which is of no use to a customer but instead it creates inconvenience to us.

                            So I hope you would have understood my issue, therefore kindly help me to retrieve my unused data (32 GB) as soon as possible.

                              I bought an MTS device in delhi at a rate of 2500. MTS says that the devices cost is 2500 but when I was buying the connection I had this impression that they have taken one month advance as a security rest of the amount is for devices.This is a year old connection and I brought it from MTS for official purpose.Now whenever I have asked them to close the connection they have some how denied to do so.Since the day I have started using JIO I am not using MTS.

                              All the amount of 1770 I can clear I am asking for the bill against 1770 and the usage details along with the statement that what for they have taken 2500 from me?

                                This is bring to your kind attention that since beginning of this connection i have faced so many problem. I have experienced worse complaint management system ever my life
                                Since the connection was live nobody was bothered to sort-out the problem, now the number is disconnected and i have paid the amount rs.558/- which was offerd me. Pls refer enclosed details.

                                    It has been Two months after raising my concern but sorry to say no solution infect not even a single call from MTS. It seems that everybody is sleeping in MTS and taking the customer as granted.

                                    For name sake there is a customer care dept. in MTS who’s responsibility is only to call the customer several times for payment only.

                                    It seems that MTS never wants to improve the work quality. After every couple of months there is some problem.

                                    From last 2 months I have complaint of speed. Firstly, no body in customer care is ready to register the complaint. Same old sentence from them that we will forward the complaint to the concern dept. and they will call you back. No response, no call from anybody from MTS. Called again and to my surprise the answer I got that there is lots and lots o[censored]ser in your area and we can rectify your concern until and unless there is more tower.

                                    If MTS can’t give the service then why are they charging from the customer.

                                    Either MTS give the full service and if not they should not charge from the customer until the full service is given.

                                    I get hundreds of call, SMS and email from MTS for payment but not a single call from MTS for concern.

                                    Even wrote to top management that is this is the service given to the customer with complete detail and if not able to satisfy the customer then do not charge a single rupee from the customer till he is given the full service but no response or resolution from them also.

                                    After writing 15-20 mail, response came from MTS by Mr. Himanshu and to my surprise beside solving the concern, the answer he gave was "we would like to inform you that as per the complaint number FEB/2078, your location is in low coverage area and hence you are not getting good coverage which has resulted in variable speed".

                                    Further added by MTS was “You may migrate your postpaid account into prepaid. This will give you the freedom to choose the recharge amount as per your usage and would also avoid fixed monthly rental charges.

                                    • You may opt for a lower rental plan till the time speed issue is persisting. You may visit our website (www.mtsindia.in) and choose the appropriate plan. Please inform us to take further action in regards to bill plan change process. Your new bill plan would be effective from the next billing cycle of request raised."

                                    My question is that I am using MTS from Last 6-7 years and if there is an issue due to low coverage area then why it is happing now and if there is a problem solve the same, why should I change the plan.

                                    The engineer visited the site and as per his report the device need change and speed is low which can be improved by the technical team then why MTS is not solving and putting pressure to change the plan. The report attached.

                                      I had requested mts india to close my account, they told me to pay the bills, i paid all the bills and then requested them to close my account, instead of closing my account they kept activating and deactivating my account about with i used to get notification from mts. I contacted mts they told me that all customers are facing that issue so they told me the bill will not be generated and if it is generated by any chance they would wave the bill off. The next month till date they are spamming and threatening me to pay the fake bill which they have created which was generated because of their system errors. I have been telling that i will not pay a single rupee in all my emails to customer care.

                                        I have got a mts mblaze about 8 months back. the promise was that, we can connect upto 5 devises and also speed would be more than 2mpbs and if we make the payment before due date additional 10GB would be provided without any additional cost.

                                        offer is really fantastic by any yardstick. but the service quality is very very poor. i never had a connection continuously for 1 hour without any interruption even with only one devise being used.

                                        in between the signal will get lost frequently. even in you are making complaint it is of no use. the customer care guy will ask you to switch of the system and switch on after some time. that some time will never ever come.

                                        but one thing, i need to appreciate about mts is that there collection followup. you will be getting a mail in your inbox the next day of the billing cycle followed by sms on your registered mobile no.

                                        1 week before the due date for the payment, you will be start getting the call from their collection desk and they will make sure paying their dues is the utmost priority for you.

                                        fedup with their connection speed, i raised a complaint with their customer care. it was duly forwarded to the technical team. technical team called me after 4 days of complaint and asked me to all the technical things in the devise. but none was working. he asked me to wait for 15 minutes to check their equipments. i was waiting for more than 15 days instead of 15 mts but none called me again. i found that the complaint was closed even without getting confirmation from me.

                                        this has happened for 4 months continuously. i was paying the fee without being able to use it as the signal was very very poor, week and i was not even able to connect to internet for 3 months. but i have made the payment for 2 months.

                                        so i called customer care not to raise the bill unless the services is provided properly. but they said, signal is nothing to do with rent and i will have to make the payment. i ask them what happened to my complaint no one was ready to give any answer except stating that technical team is looking into it. i raised this point with one mr.sundara cholan who is incharge of attending to the billing discrepencies. i tried containing his number. he took the phone and again he also told me that he would be calling me back in 15 minutes. but as usual, as per the standard service procedure of mts, he also not called me back.

                                        again i tried calling him for almost 10 times he never picked my calls.

                                        fed up with this i have sent a mail to their appeallate authority copy marked to sundara cholan and also customer care. this time it is even worse.

                                        i got a mail from mts stating that time for making payment has already been crossed and it is in overdue status. and they barred the service also. i called customer care and asked them about this. they told me i would be receiving a legal notice for non payment.

                                        i have received the legal notice through mail. again, it is without the name and signature of the advocate, contact number of the advocate and again it is stated that i should contact mr.sundara cholan.

                                        if you go for mts keep it in your mind that

                                        1. wether you are receiveing service or not, you will be billed,
                                        2. if you raise any complaint, they will tell that in 15 minutes they would be calling you back and that 15 minutes will never ever come in your life time
                                        3. even if the system is not working, you will have to make the payment
                                        4. don't ever try to contact the person whose name is mentioned in the notice. even you can speak to the god but you cannot speak to their authorised incharge.
                                        5. their appeallate authority is only for name sake and it is of no use to make a complaint to them.
                                        6. if you write to their appeallate authority, you will be getting a legal notice which will not bear any signature, or any other details.

                                        so, people who are loved to have a horrible time may go for it. .
                                        MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
