Myself kunal & i'm writing this mail regarding challan_mumcm[protected] which assigned me but in that challan mentioned image vehicle is not my vehicle i. E.in challan mentioned vehicle is mh47am9384 & my vehicle is mh47ah9384.

If you look in challan image (Same image attached below) in the mentioned vehicle no is mh47am9384.in vehicle image (Highlights) the first word is m which same as below word is also m not h.

Below attachment i have also attached my vehicle no plate which font style is also diff from the challan vehicle images.

I was wrongly charged for breaking signal at that time i was in my house and had never been to vikroli on my bike. I have send multiple emails to multimedia cell email id and they keep routing us to vikroli police station. And the phone number and email they have provided for vikroli police station doesn't work.

Not just this, the photo share along with echallan is also not our vehicle and we have submitted the proof of the same still the echallan is not dismissed.

This is to request to check about the matter of wrongly assigned challan to my vehicle mh 43 bt 4740, this incident took place on 22nd jan 2020 when vehicle was parked in society priyadarshi sec 3 vashi, and suddenly i was assigned this challan for certain violations which are misinterpreted for me and only image is shared which is attached here for reference, i have not violated any rules also i have people with whom i was sitting who are my evidence. The incident was reported to neareast traffic police station but was never entertained when we asked to share video evidence they are asking in return to share the same, we told them that why image is share like this they simply saying in night image like this. For simple complaints they will not even listen to peoplepeople. For reference i have attached snaps of challan and image share by traffic police

Please note that IMAGE SHOWS THE CAR NUMBER AS MH 01 VA 143 and MARUTI SWIFT which is not our car. It seems that traffic department has wrongly confused the number of car with our car which is MH 01 AV (not VA) 0143.

Kindly take note and rectify the error and remove the echallan shown against our Vehical MH 01 AV0143.

Would appreciate your quick support and action in this regard.

So i visited the link provided in message and found this echallan in served in colaba, mumbai for bike (Might be red pulser no is mh01 az *597 image attached. No of bike is not clear so i have put * in above number) where as i am living in pune (Along with my bike) my bike activa no is mh01 az5597. Now this echallan is on my name.

Please find below attached photo which is atttached in echallan.

Please cancle this as soon as possible.

I have been issued a wrong challan by mumbai traffic police on 9.1.20 at malad with challan no mumcm[protected], for not wearing helmet against vehicle registration no mh47a0149.
The challan issued is for a two wheeler related violation, where as my vehicle is maruti suzuki dzire car. The photo attached in the challan is a two wheeler. Also me or my car was not in mumbai on 9th january.

Kindly get the challan cancelled and confirm.

This is to bring to your notice that at 1044 am on 1st february 2020, my car bearing registration number mh03dg 5479 was parked in front of dmart in hiranandani powai.
The traffic police arrived with towing van and started to arrange tow for the car. I was in vicinity and asked the reason for same. I was told that the car is in no parking and i was asked to pay fine in this regard.
While making a challan, i was forced to pay fine for towing charges as well where as the vet was never towed. The towing van crew were using foul languages also. Challan number mumct[protected] and receipt number mumre[protected]
This is purely a case of connivance between the said traffic police office on spot with the van company.
I protest for the towing charges charged to me under duress and request to refund same without any delay.
I would further like to put on record that after the below incident, i vivited traffic police station opposite gate no 5 l & t in powai. The incident site comes under the juridiction of this traffic station.
The seniors sitting at the station did not allow me to have a complain at the station and called police to escort me to the powai police station. I was told that a complain can be registered at powai police station and on my arrival to police station, i was further told to go as no complaine will be logged.
I would further like to complain on the subject and request a revert on my mail.

Its so wiered to see such indeciplined kind of behaviour. Naresh salon's owner is parking his red car before lotus veda shop no 5a greenfield chs just bcoz he wanted parking area before his salon to b vaccant for his customers. He is doing this from a week and when the manager went and politely requested him to remove his car then the man is giving a statement, "file a police complain or do whatever u want i ll park my car everyday in front of lotus veda". I think this is wrong and every shopkeeper need to take action and take a stand for this...

I was waiting for my mother (Senior citizen) who was to come along with me. I was very much inside my car. I was not waiting there for more than 2 minutes. I want to state it again that i had not parked the vehicle, i was inside the car at driver seat. The vehicle was not obstructing the traffic as i had stopped it beside the footpath. If you still feel that the vehicle was parked, please send me the photo of driver seat area.

I request you to reverse the challan.

Please look into this.

Its been 2 months since our society is complaining about a food truck standing on no parking zone which has created a big traffice issue in our area.
We have given complaint so many times to traffic police but no action has taken.
We people want this food truck to move to somewhere else.

I have been charged wrongly. Please look into this matter

Hi! A red creta has wrongly parked the car on the warden road where the road is dug up. It is so inconvenient for residents and office goers to get there since anyway the road is one road. And cars like these with no road sense park their car and refuse to move and misbehave with women. And speak to them anyhow. Pls take immediate action against this car owner this is absolutely not done! Car no mh01 ch 0643

On 12th june 2019 an e challan of rs.1600/- is wrongly charged to me for violating various traffic rules. I have checked the image and it was not my car. My car is honda citi zx having registration no. Mh02ay4424, where as car in image is maruti brand. I request you to arrange to reverse charges wrongly charged to me.

There was no no parking board than too i was fined for no parking challan by rto officer. If board is not available how would we know that it is no parking. Than too i was fined 200 rs. I got challan at 6.40 pm and vehicle was parked in morning 10.45 am. At least they should inform that before creating a fine. If a challan has to be filled against no parking than first of all no parking board should be available. My vehicle was parked on off road not on road also. Image which was shared for e-challan is of my vehicle where is no parking sign board over there no picture of no parking sign board as it is not available. There should be parking facility for parking vehicle if there is market place. Where should we citizen park if there is no parking everywhere.in vasai there is no parking facility available than why challans are being created.

This is in reference to subject e-challan which as per me is not an offence of any parking/traffic control rules.

I hereby await for your response on necessary action.

1. Where vehicle was parked there is no sign of no parking.

2. Where vehicle was parked, there is yellow line after 2nd/3rd lane of main road.

3. Vehicle was parked near my residence where usually i park to buy medicine, etc for some time. Lot other vehicles are also parked in the same area. If some new rule.. There was no information. And for market area where is the new parking place?

4. Check images i have attached, at 3rd lane a taxi/auto fellow is picking/dropping people.

With above justifications and effort to write this email, i request a respond to act accordingly.

I would like to bring to your notice my car mh02cv3886 was penalized challan no. Mumcm[protected] at 11:57am on 13th january 2019. My car was parked opposite ncpa at the sea front in a parking slot allowed by the parking fee collection agency. Its really sad to pay for parking fees and still be penalized. Also to let you know, i have been paying and parking on the same slot since the last 18 months and never was i penalized earlier.

From the traffic cops on the spot, i get to know that the parking fee collection agency was informed yesterday to keep these slots vacant today but they very happily allowed me to park on the slot at 08:15am, and not just that but they even helped me to park correctly.

I am not bound to pay this penalty charge and so i ask that you reconcile this charge and penalize the parking fee collection agency instead.

An echallan (Tnccm[protected]) was served to me on 16 january 2020 at 1400 hrs about an hmv without cleaner. I own an lmv (Wagonr) and my car was parked in my company at boisar at that time. The echallan was served at shilphata, kalyan which is at 2 hrs distance from my place. So kindly revoke my echallan. I am attaching photos of the echallan, the image of the truck in the echallan and the image of my car as proof for your reference.

I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 02 january 2020.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.
