Myself Tejas Shah, I had not disobeyed any guidelines or rules, even though I was stopped by the traffic police and snap of my vehicle was clicked and charged incorrectly u/s 179 1 MVA.
I tried to raise this grievance twice before as well but haven't received any update on it.
Of lately some intimation has been sent to me to clear the dues and challan.

Seeking for help and fair support.

This to bring to your notice that auto driver of mentioned registration number is being found driving his auto very harshly. He dashed his auto to my car and spoken very artongantly. Request you to permanently cancel his licence so that others can drive their vehicles peacefully and safely.

Vehicle was not at mentioned location on provided date and time. There is no evidence to justify it.

I have sold the vehicle no MH02BZ8783, but the NO parking challan is still coming on my name. I have received the Lok-Adalat notice also for the same.

RC is also transferred ton the new owner's name.

Kindly do the needful.

My vehicle was park a area there was no no parking zone but RTO officer click picture and fine

Due to illness of my pregnant wife for half an hour as she need fresh air and within half and hour my activa was toed to santacruz traffic police station. As it was mesically need for my pregnant wife i went to juhu beach and it was not intentionally parked. Please diacharge this fine.

He even parked his car in front of the gate saying that he did not want to park his car. Sir, this is a government office. Yet they do not listen. Please take action.

Hi,

Speed limit Camera is active in Delhi and specially in night but display board is proper and not visible in night, if new person enter in delhi then how he/she came to know the road speed limit.
There is no proper display of speed board on the road and what is the authenticity of measuring the speed. only challan procedure and night vision Camera is active to earn the money but there no proper visibility of instruction of speed.
This is not fairly good, it should be professional, if traffic police earning money from public then provide the better facility.

How a person entering on new road in Delhi then how he/she can know the speed on that road.

Wrong Challan MUMCT[protected] was issued to my bike no MH-03-DQ-1129 as it should have been issued to bike no MH-03-CQ-1129 I have below attached the image for your reference. Also tried to raise Grievance for this Challan in Mumbai traffic police app but it is not accepting for this Challan. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

This the 3rd time we are being issued wrong e-challan against our vehicle for over speed. The date and time and route mentioned in the challan do not match.

The image clearly shows that the vehicle is not ours. Our number is 8301 and the vehicle captured is actually 6301 but in image it looks like 8301.

Before sending the e-challan, the authorities ought to cross check the details of the vehicle against its registration....

The photo of evidence is of rickshaw. I am owner of scooter which has same number plate of rickshaw. I am wrongly given the challan.

I have been sent a challan MUMCC[protected], The MH-04HL-4884 number plate is of my scooter, Activa. The photo captured is not of my scooter but of an auto-rickshaw with a same number plate as mine.
So kindly cancel the e-challan of my scooter.

We get punished for offense. But dept has signals which don't work. Many signals sometimes have traffic cop sometimes none. The bikers will break all signals and rules. Our vehicle gets damaged because of such acts. Footpaths are encroached people walk in middle of roads. Roads are bad, potholes at signals and turns and everywhere on road our vehicles are damaged. No BMC parking available anywhere. Many people drive rashly bikers especially. Most will be without license.
No compensation for us. But we shud pay fine i[censored] want international like laws facilities have to be of tht same level. We are already paying 35pct tax. And are law abiding citizens. Penalizing one side is not always right thing to do.

Hi, team I am raising complaint aginst Mr, dilavar mujavar he is trafic police constable at churchgate station location he is man doing falt dutty he is doing rude behiveor and he ussing abuse words and also he charged un nececery fine on vehical today I am not park vehical opposit church gate station, when I came he man said don't park here, I said ok sir give me minute I am going and I am looking for someone but he can't see in minute he make fine 500rs in my vehical and when I am asked why sir your fine me so he said it's my rights and abussing me kindly request you sir please cheak cc TV futage and saspent him ASAP, and so many things which is happening with from your trafic police constable, kindly request you way off my fine charges and punisht him becouse I want justice from you thank u

The kokilabhen hospital road have been closed and is causing a lot of traffic to reach even aaram nagar. You guys need to fix this asap

Dear Sir
I would like to inform you that while crossing signal at Ghodbandar road with my Honda city car MH 03 DF7989, green signal about to end ..sudden one bike came across, my driver applied brake, and moved ...within this period signal converted to yellow..and as the Car was in middle of square, my driver crossed signal before reflecting red . 1 sec was reflecting when car crossed.Acually My driver not brake red signal ...I was siting on codriver sit with my fmly in car .I introduce my self Doctor, running hospital and rehabilitation centre, working for Mumbai and Maharashtra Police, shown him DGP letter requsted him ...explain him ...but has not ready to listen, he forcebly taken licence of driver and asking money as bribe to release licence from poor driver. He insulted me also as I denied to pay ...Then I told I will not pay bribe, you make chalan, then he gave chalan of Rs 700/- and then gave licence. Very arrogantly and difayantly told me to complain against him..to DGP or any authority...he will not care..
We respect traffic rules, but such a wrong application and use of rules to harassing people for personal benifits...will spoil emage of Traffic police commissioner and system...
Kindly take proper action against him.

I am staying at 3 rd road khar west i got challan no my activa no. Mh47 M 4701 which was parked on parking only. The challan made of rs . 500 and for non parking vide challan no. MUMCM[protected]. There were more than 10 bikes were parked also the Watchmen to one of hotel said sir it's parking than to challan made purposely. In this challan u can make out today is 12 Feb and in image no parking is showing for 1, 3, 5, 7... So the bike is parked on corect parking. Pls cancel the challan and take action on such officers for wrong challan purpose ly

I have been given this chalan for dangerous parking when the car was within the yellow line on the road for parking area.

I have visited the relevant police chowki but was not given any answer why the chalan was issued when the car was in parking yellow line on the road.

There is also no NO PARKING sign where the car was parked. (Location is an Mahrishi Karve Road outside famous Kala Niketan Saree Shop.)

Request to cancel this chalan as it has been wrongly booked please.
