My name is Mohammed faizan khan i live in sion mumbai my vehicle is activa 6G a scooter MH01DS4226 I was mistakenly fined for not wearing helmet for 500 ₹ . When I saw the images it was not me but some other bike. Please look into this matter

This Sunday 3rd Nov I was travelling to Navi Mumbai with my family in a private car, my child was not feeling well and my wife was taking care of her, unknownly her face mask was below her nose. At the Airoli signal, Mr. Karan Jagtap with his team of clean up Mumbai stopped us and demanded fine of Rs 200. He showed us an expired ID card (attached) and was very rude. Since my child was not feeling well I didn't waste much time and paid the fine. There were many families which were getting harrased on that signal by these goons. The department should take action on Karan Jagtap for using expired id and demanding fine.

Please be informed that I received wrong e challan against my vehicle MH46BQ7384 for overspeeding ( Challan no. HSPCC**] dt. March 08, 2020).

I want to notify you that the original vehicle which was over speeding is MH46BQ2384. The Purchase date of my car is June 16, 2021 which is after the echallan.

Grievance has also been raised against the same, however the status of it is shown as in process.

I request you to please resolve this complaint as earliest as possible as I received the lok adalat notice before few days.

On 27th Feb an echallan MUCCM[protected] was filled against my activa(MH05AK2247) where it was written police signal voilation and the image which was provided there were no image of me or my activa and that road doesn't have a signal which is ahead of runwalls towards atmosphere building and also there were no police officers that were stopping us you can clearly see in the image. I was about to pay the charges as I got the message today but I'm not going to pay 200 of 27th Feb because it was not me there is no proof you can't just put a fine unnecessarily.

I hereby want to submit that I received wrong e challan against my vehicle MH 04 JN 8165 for overspeeding ( Challan no. HSPCC[protected] dt. 02/01/2021)
I want to notify you that the original vehicle which is overspeeding is MH 04 JM 8165 which is slightly similar to my number.
I request you to please resolve this complaint as earliest as possible as I received the lok adalat notice two days back.

I got challan for 1000rs for driving on wrong direction of road but as per fine sheet the fine is 200rs.

I, Siddharth Madan having 4 wheeler vehicle registered under MH02DS4209 has received a letter from The Secretary (Judicial Officer) to pay my E-challan & to be present before the National Lok Adalat on 11.12.2021. The copy for the same is enclosed for your immediate reference.

The above challan no. MUMCM[protected] dt 26.08.2020 issued by Mr. Ambadas Arjun Shinde (PN) from D.N. Nagar Police Station mentioning penalty of Rs. 500/- for driving without helmet U/s. 129/177 MVA.

I would like to highlight the above vehicle is a 4 wheeler & hence helmet is not required which has been wrongly imposed on me.

Request you to kindly waive out the charges of Rs. 500/- . For your immediate reference I am attaching the copy of Vehicle Registration Certificate which clearly states it's a 4 wheeler vehicle & the challan has been wrongly issued from the Mumbai Traffic Division.

Kindly look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest.

Respected Sir I park my two wheeler In Parking zone Area near Boriwli west Raiway They trow 3rd time in last two month as it was register at proper mumbai I have ask them to show me proof of mpicture park in non parking Area they dont have any pictur

I am writing to your esteemed self to express my complain regarding the fine issued on me for Wrong Side driving (challan no MUMCM[protected] / Violation section MVDR 4/122177 MVA), insisted of following driving Rules The incident occurred[protected] while I was in Ghatkopar, I was driving in the right line and as shown in the picture my bike was waiting at the
signal so I haven't violented any traffic rules
This is my request that the authorities make a note of the situation kindly look into the matter and provide me relief from the chargers issued on me.

I have received E-challans from Traffic Police Since last 6 months against said registration number it has been in the name of Milind V Dhotre who is resident of Bandra which i know when i have received Notice from Traffice Police
Request you to please remove my mobile number and add correct number of Said vehicle owner

I am MohsinAnsari having 2 wheeler MH03CF5544 and 2 times I have charged fine on any tempo MH03CP5544. I already mail to RTO office but they did not correct the error also registered case against me on Lok adalat and sent me notice.

This is to inform you that the challan number - MUMCT[protected] is generated against the wrong vehicle. The challan is generated against vehicle number - MH01 DC 2028 ( make Harley Davidson) Whereas, the photograph shows the vehicle number as MH 01 DG 2028 ( make Honda splendor)

I have got a challan for jumping the signal which I don't agree. When I applied to traffic police grievance cell, I got just an SMS mentioning that, "Your request is declined. We found no distraction in offence. MHPECH." I saw the photo uploaded and found no evidence of jumping signal.
Please help me in this regard.
