Please find the tad # 233 registered in 2014 december and for which there is no reply from your department and even after writing a rti to the police commissioner there is no response from your department.

May i ask you who is suppose to reimburse me my 60k approx expenditure incurred at that moment? Why the suspect is not been produced in the court even after registering the case and no medical evidence is been given to us even requesting after a rti.

I have incurred a challan which is # mumcc[protected] and your police constable on duty has asked us to wait there is no fine that we are entitled for as the signal was still working but the footprints of the zebra crossing were not clear. This proves in your image shared in the challan as well.

Please revoke this challan and clear against my name.

I had parked my car at night after 10pm and removed it in the morning before 8am ...this challan has posted by someone today means[protected] at 2:45 pm at the time when my car wasnt there it was with me at office...
And the photo is of night and how can some1 complaint at daytime with old photos and how can even mumbai traffic police issue me a challan ...it was parked at night and shifted in the morning ...the person who has complained has clicked in the night and uploaded in the daytime saying blocking the footpath this is just not done mumbai traffic police...atleat see the time when the photo has been clicked

I was driving my car and the left signal was on so i took a left, there was traffic police ahead, they stopped two of the cars and everyone else just went as the signal was on, for no reason a traffic police officer came and took the photo of my numberplate. When i asked him why was i fined, he said why did you come ahead, of course if my signal is on i will move right. At that time he said i am blocking the traffic and i was fined for jumping a signal. And in the mtp app, the only proof of my fine is my number plate. This is seriously some misuse of power and some untrained traffic police officers.

I have been charged for unknown reason where i didn't went through any wrong way or unhallowed RTO rules but then to unknowingly some of the traffic police men has charged me wrong entry and without licence where i do have a valid licence
and i don't even know where this location was where this pic has been taken and it's without informing me anything .

if a person is caught he should be informed at least but no such things were there .

Metro construction work is in process all over so i took a wrong u turn at the lokhandwala signal andheri west mumbai, because the sign board was not visible to me. I was stopped by the traffic police, i accepted my mistake. Traffic cop straight away asked for the bribe which i refused to pay and told him to file the e-challan of rs 200 (Mandatory traffic sign boards not obeyed) as per mahatrafficapp info. I did not pay money to him so he became furios and added a fine of dangerous driving rs 1000 additional, it was a u turn and speed was not more than 5-10kmph. I follow traffic rules religiously and when something like this happens it makes me feel bad.

Accidents in india take planned daily and as per govt intiative, this had to be reduced. All citizens as part of duty should report card, have this before issue.

There is a petrol pump at indian oil nagar, shivaji nagar, mumbai. This has opened recently.

Most bikers coming from mankhurd and govandi, ride on the wrong side to fill the petrol and this is very risky for common man.

There is a police vehicle about 100 mtr away, but still no regulation.
Infact, the bikers summertime have more than 2 pilions, also which is against law.

If an accident happens, who will be held responsible. Most bikers pick up a fight also, even after breaking law.

Request govt, police to consider immediate action.

I was going hospital nd i was in hurry due it was a market place there for i was unable to stop there nd traffic police has charged 1900 rs i was riding without helmet due to above problem nd i agree with that fine nd without helmet fine is 500 rs instead of that i got 1900 rs please revoke my fine as soon as possible please revoke that additional charges

I want you to make a note that the vehicle do not belongs to me as I am not the orignal owner of the vehicle.The name of the vehicle owner is Mr. Vaibhav Kodkani and my name is Mr. Vaibhav Kadam

There are intotal 2 e-challans, which are raised on my car mh-02-8226.
Oct -2019 - mumcm[protected] rs 1200 - i had called the customer care, and told them that i don't see any image to this challan number and so revoke the challan, but no response form their end.
March 2020 - mumcm[protected] - rs 400 - in the image provided, my car is no where visible, it seems there is some confusion on traffic police side. Only rickshaw are visible. Please revert this e-challan.

This is to bring to your notice that i have been sent wrong e challan no pnnccm[protected] toward signal jumping and manual traffic violation for my vehicle no mh04 jm 9142 amounting to rs 400/-
This is absolutely wrong and i don't agree to this.
Besides the the image that you have enclosed is not at all clear and is not acceptable to me.

Request you to kindly look into the matter and waive off the charges.

I had got a call on my cell phone which was urgent so i parked my car by the side and was talking on the phone but this police guy clicked a photo and sent me the challan for wrong parking. How can he send me a challan on wrong parking when i am already sitting in the car talking on the phone? I want this charges to be waived off. This is was in vile parle near domestic airport. My online challan no. Mumcm[protected]. So that means next time when i get an urgent call i will talk on the phone while driving then they wouldn’t have charged me

Yesterday i gone to kalwa nakka for doctor call. But do not got parking site for bike, i just searching parking suddenly one traffic police has come and he has fin me 1000 rs for wrong side. I told them i just scratching site for parking here. But he refused my word and also demand for 400 rs against penalty amount.
I have refuse to pay him and pay directly online.
The officer is missusing his authority and asking for bribe.

Dear team,

This is with regards with my vehicle (Mh-01-cn-7021) which has been imposed a fine of rupees 200 inr on 30-jan-2020 and 02-mar-2020.

I do not understand it says that my bike was parked in no parking zone wherein, there is no sign board or any update on this and it has been parked below my building.

Request you to look into this matter and if possible remove the fine which is imposed.

I was travelling from thane to juhu on 1/3/20 and following the google maps i entered a no entry zone, where i was caught by the cops. They charged me 1200 rs fine for entering no entry zone. I agreed for e-challan payment and left. On checking the e-challan, i found that entry into no entry zone is 200 rs but the cop also charged me 1000 rs for dangerous driving. This is absolutely ridiculous as i was driving at a slow speed and was not dangerous in my driving at all. I am a family man and not a drunk brash driver. Instead of 200 rs i had to pay 1200 rs, which was absolutely not necessary. These are measures to make more money for the government and the cops can levy any charges and hefty fees for an accidental mistake too.
See i agree that i entered into a no entry zone, i didn't notice the signboards and i was following the google maps. I don't mind rs 200 fine which is fair, but 1200 rs (Dangerous driving) is absolutely unfair.

This is unfair measure to harass the person and take exorbitant charges from people who don't know the details of the fine levied on them.

I stay on hanuman road, vile parle east, mumbai - 400057 and have been having a regular problem of 2 wheelers getting parked in front of the gate which is a main road and we cannot take our vehicles out of the building this is more due to the mcdonalds store which is operating on our 1st floor.

Can some one please look into this issue there is no towing vehicle which is seen on the road.

I have received a challan yesterday 28th feb 2020 with below description.

Description in challan:
Parking vehicle in dangerous condition/causing obstruction to free flow of traffic.

I was inside my car and it was not a “no parking zone” and neither there was any traffic on road. Also the image on my challan was having the photo of my number plate. If i caused traffic why there is no photo with traffic and crowd with my complete car.

Request you kindly check and discard this challan.

My 2 wheeler vehicle was towed from no parking zone i had parked. It was due to negligence of no parking board which i over-sighted in hurry. The traffic police towed my bike from the no parking zone upto traffic station.
I paid the charges as it was my fault.
The rto charged me with rs.200 as fine & rs.100 as offense and towing charges.
Is the rs.100 charges legal???
